Loved this KOA! Beautiful especially with the leaves changing! Staff was wonderful! Will stay there again when traveling or visiting our Granddaughter!

I was in a tent. Why would anyone make a tent camper set up directly on SUPER LOUD Rt. 40? I've been to KOAs with close highway proximity, but never experienced such a loud highway (with no real nighttime relief, because there was a constant flow). If the tent area was moved behind the RVs, they'd get some sound buffering. I'd rather listen to someone's generator all night.

Great campground. We came in late, and they had everything ready for us. Great pull thru and nice visit with the Barron's the next morning. Beautiful campground and they work hard to keep making new updates. Look forward to our next stay here. Thanks for everything!

Were do I begin. Small tight, Unlevel lots, not just mine, I saw several units blocked, Loud Highway noise all night, No TV , either by cable or over the air, poorly lighted, All this for the amazing price of $62.00 for one night far above the average for RV parks similar . My advice to anyone. Stay at the nearest rest stop, you'll be happier. Robert F. Hopkins

The staff is very friendly and the park is clean. They do have a small fenced dog area, but not any grass to speak of. The sites are tight for big rigs and not easily leveled. You can hear the traffic if that kind of thing bothers you. I didn’t use any amenities so I cannot speak on that.

Sights are all on a down hill slope making it almost impossible to safely level RV and KOA sits directly between the interstate and a service road. Don’t expect any sleep. Also they have cable TV but canceled the account because the rates went up but in turn didn’t lower fee to stay because they have no cable and there is no over the air tv to g Had. They have Wi-Fi but it’s not good enough

Sites are too small and unlevel. Fortunately, we were able to relocate to the only level site large enough to accommodate our 34’ motor home with pull behind vehicle. This was only due to a last minute cancellation

What a nice camground...nestled in the woods, plenty of space, clean, friendly owners. This is a definite do-over but next time, it will be for a week so that we can take in all the history in the area.

Penny went above and beyond to accommodate our group. We enjoyed our stay very much. Yes there is noise from the interstate but we were warned in advance. Very nice place.

Very clean campground, fills up fast from road weary travelers, currently in the process of upgrading RV parking from gravel to concrete, bath houses are clean and well maintained, while RV pads are pull through, near level, some spots have a rather steep exit and require additional blocking to level front to rear as well as placement of spacers under the down slope side tires. Very friendly staff

Main office bathrooms were immaculate. The secondary bathrooms had toilet issues our last morning. Other than the noise from the interstate (which cannot be helped much) the campground was very nice!

One set of restrooms had trouble flushing and were flooded. The campground was way too close to main highway and therefore had highway noise all day and night! The ladies that worked there were rude.

Was in site 32 with a 41’ coach towing and the site was very unlevel and had NO picnic table which if it looked like all the others we would not have used it as they all looked very unsafe.

Pro: very friendly, helped find Rv repairman. Pretty grounds, patio site concrete pad and level. Con: can see and hear interstate.

Always helpful in choosing a lot because husband is handicapped. Grounds are always clean, well maintained, all in working order (laundry etc). We've stayed there so many times that staff calls us by name.

Not what I have come to expect from KOA, site was ok, however it was very close to highway, and noisy all night. But bathrooms/showers in this place are a disgrace and are in desperate need of maintenance.

First time to stay here, two nights, Penny the owner was very nice and friendly, the park was small but full both nights, if that way again we would stay there. The park was clean and keep up well.

Sites are crowded together. Most sites appear to be on a slope so very unlevel. Real kicker is you are a few hundred yards from I40 so it is incredibly noisy. Would not stay here again.

I stayed in a basic cabin at Buffalo/I-40 KOA. Clean and comfortable. Bathhouse was also very clean and well stocked. Easy on and off the interstate for an overnight stay. There was a fenced in dog park, but no grass, just dirt. A nice playground for young kids, probably too small for teens. My only complaint was the noise from the interstate. Lots of jack brake noise from semis along interstate.

Good campground close to the Interstate. Gravel roads in the campground may be difficult for some street motorcycles. Great facilities and assistance with check in.

Stayed in a Kabin - which was clean and in good condition. However, the close proximity to I-40 introduced a lot of noise. Thank goodness that I had some earplugs with me or I probably would not have gotten any sleep.

The sites are in need of some up grades with being level dog park was ok facilities were ok and very close to highway but for a one nighter it worked

We are at the KOA at Hurricane mills off exit 143 on 40 west it is really nice, nice size camp sites water, grills, it has a swimming pool

This is a KOA campground. The sites were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and in good condition.
