It was a terrible experience. Our cabin's lock was broken and the cabin reeked of urine and old cigarette smoke. We were there for the folk fest, and they had not coordinated with event staff. There were no schedules and no shuttles to the event. We were informed by staff that this KOA is now owned by private equity. The place has become shabby. Sad. Miss the days of broasted chicken.

Checked in on 8/6, dealt with a woman who was not very accommodating. Our kids checked in 30 minutes later and adored the man who was there. He was very helpful when she was not. We later had the joy of dealing with him who changed our complete outlook of the facility. If staying on the south side of the property the interstate is very loud. The North side isn’t at all noisy.

The resort was good. Office, guest services, bathrooms were no issues. A suggestion for the cabins would be if summer you should turn on ac in the morning to cool off the cabin for a guest check in. The ac unit was old, stunk like mildew and rattled all the time. My husband cleaned out the filter and it helped some. Probably time to replace the units to alittle bigger. Didn't cool the best.#5

I was just needing a bed for the night on my way home to Portland Oregon from Gillette Wyoming. So I was very grateful to have a clean quiet place for that night and safe as this Nancy, Keith’s wife traveling by myself.

Welcoming as always! I have stayed here multiple times! There is only one suggestion I have. We stayed in cabin 4, it does not have window coverings for the front. There is a light post outside, and the room was always very bright. this is the first time that I have traveled with a dog and the dog park was perfect. Have a great day and we’ll see you again soon!

As a Senior, cabins are a good option instead of tents.The bed was comfortable enough. We brought our own bedding as advised. I really like rustic type outdoor areas, but the cabin was not really clean: the floor did not seem swept until I swept it. and there were spider webs and spiders in abundance inside the cabin. I have stayed at KOA facilities before and did not have the spider issue.

Great stay and nice facilities in tis campground. I stayed in a single cabin. Only recommendation is access to a microwave after store hours.

I was very disappointed on how dirty my cabin was I went to turn on the ceiling fan and there were cobwebs from the fan chain to the light chain! There was dirt particles all over the plastic cover that was on the mattress along with holes There is literally light coming through the front of the cabin in between the logs and a big gap where the deadbolt is at which let in flying insects!

Nice campground. Friendly hosts. Loved the new flooring in my cabin, and the restrooms/showers at this KOA are awesome & clean. I didn't think the choice of material for the walkway from where I parked up to the cabin was very appropriate - sand. Maybe small pebbles, but the sand gets tracked into the cabin too easily.

The cabin was nice, but there is a lack of showers and toilets. Only two rooms are available for the campground.

The restrooms close to our cabin were closed and it was a very far walk to them. It was cold and rainy but the person behind counter said they did not make coffee 'this time of year', even though the machine was on (it is September). He said they had no cold drinks other than beer. The fridge with sodas and other drinks was not on ' this time of year.'

Great staff loved the FLOWERS the store the helpful and pleasant attitudes . I’m a TENT CAMPER and I was not pleased with my site it was barren and exposed and very small. Kyle upgraded me to my satisfaction and I was impressed by that. Butte is more of a stopping off place not a destination. GREAT showers some of the best!

Overall our stay was fine. Just needed an overnight on a 20 hour trip to rest. Sewer gas smell in the bathrooms and marijuana smoke from neighbors were drawbacks of our stay. We arrived at 6:57 and the main office was closed early by a few minutes…not a huge thing but definitely could have been more welcoming.

Wash house was great and clean. Information overload at the check in/out board. Cabin was good and clean, lighting could be better. Little pricey but it seems all of Montana is. Overall great stay and would recommend to others

cabin 6 needs a little caulking you can see sunshine thru some wall places The people working there are great!!! Campsite was clean…bathrooms very nice & clean. The trail that runs right by the campground was great for walking my dog. It was fun staying here. Thanks

I really loved the little cabin I stayed in !! I was surprised to have a refridgerater, BBQ grill on the porch, porch swing etc. Everyone working there were very nice and helpfull with anything I needed. I really enjoyed my stay

I could have gotten better accommodations at motel 8 for less the cost. Reservation was all messed up asked for two nights got one. Thought i had two night reservation was on a tour when received a call telling me to vacate the cabin Poor receptionist no personality just a very dull person when i checked in and checked out. Definitely will never use koa again. Poor experience all around un

Cabin was fabulous! Everything we needed and more - even a fridge. That being said, the bathroom situation was horrible. Bathrooms were a good walk away, always locked - so needed a code, and only 3 “stalls”…which were often occupied or had dirty toilets. Town also felt super abandoned and run down … not much to do. Most likely won’t return.

Google wants a rating on rooms which doesn't apply to a campground with a camper. Only stayed one night, it was safe, well lit, clean, gravel, pull-through site.All hookups were in good condition, and worked well. Very close to a great Safe-Way grocery

Great access from I-90 but a little noisey without ear plugs. Pull thru sites with adequate space from neighbors. Enjoyed the shower. We really appreciated the staff's support, concern and kindness when we thought one of our cats escaped. Thank you
