SO CLEAN! Friendly staff and beautiful campground. We walked to downtown and ate at Tubbs on a recommendation from staff! Such a cute downtown. We were only staying one night but we will be back. Best KOA so far!

The bathrooms with the rain showers we probably one of the nicest bathrooms we seen a campground The Host and Hostess were very nice and helpful!

No personality, it's clean but it's the most none rv camp we have ever stayed at. Hwy 90 highway noise, trains stop running at 10 pm

Stayed here a couple of times. Nice campground close to restaurants, gas, stores and tourists attractions. A tad bit over priced, but what isn't anymore. Butte is a blue collar town with an interesting history. We are full time rver's and will likely stay here again.

We got a very nice message the morning of our check in. It said we could order pizza and have it delivered. Nice jesture. We called at 4:30 to order one. No answer. Walked to the office and they said we can’t do that after 5. It was 4:45pm? Very rude.

Staff were very helpful & friendly! We only stayed 1 night but we found the grounds clean, well kept, level sites & a good distance between each site Will use again if in that area. Thank you

Great KOA with a perfect location to downtown Butte. Clean and very friendly, store is nice also. I generally stay here once a year and will continue.

The camp hosts (Jill and her husband)were exceptional. We had to stay there on short notice while on our way home due to vehicle issues. They were friendly, caring and supportive! 5+ stars to the hosts!

It was just an overnight stay. However it is easy to get to off the interstate . Easy in and easy out for the individual sites. Was happy with the shower facilities. Nice walking trail next to the campground.

We loved the hospitality and easy living at Butte KOA. It is conveniently located in Butte to historical sites as well as restaurants, shopping and nature walks. Thank you Jill and Doug for making this a memorable stay, and a place we will definitely come back to stay again.

To me KOA’s are not what they were at one time especially up north here. Very expensive for an electric hookup because that is all we have received at the last 4. We stayed in several KOA’s a couple weeks ago with grand children in NM, AZ, CO, & KS. Lots for kids to do & seemed like people were far more friendly.

Pretty expensive for what is is. Small sites (couldn't extend my awning all the way. Upkeep not up to par. Cigerette buts and dog poop on the site. First time when being escorted to a site the guy just drove thru and left. Have stayed at KOA`s a bunch but won't put this on my favorites list. There are a lot of people that appear to live there permantly, the should be seperatted from regular camper

The website advertised pizza that could be delivered to your site, a pool open till 9pm, and other amenities. The store closed at 5pm and they stopped serving pizza at that time... we got to the pool at 7:45pm and found it locked. The showers had very little water pressure. Overall, not a great KOA camping experience. I think the store hours need to be extended, especially during a busy season.

Spent last night (9-3-24) at the Butte Montana Journey KOA. it was perfect for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful- guided us to our site. Site was level. When traveling east bound on I-90 the left turn at end of off ramp was a bit tricky- no light and lots of traffic. Bathrooms were amazing- large, good water pressure. They have an ADA dedicated bathroom!

Nice park. Roads around the area outside the are terrible but passable. Our site was not level, but not unusual for a lot of parks. Good stopping over place. Staff was good to deal with.

Camp people were fantastic. Clean well maintained. Had an issue after hours and staff was there within 5 minutes resolving issue. Only drawback was road noise.

The place was noisy and although I asked for a quiet spot, they put us out by the road and a loud motorcycle woke me up at 4 AM. Also, the Wi-Fi did not want to work and finally it was intermittent so we gave up. The spot we were in was like most of the others where it had gravel all around, but not where you park. I am tired of tracking dirt out of my camper

This was just a one night stop on the way to Canada but it was really nice. The grounds are laid out so it's easy to get in/out with nearly all as pull-through. Spot was more than long enough to include our 26ft class c and 12ft tow car. It was quiet, level, and clean. The best part was it was next to a nature walk along a creek which was lovely. We were even surprised to see beavers there in the water, so cool!!We definitely would stay here again, maybe longer so we can visit Butte next time.

Excellent location. Borders a beautiful nature trail that goes on for miles and visitor center Is next door. At night you can see uptown Butte lit up and the historic mining head frames also illuminated. Perfect for traveling between the national parks, but Butte has become a favorite place for us because of the lively arts and culture and history. Well taken care of Park and you can see the pride in the campground and the amenities. I love that there is a cute dog wash for those of us who travel with pets.
