I have stayed at Butte KOA many times over the last few years and it used to be one of my favorites. This stay I noticed lack of grounds keeping. There were dead and over grown bushes that looked like tumble weeds. The grass had several old dry dog poops scattered throughout. The fire pit had remind of previous occupants. It was all very sad to see.

The patio spots are a bit narrow but otherwise it was good. When we needed help with our water hydrant they were quick to come help us. We would stay there again. Just watch out for the goose droppings.

This was just a one night stop on the way to Canada but it was really nice. The grounds are laid out so it's easy to get in/out with nearly all as pull-through. Spot was more than long enough to include our 26ft class c and 12ft tow car. It was quiet, level, and clean. The best part was it was next to a nature walk along a creek which was lovely. We were even surprised to see beavers there in the water, so cool!!We definitely would stay here again, maybe longer so we can visit Butte next time.
