Nice place to stay

Just a one night stop on our way to Spokane. Office was closed but directions were clear to site. Clean and reasonably quiet (train and freeway). Very close to town and the M&M diner.

Park was clean and close to town. I wanted to try KOA's again as it has been years. This was my second KOA in 2 days returning from the east coast and camping in a park each night. As a traveler on a modest budget KOA's are just not in my comfort price zone anymore. It's great to have options for all who travel but I will look a little deeper for a place to stay out on the road next time.

Great Place to stay

Very expensive for time of year when everything is locked up, even the laundry room.

I don’t think the office was open while we were there, although when we called the phone number provided the manager answered right away and was available to help within minutes. The site was level, hookups were in good condition. Minimal traffic noise, even though the location was near major roadways.

Using a Hughes power watchdog it would kick off the power and throw a E6 code in two different spots. I ran without power for the night. It worked fine the next campground in Hamilton, MT. I don’t think it’s worth 75.00 to have no power and move twice.

It was a place to hook up but that's about it. Harsh ground cover underfoot and very buggy. They definitely haven't applied themselves at this one. We won't be back unless we're desperate.

Second time there. Your bathrooms tie with Three Forks KOA for the nicest I've seen!

Late check in early out, still a nice stay Thank you

Got to the office after hours but my paperwork was at the night check in and my site was easy to find. Nice walking trail next to the RV Park. It goes right by Butte's Visitor Center.

The restrooms close to our cabin were closed and it was a very far walk to them. It was cold and rainy but the person behind counter said they did not make coffee 'this time of year', even though the machine was on (it is September). He said they had no cold drinks other than beer. The fridge with sodas and other drinks was not on ' this time of year.'

Great KOA, clean well maintained sites and facilities, genuinely friendly staff, looking forward to staying there again. Didn't need it, but nice to have an after hours phone number to call for help or concerns - much appreciated.

It was pretty quiet and everything worked as it should. The girl at the office was helpful.

Everything was great. Had a leaf spring break on the RV and was referred to Bakers towing and repair. Very close and convenient. Everyone was courteous and helpful at the koa. Definitely a great stop along the journey.

Arrived a 4 pm to find the office closed. Campsite had broken glass all around. Had to move since we have dogs. Office was still closed when we left the next morning.

We are a big class A towing a Jeep. I asked for a site with satellite clear sky when I made the reservation in May. We also had a deluxe site which I did not request. We were put next to a row of trees and the park was 2/3 empty. We were there just overnight so only used electricity. Way too expensive. Most ever paid at a KOA- $90. Staff was excellent. My fault didn’t ask for another site.

Everything was great, except I had issues with the wifi signal. It was very weak and dropped out several times making it difficult to work.

We stayed at the end of sept in a class b rv. The office person was very nice. The bathrooms were decent. The pool was closed but looked nice from what we could see. They have a cool dog wash which was also closed. They also have a coffee shop that was also closed for the season. There was highway noise but not to bad. They had a big chess/checker board.

Perfect spot for an overnight. Level site easy in and out. Close to town.

Second time we stayed here. We like it because it is easy to get to, clean, and the surrounding area is lovely with a river walk.

People running this campground are exceptionally nice! We did have a power issue but they responded within 2 minutes. Never had another campground this fast!

Trees on both sides prevented us from using both our slides. One dead had dead branches, which worried us and our neighbors that they may fall during the heavy rain and windstorm that night.

Grounds and facilities well maintained. Nice campspots.

Just what you'd expect at a KOA.

Ok location easy to access but there is some interstate noise and active train tracks right next door. Good walking trail connected right to the city trails. Parking spots were pretty level and roomy for a KOA.

This was just a one night stop on the way to Canada but it was really nice. The grounds are laid out so it's easy to get in/out with nearly all as pull-through. Spot was more than long enough to include our 26ft class c and 12ft tow car. It was quiet, level, and clean. The best part was it was next to a nature walk along a creek which was lovely. We were even surprised to see beavers there in the water, so cool!!We definitely would stay here again, maybe longer so we can visit Butte next time.

Excellent location. Borders a beautiful nature trail that goes on for miles and visitor center Is next door. At night you can see uptown Butte lit up and the historic mining head frames also illuminated. Perfect for traveling between the national parks, but Butte has become a favorite place for us because of the lively arts and culture and history. Well taken care of Park and you can see the pride in the campground and the amenities. I love that there is a cute dog wash for those of us who travel with pets.
