Water, sewer, and electricity were great. Bathrooms were a bit rustic, but very clean.

Very nice and clean. We booked on line at the last minute due to heavy storms in the area and original campground a muddy mess. Staff at this KOA was very accommodating and just pleasant people.

It was a beautiful campground, with very friendly staff. We were greeted by the owner (and her adorable dog!) when we checked in and she told us about different events and activities we could attend/ go to in the area. The camp ground was very clean, maintained and the employees took great pride in checking on us and answering any questions we had. Definitely going to stay here again!

We had a great overnight stay here. The campground was very clean and had the best dog park of any KOA we’ve ever stayed at! Thanks for the hospitality. The staff were all very friendly!

The site was over grown with weeds and still had winter leaves piled up. Paid more for this site than I did in Pidgeon Forge which was very clean. Worst KOAi've ever stayed at. Good thing it was only for 1 night.

Friendly staff, clean bathroom/ showers, campground maintained well, nice pool. A little road noise but that's the norm of convincing from interstate highways. We stay every year for the past 16 yrs on our trips around Tennessee.

This was our 2nd time staying at this campground and both times the staff was accommodating. This stay the site was extremely convenient for us as we were traveling with 2 dogs. The pet pen on our site made everything so much easier. Both stays we were pleased of the cleanliness of the facilities. When we will traveling through the area again definitely will stay at this campground again.

Just stopped overnight on my way west. Close to the highway so it’s easy off and on. A bit noisy with the traffic close.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful. You could hear trucks as they had to slow down on the interstate due to construction when we were sitting outside. The stay was good

Terribly small campground! If you have a class a RV it will be a nightmare getting in/out and nearly impossible if you are towing as well. Campsites are crammed together where awnings and slides nearly touch the neighbors, picnic tables are old and rotten in spots.

Nice clean campground, great for an overnight stay or a stop along the way. But Spaces are tight, noise from the interstate can be heard all day and night.

Parked for the night and couldn't level our motorcoach because not any level ground. Hard walking the campgrounds because of the rocky and uneven ground. I even fell off the steps of the motorcoach beach of the angle. Wasn't what I expected for a KOA campgrounds

Being between a freeway and a busy road, the park was very noisy, all night long. The dog park was not well kept.

The park is very nice shaded small park. Bathrooms clean, nice laundry room, gravel road going in and gravel roads inside, very smooth and well maintained. Only bad thing I see about the park is I-40 being next to park lots of road noise when outside. Inside the canper all I could hear were the CMV engine brakes.

We really liked the campgrounds, unfortunately it’s right next to the I-40 interstate, the noise level was so high you couldn’t enjoy any time outside

Staff was great but road noise was excessive.

MANY JOURNEY CAMPGROUNDS ARE LOCATED CLOSE TO A HIGHWAY,AN AIRPORT, OR A RAILROAD TRACK. PLEASE RATE THOSE CAMPGROUNDS ON THE CAMPGROUND NOT THE NOISE BECAUSE THAT IS SOMETHING THAT CANT BE HELPED.

Unlevel site. No lights by RR doors to be able to see RR code number order. Store did not offer am coffee b fore pullout. Able to finally see RR number at 7:45. Too late for shower.

We are at the KOA at Hurricane mills off exit 143 on 40 west it is really nice, nice size camp sites water, grills, it has a swimming pool

This is a KOA campground. The sites were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and in good condition.
