Nicely maintained campground. Rather close to the Interstate, so a bit noisy. My husband was reluctant to take a shower because the shower rooms were very cold. However, the bathrooms are very nice. Lots of big rigs here, so it's nice for them. We thought it was very nice.

The overall quality of KOA Buffalo was "ok" versus other KOAs that we have stayed at. It's older. Has gravel pads which were very un-level. Weeds needed trimmed and poison ivy needed to be removed. Showers were just "ok" as well.

One of the bathrooms was locked the entire time. No explanation.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

someone plugged the toilet and we were unable to get someone to get it unplugged at that time there was a plastic bag shoved down the toilet Thank you for staying with us

The staff is super friendly And helpful, bathrooms are spotless, the campground needs a little TLC, except for a couple patio sites, the remaining “Big Rig” sites are challenging, we were in a pull thru and needed to unhook our toad to level, we were way back in our sites, the noises from I-40 are unavoidable, seems to be Jake Brake practice area

Nice KOA for a one night stay. the sites were tight, but we fit without unhooking, so that was nice. The pool and playground were nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved the campsite. It was perfect weather to sit outside and enjoy the stars under a canopy of huge trees. The campfires warmed the chilly air as we watched the fireflies light the darkness. Great amenities and super nice hosts. Conveniently located off of I 40. We will see you soon Buffalo KOA. The Bird Family.

This camp ground is great for smaller rv's, but really tight for mine at 42' plus. The hillside location presents a challenge for hitch, unhitch and leveling. Also very noisy traffic.

The bathhouse in the back with the cabins, toilets did not work properly and water pressure was poor and could overwhelmingly smell the septic.

Older KOA with mature trees and park like setting! It is located near at least one church that was having a revival. A little noisy after hours. Close to Walmart (of course - it’s Arkansas), gas stations and restaurants.

Very nice staff. Quiet park. Being not far off the highway you hear some road noise but not bad. Site was nice. Easy in and easy out. Would stay here again.

Just a quick single night stay. The overall campground was nice and although the freeway was nearby we didn't have a lot of noise inside the trailer. The lot assigned was not very level and our tow vehicle's front tires were lower than the rear. So, we didn't unhook as I was concerned if I could reattach or not. Seemed like most of the other sites had more flat space.

Good for overnight but any longer than that there’s nothing to do, you can throw a stick and hit the highway so there’s a lot of traffic noise. We stayed 6 nights and went through the (STAY FREE) on us night but they never honored it, said they don’t participate in that!!! I guess all KOA’s are not the same..

This KOA is not just clean but the pool water sparkled unbelievable! The whole site is to be commended for their organization, cleanliness and customer service, we will be back again and stay a while. A huge THANK YOU to the whole team at this KOA for all their efforts and hard work to make this one of the top sites I have ever seen!

Great for overnight or a couple of days. Noise from interstate was pretty bad on lower sections but the upper sites weren’t bad. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Convenient exit from I-40 to KOA. Somewhat noisy because so close but convenience outweighs noise. A bit rocky on site. Good help getting to site. Very nice staff!

Very nice check in, nice pool, peaceful and quiet. Nice inside roads, spacious sides, clean, everything was very good.

Staff were very nice and welcoming. Spaces are really tight. Landscaping is not pleasing(dog run is weeds and dirt).

Never stayed at this location. Unfamiliar with its layout. Had to call the emergency number for help, father and son team that helped me were very nice patient and helpful! Very grateful! Thank you again!

Everything was clean, orderly and well monitored. The pool is beautiful -- I wish I'd had time for a swim. Friendly people. Felt very safe. Several good places to eat close by, and the Amish store down the road is really cool. There is road noise from nearby I40, but we could not hear it inside thecamper with A/C on. We wil most definitely go back.

Decent park, easy on and off i40. Spots are tight in the section we were in and the sewer hookup was in an odd place basically way into our neighbors campsite so we had to wait to hookup hoses out of courtesy. It was also a very busy holiday weekend. We did laundry which was good but did not use the pool.

We pulled in very late in the night and the road noise from the highway was deafening. Not the KOA's fault, I know, but still, wow! It was poorly lit while I was trying to get my dog to the dog park which was very "rustic" and unkempt. The slot was very unlevel and the picnic table was on a concrete pad located at the very end of the site, no where near our camper. We only stayed a night.

We were late to check in and left early but we had 50 amp service, sewer, and plenty of water. All we needed on a quick stop over on the way home.

First time staying at a KOA & I was very surprised at how many amenities they offer! They have a pool, pretty decent wifi, clean restrooms, & great hospitality! Also, you won't break the bank staying here. We paid only $50 for one night which is a steal for all that is offered. In the photos below is the campground map that I was given & a pic of the restrooms.

Small and quaint campground. The site we were in was big. It could fit our 38 foot camper with 2 slide outs plus our truck . The owners were very friendly. Grounds kept up. Pool, bathrooms were clean. The interstate was very close but the name of the KOA has I-40 in it, so I expected there to be noise but wasn't terrible. I would go back!
