Would not recommend this KOA for tenting. Very close to busy interstate with lots of traffic noise all night. The staff we encountered were pleasant. The bathrooms were clean. Robust WiFi.

The property was decent but the site was very small and barely fit our trailer. Also the traffic noise was horrendous. We barely slept and it caused us to leave a day early.

Our stay was for only 1 night as a midway point on the way to our next destination. It is a 90° turn into the park but not too bad. We checked in after hours and there were clear direction to our site. Problem is, the sites are WAY too short some RVs were hanging out into the road. Be advised this is right off the interstate and there is road noise but if you go understanding this you’ll be fi

The workers are wonderful, very friendly. The bathrooms are clean and everything is well taking care of. 10/10 recommend I always have a great time there.

Bathrooms are brand-new and exceptionally clean! And there is a code for entrance, so felt very safe.

Very clean and well maintained campground. Our site had a large concrete patio with nice metal wrought iron patio furniture. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I have to give the Buffalo I40 KOA a high rating for the campground. It was well kept and very well laid out for easy in and out. They work really hard to keep everything neat and clean. They were helpful and available when needed. Visitors should know that it is easy access right off the interstate, which also means that is it very noisy with lots of truck traffic whizzing by.

Toilette rénové parfaite! Pull thru en pente pas excellent pour gros équipements Le plus gros manque,pas de table picnic sur notre terrain et pas vraiment de place pour sa ,trop étroit!! Bruits des camions sur l autoroute+++ Réveillez a minuit par un towing qui ramenait un pickupsur le terrain voisin !!

Entrance and combined exit is very narrow and a sharp turn for larger rigs towing. After checking in it’s an extremely steep and bumpy descent into the RV spaces. Staff is extremely nice.

Very nice campground. A smaller campground and perfect for the weekly stay or the overnight stay while traveling. The staff is very friendly. I was concerned with comments that I had read about the highway noise but it did not bother us at all.

Small campground. The staff was exceptional the bathrooms very well kept. The space was roomy and they are thoughtful enough to leaving the space empty next to you when possible. The biggest problem would be to any light sleeper. Its right at the interstate. Road noise and the trucks jakebrakes can be a CAMPER'S biggest complaint. For me no problem, was tired and slept like a baby.

This is my favorite KOA and I have stayed at many all over the country. However, although the camp hosts were exceptionally kind and friendly as usual, no propane was available and the water was not working at the RV dump site this time. These inconveniences were the only reasons I can't give a 5 rating.

Very polite and down to earth staff. Clean. Sites typical size. Easy in and out. You can hear the Highway traffic when outside. Not so much when inside the RV.

Very nice and well kept campground. We have stayed in a camper and in the camping cabins. So far we are very pleased with our stay there.

The campground is conveniently located, staff are friendly and facilities clean and functional. Sites are mostl on gravel and have a fair degree of slope. Proximity to I40 means there is a LOT of road noise, 24 hours a day.

We stay here whenever going East or West on I 40. Easy on, easy off. While there is road noise it never bothers us. Nice people.

Office staff was very friendly as was the escort. Spaces we way too close together and the people across from us were selling goods out of the back of their toy hauler.

Yeah, I don't get it. Folks, as I did, chose this KOA due to closeness of access to I40, then complain about traffic noise. Its called brown noise folks. This is the first KOA where I was actually jealous of the "private" bathrooms. I gotta build one those. Enjoyed my walks with my dogs, and the dog runs available. Loved the ice cream. We'll be back.

Excellent place for a stopover. They keep a tidy, well maintained campground. Great bath/shower rooms. Just a little road noise but easy enough to close the door and not hear it.

Our site was very unlevel. The restroom/showers were very good. The site was next to I-40 so it was very noisy. Otherwise a decent one night stay

Things are just old and unkept. Railings are splintery. The highway noise is just so very loud. Check in was pretty okay and other staff was not friendly. Bathrooms not tended. Sites are not level. We have been in a lot of KOAs, we were befuddled to see this one had ever recieved awards. If its a family place, foul language both verbally and on bumper stickers and flags... is not okay.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

i did not see any flags except the American flag flying, I hope that is not the flag they were talking about, nor did I hear any foul language, I cannot control what might come out of a campers mouth, myself and our employees do not cuss Thank You for staying with us!!!!!

Friendly staff but campground is not what we’ve come to expect from KOA’s. Sites are very narrow. Our picnic table was sandwiched between the neighbor’s sewer hose and water hose. Had to be extremely careful not to trip over neighbor’s water hose when entering and exiting our camper. Cable tv continuously froze n several channels. Noise from I-40 was non stop all night.

Nice tree-lined park with pull-though and back in sites. Most sites are gravel, but a couple nice, fully paved pull through sites are available. Staff is friendly and will escort you to your site (must be there prior to 5:00 PM. for escort). The laundry room was very clean. The only negative is that it is very close to I-40, so traffic noise is high.

We stay here whenever we are passing through to visit family in GA. The bathrooms are clean, the owners are wonderful and it's close to The Log Cabin Restaurant where we eat every time we are here. Easy pull in and pull out. Yes it can be noisy next to the highway. Conveniently located.
