When we arrived at our cabin, there was no clear communication about where we were supposed to park. A short time later, a staff member approached us and rudely told us to move our vehicle, even going so far as to say he would “have someone park in front of our cabin” if we didn’t move. The campground we stayed at in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee was very conveniently located in the northwestern side of the state and was clean and well maintained. The cabin we stayed in was just beautiful. We had such a restful night's sleep. We definitely will stay at this KOA campground again when we are in Tennessee!

Attractive, well maintained campground -- Very nicely maintained and appointed cabin -- recommend highly when can't bring travel trailer -- quick drive from interstate. Staff very helpful.

Nice kampgrounds. Stayed in Deluxe Kabin. Was clean, well kept. All amenities were stocked up. Heater was wonky. Kept shutting off. Need to post instructions on how to make it work or fix it maybe? Could have been me, so not holding it against them too much.

We found the owners to be extremely helpful and accommodating! We made a mistake when making our booking and it didn’t go through, the owners were so helpful in getting us in even though we arrived after sunset. We would recommend this stop to anyone considering staying at a KOA.

We stayed in one of the small cabins, with the grandkids & had a really good time! The bathrooms were clean, had tp & hot water. Only negative is a little noisy, being close to hi-way. But that makes it easy to get off/on, I suppose!

The cabins are not the best idea when the acorns are dropping on the roof, the wind is blowing and you have a dog. I had to leave in the middle of the night after my dog had very high anxiety which led to a seizure.

Air conditioner had a large amount of mold and mildew in it along with an unpleasant odor. The bathroom across from the cabins was not very clean, needed some repairs to tile and also had an unpleasant odor.

Very friendly hospital. Mrs Penny went out of her way to make us comfortable after our long day of driving. Even telling us of a fantastic restaurant just down the road for a great meal. We definitely would recommend this KOA campground to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I stayed in a basic cabin at Buffalo/I-40 KOA. Clean and comfortable. Bathhouse was also very clean and well stocked. Easy on and off the interstate for an overnight stay. There was a fenced in dog park, but no grass, just dirt. A nice playground for young kids, probably too small for teens. My only complaint was the noise from the interstate. Lots of jack brake noise from semis along interstate.

Stayed in a Kabin - which was clean and in good condition. However, the close proximity to I-40 introduced a lot of noise. Thank goodness that I had some earplugs with me or I probably would not have gotten any sleep.

Stayed in a camping cabin. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

We stayed in a cabin that was nice. The park was shaded and a little close to the main road. It was raining when we arrived and continued through the night. Once you get used to the road noise it is fine. Between the rain and road noise we did manage to get some sleep. Bathrooms and showers were clean and nice. Camp hosts were friendly and helpful. We joyed walking around the park.

Nice spot. Good cabin but the hyway noise was a bit much. Nice showers, loved the pool!!!! Good size K9 fenced yard.

Thank you the stay was good except for the bed springs they make very loud noices both on the full and bottom bunk bed, with every turn or movement.

The locks on the cabin were not secure. The bathroom lock the same, I tried pushing to make sure it would latch but it did not. It's was too dark and very few other campers nearby, none close enough to hear if i were in trouble. The cabin clean and cute. I tried to call the after hours number and no one answered -mailbox was full so could not leave a message. I didn't stay the night.

i am sorry you were not satisfied, our restrooms and cabins both have deadbolt locks and are very secure there were people right across from your cabin in cabin 2 i hope you had a better nights sleep at the hotel

In and out in less than 5 hours each stay. Check in package was secure Cabin was clean bathrooms were spotless and climate controlled. We’ll be back on next trip through.

We are at the KOA at Hurricane mills off exit 143 on 40 west it is really nice, nice size camp sites water, grills, it has a swimming pool

This is a KOA campground. The sites were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and in good condition.
