We stayed here twice in the past month. During our first visit, our "guide" was apparently having a bad day, or something. He wan't very friendly or helpful. Thankfully, he wan't there when we last stayed, and the staff we met were good, helpful people.

It was supposed to be big rig friendly but the site we were given was not. Trees to close and utilities to close. Electrical hook up were loose causing power to shut down until I went out to find the problem and push them back into the plugs, a very poor set up. We will not be planning on returning to this location.

The campground is located next to I40. It's loud. The sites are not level and you have to unhook, because the sites are not long enough for larger rigs. The staff is very friendly. If you're looking for a one nighter and don't mind the noise, it will do.

Reservation was handled professionally, The staff provided means to handle late arrival, and we had no issues. The campground is located across small hills and valleys, resultingly, some sites are less “level” than others but we were able to manage easily. We like this location and it is perfectly positioned as a “1-day-drive” from our home. We like the place and will be returning, thank y

Really for smaller rigs. Ok for a night or two. If you are a big rig you will have to disconnect. The owners are working on the campground and the improvements look nice.

Very nice KOA! Lots of trees for shade. Roomy lots. Loved the showers with the rustic vibe.

I really enjoyed the stay! The highway being near and the noise from the 18 wheelers & traffic were distracting, which I was able to tolerate, but my husband prefers more secluded scenery.

Miss Penney was a wonderful sweet lady! Campground was beautiful, clean and store was tidy. We didn't use the facilities but the pool was sparkling and the escort to our site was a friendly gentleman. We would stay there again. Thank you!!

All facility systems were working well. Dog park was secure but I don't think the trash cans for poop bags were emptied my entire stay. A bit noisy from Interstate while at the dog park. Overall a good stay.

The host was very friendly! He called me right back when I left a message after hours. The site was spacious and just off the highway making it really easy to hop back on in the morning, as we were traveling. There was a water faucet at our site and a really nice dog park for our dog. We loved our tent camping site! Thank you so much!

Facilities were clean and the RV spaces and open areas had primarily grass, not weeds. They had a playground for kids and a nice area for dogs. It was close to I-40 so I was concerned I would hear traffic but it was not distracting at all. Overall great place to spend the night.

We are at the KOA at Hurricane mills off exit 143 on 40 west it is really nice, nice size camp sites water, grills, it has a swimming pool

This is a KOA campground. The sites were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and in good condition.
