Campgrounds was very well maintained. Very friendly / helpful staff. 5 star bathroom / shower house- feels like you are at your own home. Only negative is the closeness to the highway and the road noise. We were in a tent and it was pretty loud all night. It would not stop us from staying again though.

It was convenient to the highway but so close the noise was deafening. The park itself was ok. Our pull through site had its picnic table right next the next sites water and sewer. Sitting at our table you could touch that sites RV.

A great stop over. Office was closed as I arrived late due to I-40 back up. When departing, no one was in office. Dump site water not functional. Been here before and very convenient between Memphis and Nasheville.

all of our pull thru sites have full hook up, water electric sewer was there a problem with the full hook up at your site?

Yes, its close to the interstate. That’s what makes it an amazing overnight stop! It was easy on/easy off with RV friendly gas stations at the exit. We stopped twice, once going and once coming. We did not hear any traffic noise in the RV with the AC running. The park is clean and well tended. Definitely adding this to our list of stops when we travel up the east coast!

We enjoyed our stay at the Buffalo KOA, it was well laid out and the restrooms were clean. We will definitely stay again for in the area and would recommend it to friends and family.

Loved the premium site. Liked the the easy in and out of the campground with a 45 foot motorhome and flat tow vehicle. Did not like the road noise beside interstate.

Very pleasant, helpful staff. They were very welcoming and friendly. The campground was very clean and well-maintained. Being close to I-40 is a double-edged sword. The convenience includes hearing the traffic on I-40 into the night and in the early morning. Also, the pull-through sites are not long enough/level enough to leave our truck and trailer hooked up and level the trailer.

I split my head open and had to get 13 staples to close the wound. This was due to the low hanging tin roof on the rustic cabin. Please mark and protect the corners. Cabin 2 9/30/2025

We stayed in our motorhome for the first time. It was a great site and close to the bath house if needed......Great campground, great hosts.

Wonderful place to stay! We stayed 2 nights and everything was great! We had a pull through sight! The lady in the office was so very nice! We will definitely stay here again!

It is a nice location, the campsites are in wooded areas. The only bad thing was how loud highway traffic was in the early morning because you are near the highway.

Large rigs beware. Not at all big rig friendly. When booking, the site length was not listed to know what the space could accommodate. Site was not level and the front of the of the pull though had a steep decline for a rv to leave. Felt it was way overpriced for what we got. Smaller rigs would be ok here.

thank you for staying our patio sites will hold 70 ft. we have two of those,so if you book early and dont mind paying a little more for a concrete pad site, they are very big rig friendly

The staff here was very kind, informative and professional. The park was a pretty one and had adequate sized spaces. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. And our little dogs loved the dog park.

Staff was very friendly. Booking was easy. The sites are spacious and somewhat level. Bathroom and showers were super clean and good water pressure. There just isn't anything store wise close. There is highway noise.

Nice park, spacious sites, easy after hours check in. My only complaint is the signage in the drive next to the office is older, faded a bit and not very clear as where to park and what to do. We finally figured it out and all was well.

Was quite nice Cabin, traffic from Hwy 40 was not as bothersome as some reviews indicated but I was in a cabin not a tent or camper. WIFI worked well once I figured out the correct WIFI name. Thank you for a quiet night. DK2 Cabin, I would love to know what type of mattress is on the queen bed.

Been here many times. Good location right off the highway but sites are tight and uneven. Also a lot noise being right next to the highway.

Very clean and well maintained park. Great owners. Just far enough away from Nashville and Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is just down the street. Very easy on/off i40.

one of my favorite of over 200 KOAs visited, we always stay here going out west from Alabama and upon returning as well. Nice little park with continuous improvements every year, friendly staff, nice and clean dog park, everything from tent sites to KOA Patios with restaurants and fuel stops nearby.

We stayed in the Deluxe cabin. It has plenty of room for what we needed. Great campground.....great hosts.

We are at the KOA at Hurricane mills off exit 143 on 40 west it is really nice, nice size camp sites water, grills, it has a swimming pool

This is a KOA campground. The sites were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and in good condition.
