Would not recommend this KOA for tenting. Very close to busy interstate with lots of traffic noise all night. The staff we encountered were pleasant. The bathrooms were clean. Robust WiFi.

The person who took my reservation via phone was very helpful and friendly, and the facilities were clean - so those two aspects on my stay were excellent. However, the tent sites were adjacent to I-40 and the trucks barreling past all night (many using their engine breaks on the downhill) made it very difficult to sleep, so I did not get a good rest.

I stayed one night in a tent site. I have stayed at many KOAs. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and when they realized I was traveling alone, they put me in a site near the restroom. Clean and well-run KOA.

First the good things: great shower area, very clean. The bad: our tent site was inches away from I 40 so it was very loud at night when we were trying to sleep.

Stayed here a few years ago, and found myself passing through again (Summer 2022). Despite the highway noise (yes, it is signifiant), the Log Cabin Restaurant, friendly owners, cost, and comfortable site (tent, electric hookup) makes this a good overnight stop. The pool looks nice (didn't use it, but others were). Bathrooms are sufficient.

The campground staff were friendly Clean showerhouses, nice pool, Laundry room was good, but the traffic noise was not good at all so loud first night made me edgy .

Overall very pleasant experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only draw back is proximity to interstate. Noise made it difficult to sleep in a tent. Grounds well kept and facilities clean. Nice place to stop. Will use in future if needed and recommend to others.

It was good, just the camp is less than 100 ft from the I-40. Trucks going by all night.

Who would ever open a campground next to a major road??? I felt like all the trucks were ten feet from me, really it was more like 50 ft. They ran all hours of the night, we could not hear ourselves talking and we were only a few feet away from each other.

Great, clean facilities. We were there for a short night on our way from NY to TX. Easy check in since we’d reserved ahead of time. Nice layout. Easy to get on and off route. Loud next to highway but fine with ear plugs.

I did not realize that there would be no Bathrooms or showers open I will Never stay again unless they are Fully Open

Our stay was wonderful. We arrived after sunset and everything we needed was left for us by staff. The tent pads and area were all lovely and close to the well kept bathrooms.

Great host and great campground

The host was very freindly on the phone and in person. So sad this nice little camp spot is too close to the interstate. The noise is very loud and the Jake brakes of the trucks pulling off at the exit was continually being engaged. I slept very well as I'm no light sleeper. I would stop again since the reception was the real positive. The bathrooms where nice also.

beautiful park with lots of amenities. not much to do in the area but the park itself was great.
