We are new to RVING. 1st stay at a KOA park. Butte was very nice. Clean comfortable and safe. Nice mountain views. We would definitely stay here again. Wifi was slow so just used what we had.

I have stayed at Butte KOA many times over the last few years and it used to be one of my favorites. This stay I noticed lack of grounds keeping. There were dead and over grown bushes that looked like tumble weeds. The grass had several old dry dog poops scattered throughout. The fire pit had remind of previous occupants. It was all very sad to see.

Spaces too close together for no privacy. Nice restrooms and showers and a great walking path.

We stayed overnight, we visited the Museum of Mining, and walked the trail next to the campground. Nice walk after a day on the road.

The patio spots are a bit narrow but otherwise it was good. When we needed help with our water hydrant they were quick to come help us. We would stay there again. Just watch out for the goose droppings.

Early spring so no shade but that was ok. the site was sand and gravel, level, and the utilities worked fine. this park is a gem. Near the freeway, but no road noise at night. We will return.

Great place to stay. Our third time staying there and you have really upgraded it to number one. The bbq’s are an added plus. To bad we woke to 4” of snow.

We arrived at 3:00 and the office was already closed. The campground could use some work. We were there for just a night so it was fine;however, I wouldn’t have been happy if that was a campground I was vacationing in.

I am a repeat traveler and love staying at this campground. Close to the town of Butte, grocery store a block away. Grounds are very well kept, and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. Walking trail passes along the edge of the campground..

This was just a one night stop on the way to Canada but it was really nice. The grounds are laid out so it's easy to get in/out with nearly all as pull-through. Spot was more than long enough to include our 26ft class c and 12ft tow car. It was quiet, level, and clean. The best part was it was next to a nature walk along a creek which was lovely. We were even surprised to see beavers there in the water, so cool!!We definitely would stay here again, maybe longer so we can visit Butte next time.

Excellent location. Borders a beautiful nature trail that goes on for miles and visitor center Is next door. At night you can see uptown Butte lit up and the historic mining head frames also illuminated. Perfect for traveling between the national parks, but Butte has become a favorite place for us because of the lively arts and culture and history. Well taken care of Park and you can see the pride in the campground and the amenities. I love that there is a cute dog wash for those of us who travel with pets.
