My only complaint is that I wish they had a sound barrier between the campground and the interstate but as the night went on the traffic sound died down and not a big deal, other than that, I couldn't ask for a better or friendlier staff. I stayed here for work and ended up running out of propane, they let me use a tank then filled mine while I was working. Super friendly people

Everything was great. Only stayed 1 night. Only bad thing is freeway noise was pretty loud all night. The shower rooms were great. Liked the layout and enjoyed the shower because the weather was freezing and didn’t want to hook up water.

It’s a KOA Journey! Clean, friendly owners, everything you need for a night over! It was cold so we were all closed up but we did not hear the highway at all! We stayed at 12 Journeys with planes trains and automobiles, this was actually pretty quiet.

Site was adequate but highway noise was extremely bad. Employees were very friendly and courteous.

Worn out RV Park. Power pedestal 30A socket loose = plug falls out and extra heat due to poor condition. 20A plug intermittent and pedestal lamp doesn’t work. Gravel site too much slope back to front. Front stabilizers didn’t reach the ground. Staff knocks off early - some time before 4:45 pm. Staff doesn’t answer the phone and call backs are slow. Never met staff. Look for somewhere else.

Love this little spot. Friendliest folks, very clean sites. It’s half way point for us so very easy spot to stay in. Very pleased!

Our stay was fine. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our lot was very nice. The showers and restrooms were very clean.

This KOA is right along side I40, so there is a lot of freeway traffic noise all day. It calmed down somewhat at night. The dog park was convenient but I spent much time picking up picking 5 or 6 different dogs' poop because their owners were too lazy to do it. Obviously, this dog park is not monitored and cleaned by staff. The fallen leaves made it hard to see, but I managed.

Even though it is in the highway, it is still quiet. We camped just overnight, but we were quite comfortable. Restrooms and showers were very clean

Nice kampgrounds. Stayed in Deluxe Kabin. Was clean, well kept. All amenities were stocked up. Heater was wonky. Kept shutting off. Need to post instructions on how to make it work or fix it maybe? Could have been me, so not holding it against them too much.

We found the owners to be extremely helpful and accommodating! We made a mistake when making our booking and it didn’t go through, the owners were so helpful in getting us in even though we arrived after sunset. We would recommend this stop to anyone considering staying at a KOA.

Hosts were very friendly, campground was nice. To everyone complaining about the loud highway - this is a factor of staying at most KOA journeys. They are close to highways for the specific reason that they are usually just used overnight. I’ve been to 11 diff journeys on our cross country trip - trains, planes, and/or highways at each one! It’s just to be expected at Journeys.

Easy in and out. I was escorted to my site and helped to park. Everything is a bit tight for big rigs towing a vehicle, but the escort was invaluable and made things safe. Lots of freeway noise, but that's to be expected and worth the trade off for quick access to and from the freeway. Despite the rain the gravel roads held up well so there were no problems even with a big coach. I will come again

We stayed in one of the small cabins, with the grandkids & had a really good time! The bathrooms were clean, had tp & hot water. Only negative is a little noisy, being close to hi-way. But that makes it easy to get off/on, I suppose!

The cabins are not the best idea when the acorns are dropping on the roof, the wind is blowing and you have a dog. I had to leave in the middle of the night after my dog had very high anxiety which led to a seizure.

We had a great stay here while visiting the Lorretta Lynn Ranch. We would recommend it. The only reason we didn’t give it a 5 is because of the noise. There is quite a bit of highway noise.

Air conditioner had a large amount of mold and mildew in it along with an unpleasant odor. The bathroom across from the cabins was not very clean, needed some repairs to tile and also had an unpleasant odor.

Had a deluxe patio site. It was level and shady. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great overnight place to stay. Close to interstate so some traffic noise.

this is a very good over night rv,cabin,tent stay. The I 40 road noise is bad, but the convenience factor for food , gas,is very good. Sewer hook ups, water, electric are good, most rv sites are gravel except for 2. Most are pull through. Just remember this a rural area and there is no upscale RV resorts nearby.

Very friendly hospital. Mrs Penny went out of her way to make us comfortable after our long day of driving. Even telling us of a fantastic restaurant just down the road for a great meal. We definitely would recommend this KOA campground to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We are at the KOA at Hurricane mills off exit 143 on 40 west it is really nice, nice size camp sites water, grills, it has a swimming pool

This is a KOA campground. The sites were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and in good condition.
