The staff were very welcoming and friendly upon our stay. The park itself offered a variety of things to do and was upkept very well. Two reasons I gave a rating of 4 is that I do wish that the pool hours were open a little later than 8, and I had no hot water in the new luxury bathroom/shower facility. However, we still plan on coming back in the future! Thank you.

The staff at the KOA Butte was very pleasant and accommodating in that I was able to change campsites for the second night to one that was more private. Although this campground is convenient to Interstate 90, the noise was a lot to tolerate. The only other negative was that the restrooms/shower were together. I needed to use just a restroom and drove to a local gas station.

I love this KOA. It’s in a great location with access to a very nice walking or biking trail! Always a favorite!

Bathrooms nice but not enough with ada locked off separate. No soap for two days. Allowed to run out of to and only partial resupply when refilled. Staff pleasant but really shouldn't need to ask for bathroom to be resupplied when closed for service 2 hours per day. Adjacent hiking trail really nice

From the beginning, staff was extremely nice. The grounds are well maintained. It has an OK pup area. This KOA is extremely well located to Butte, 5 minutes driving and you are there. You can walk to the visitors center, nextdoor who also has a very nice and knowledgeable staff and this is where you pickup the trolley for a very informative tour of the city of Butte.

We loved this KOA. Clean, nicest bathrooms/showers we seen. The managers (Kathryn & Kyle) are warm and welcoming and want you to enjoy your stay. They’ve done lots of improvements to the campground since they took it over and have lots more in the works. Sundays Kathryn cooks up a complimentary breakfast, and it was so good. Will stay here again if we are in Butte.

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. LARGE SPOTS. Close to town and right next door to the visitors center.... side note: take the 2hr trolley tour as soon as you can and before you explore... well worth it!!

We loved the fact that the WIFI actually worked for everything (streaming, computers, texting, emails) that you would expect in 2023! Most other rv parks we've been to don't compare! Also the facilities (bathhouse, laundry, pool) were immaculate! If all parks were run like this one it would be great! Keep up the good work on setting and meeting expectations of your customers.

We had such a wonderful stay. Campground was clean and these were the nicest bathrooms of any KOA we have stayed at. Staff was very nice.

Easy process. We came in very late so they had our paperwork to pickup outside. Sites were adorable and welcoming. Nice clean campground

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's a pretty area in spite of being next to the freeway. However the bathrooms were annoying. No hooks in the sink area and no counter next to the sink. Twice I forgot items on the only hooks available which are in the shower area. The shelf is above the toilet which has no lid and an item fell in the toilet. The shower curtains have some mildew.

Two nights in a tent site. I would recommend more restrooms and showers for the number of camping spots. Also, more hooks in the showers rooms for clothes. Thank you! We had a great time in Butte. A very clean and well kept KOA.

A very nice campground, we enjoyed our time in Butte! Janelle @ front desk, CJ took us to site, Tyler at front office - all super nice people! Kathryn (?) stopped to share her vision w/us-we love the ideas, enthusiasm, & caring about the guests! Seems like several improvements have been made already! We didn’t use laundry, RR, or dump-station, so no comment there. Did enjoy this cute town!

Not the prettiest of places, but the staff were very helpful and kind. The bike/walking trail was nice. Bathrooms clean, we didn’t use the pool or laundry room but other guests were taking advantage of these amenities. 1 night stay.

One of the best campgrounds I've stayed at in recent history. It may not have all the bells and whistles like the Billings KOA, but the bathrooms are clean, the spots are nice and level, and the hospitality is unmatched. Thanks to the crew here in Butte for making our stay better than expected!

This is our second time to camped and i would say: my family feels at home! Because everything we need for my furry friend and my daughter Nikka are here conveniently within the community and most important is safe! Thank you KOA Butte!
