Nice facilities and ez access off the interstate. We thought this one was one of the quieter near a highway - it's not right at the highway exit/entry so trucks aren't shifting or braking nearby.

Were very happy to have a warm (already running heater) cabin waiting for us. The KOA cabin in a different state(the night before) was not heated well. The showers and bathrooms across from the Buffalo,TN cabin were very clean and convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We paid $47 for a gravel pad that was level. The staff was very friendly. They picked up our propane bottle and filled it and then returned in a very timely manner. The laundry facility was clean and reasonably priced. There was a little road noise, but not bad, as the location was an easy on and off the highway.

The campground was great but it is so close to the highway and the noise from the truck traffic was very loud at times.

This was the first KOA I ever booked and stayed. I arrived around 1:00PM and walked into the office. The gentleman behind the counter stared at me. I'm no runway model, but I'm not hard on the eyes either. I asked what I needed to do since this was my first time at a KOA. I felt like I shouldn't have to ask what I need to do. I believe he should've been asking me how he can help. Weird exp.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Easy to get to. The spots are fairly tilted and the road noise is a bit rough, but otherwise the campground is a good overnight stop.

Thanksgiving day, I just wish you had told us you would not be open at all. Site was completely covered with leaves, we raked them so we could walk in & out of our camper. It just was odd to have no services available, I’m glad we didn’t need propane, etc. I just think you should have told us you would not be open. We have stayed there many times, but probably not again. Cost is too high. So

This was the second night in the last three that I stayed in a KOA. I generally stay with my trailer, but I did not want to tow it in the winter, not sure when I will return and the weather at that time. This cabin was perfect for me and my two dogs. The K9 park was nearby so my dogs could stretch their legs after the long journey. We will most likely stay here on our return home. Thank you KOA!

Really enjoy staying at the KOA Campground Hurricane Mills TN. This was our second visit here and was very pleased with the cabin rentals and rv sites. Thank you for providing us with an exceptional campground to stay at. I would recommend this koa campground to anyone .

It took 5 hours for the cabin to warm up. We are in our 60’s and wanted one with a bathroom. 2 said there were no cabins with bathroom, the other said yes, but it is a lot more expensive. No microwave, just a bed and bunks. Now if we had a trailer, it would have been nice. The people are nice, but they hat isn’t huge when it s 28 degrees out

A definite 5 star, but gave it 4 stars because we were assigned a pull through and had to back my camper in because the other site had their tow truck to close to our pull in. Park ranger should have noticed this before assigning our spot.

Very nice Campground, especially the dog park. The office folks, Penny & Polly were terrific - very friendly & helpful. The only issue we had was the road & air traffic noise. It is so close to the hiway that we were constantly woke up by semi-truck braking, loud racing vehicles & police sirens. We had 2 fans running, plus wore ear plugs to no avail. Could use more cement pad sites too.

Very nice campground just wish prices were like they used to be have tripled in past 15 years I used to stay there a lot and could leave camper for 15.00 a month used to leave it from September till January and pay 15.00 a month and 18.00 a night when I stayed in it love it there just can’t afford to stay much at the prices now and Tom and Pat do excellent job of keeping it up really nice people

The park is very nice and rustic. If you have a problem with freeway noise we’ll you should probably avoid all KOAs. What makes this place special is the people. We had a spring shackle break on the trailer. Office staff (former owners) made some phone calls for us and we get her welded up and back on the road.

There were not many RV parks west of Nashville on I40 so we were thankful of the location. We were a bit frustrated that the sewer opening was not next to the site but back at the edge of the road. We needed to stretch 3 long sewer hoses to reach it and it was draining uphill. That made a lot more work when emptying it! The staff was friendly.

The person who took my reservation via phone was very helpful and friendly, and the facilities were clean - so those two aspects on my stay were excellent. However, the tent sites were adjacent to I-40 and the trucks barreling past all night (many using their engine breaks on the downhill) made it very difficult to sleep, so I did not get a good rest.

A quick over night stay. The campground was like camping in the woods. The camp host and workers were very friendly. Super fast WiFi and great cable reception.

I stayed one night in a tent site. I have stayed at many KOAs. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and when they realized I was traveling alone, they put me in a site near the restroom. Clean and well-run KOA.

I had a medical emergency while there. Had to extend our stay 5 days. The staff were so helpful. The owners are there 24/7. My nephew loved his cabin. Bathrooms for cabins were clean. Friendly service with all smiles. Love this place.

We stayed here December 15, 2022 in site 9. Was a nice cozy spot between the trees next to a cabin. The site was level and the staff was amazing. You could hear the trucks on the highway but after awhile I didn't even notice them anymore. Easy access to highway and will keep this one on my list when I pass through again in the future.

Very nice campground. Pretty scenery. Stayed overnight in November so did not use pool ;) Extremely clean washrooms. Large individual shower room with sink and toilet, storage benches and plenty of hooks for clothing. Dog area. Easy 2 minute access to I40 which is convenient but also makes it a bit noisy. Staff friendly and helpful.
