Facilities were clean and the RV spaces and open areas had primarily grass, not weeds. They had a playground for kids and a nice area for dogs. It was close to I-40 so I was concerned I would hear traffic but it was not distracting at all. Overall great place to spend the night.

We enjoyed the pool and the shower rooms were nice.. but the spots are super close and the woman at the front desk is rude.. the older grounds keeper was super nice and always just super friendly. There was a lot of non campers that used the pool several days we were there. It works if you are just staying overnight but don’t recommend for longer than a one night stay.

Easy to get to and easy to get on site. Very pleasant and accommodating host. Big help when traveling and need an overnight stay. Clean, neat and pretty woods.

We’ve stayed here a few times now, as a stop over. Easy access, fairly level spots, clean restrooms/showers. Will definitely stay again in future

Very disappointed in this campground. They no longer have cable TV. The owner said it cost to much. Can't even get any off air channels. WIFI is weak and sporadic. Reserved a 50 amp site, checked in after the office closed and got moved, for no apparent reason, to a 30 amp site. Try cooling your coach with one A/C unit in 95° weather. Definitely going to find another campground next trip out !

Very clean restroom/shower facility which was even air conditioned, so it was also bearable to be in during a heat wave of 90+ degree days. The KOA patio site we were on included a Blackstone grill, which we made use of to cook our dinner....we were there for a short overnight stay during traveling, and will likely be back since we take this route at least once each season.

Great place for us to stop overnight on long trips to Arkansas and further. We are going to stop for a couple of nights next time and see the country. It's a great campground and great folks running it.

Just wanted to overnight to shorten the drive home. Lady in office was very nice and offered to let us use an empty site to empty our holding tanks so we would not block the exit by using the dump station. We enjoyed to dog park which gave our pooch the first freedom he had in 4 days. I was worried about traffic noise since we were so close to i-40 but it was not bad at all. Bath rooms were clean

Great little campground right off I-40. We had clean bathrooms and I am funny about swimming in a pool but it was very clean. The attendees where helpful.

This is the only KOA that called us back. All the others have yet to call us back. When Rv'ers are on the move and don't know who long they want to go for the day, it would be nice for them to call us back or answer the phone. We stopped using KOA because of this same thing for years and was asked to give it a try again. I won't say we are going to stop again BUT this needs to be looked at.

Shared bathrooms were not cleaned during stay. Staff member was rude and insinuated that my children and myself had eaten in the pool area, we had not. We arrived at cabin right at 6pm excited to order a pizza from the front only to discover that the office had closed at 5pm during the busy summer season. Will not return. Disappointed.

Very friendly folks and a wonderful campsite. Clean and well maintained. We would stay again! Absolutely! In a 43' Class A Diesel Pusher with a tow vehicle.

The corner of Pigeon Pass site is terrific. Full hookups worked well. The best part were the owners/hosts. They were so friendly and kind. Type of folks that really strive to help their guests enjoy themselves.

The manager met me at our site after dark, as we arrived late after a long day of unplanned mishaps, he helped spot the area for us while I backed in the trailer, the great parts is, I didn't have to ask for his help, he just did it, and made an easy end to an exhausting day. We will come back.

This was our first stay at a KOA campground. Check in was easy, on-site staff was super friendly and helpful (especially Kenneth), and the campground was clean and was well kept. We were very happy with our stay.

We are at the KOA at Hurricane mills off exit 143 on 40 west it is really nice, nice size camp sites water, grills, it has a swimming pool

This is a KOA campground. The sites were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and in good condition.
