The campgrounds seemed clean and late checkin was easy, but my tent site was so close to the highway that I couldn’t sleep at all. Loud semi trucks and other traffic were constant, so I gave up trying to sleep and packed up around 3am for another 9 hours on the road with no sleep.

Wished our site had been a little more level. While it is close enough to I-40 to be convenient, it is also close enough to I-40 to still have a lot of truck traffic noise all night as they downshift to handle the hills.

We had a one night stay during our traveling. Staff were helpful on the phone and preparing for our arrival. Would stop again to explore the area more.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful. I left my ignition switch on for over a day and they helped me jump it. I would definitely recommend and I will go back.

Pulled in last night and found it difficult to find my spot. The numbers on the parking spots are very difficult to read. The water connection was frozen solid.

My only complaint is that I wish they had a sound barrier between the campground and the interstate but as the night went on the traffic sound died down and not a big deal, other than that, I couldn't ask for a better or friendlier staff. I stayed here for work and ended up running out of propane, they let me use a tank then filled mine while I was working. Super friendly people

Everything was great. Only stayed 1 night. Only bad thing is freeway noise was pretty loud all night. The shower rooms were great. Liked the layout and enjoyed the shower because the weather was freezing and didn’t want to hook up water.

It’s a KOA Journey! Clean, friendly owners, everything you need for a night over! It was cold so we were all closed up but we did not hear the highway at all! We stayed at 12 Journeys with planes trains and automobiles, this was actually pretty quiet.

Site was adequate but highway noise was extremely bad. Employees were very friendly and courteous.

Worn out RV Park. Power pedestal 30A socket loose = plug falls out and extra heat due to poor condition. 20A plug intermittent and pedestal lamp doesn’t work. Gravel site too much slope back to front. Front stabilizers didn’t reach the ground. Staff knocks off early - some time before 4:45 pm. Staff doesn’t answer the phone and call backs are slow. Never met staff. Look for somewhere else.

This KOA is right along side I40, so there is a lot of freeway traffic noise all day. It calmed down somewhat at night. The dog park was convenient but I spent much time picking up picking 5 or 6 different dogs' poop because their owners were too lazy to do it. Obviously, this dog park is not monitored and cleaned by staff. The fallen leaves made it hard to see, but I managed.

Even though it is in the highway, it is still quiet. We camped just overnight, but we were quite comfortable. Restrooms and showers were very clean

Nice kampgrounds. Stayed in Deluxe Kabin. Was clean, well kept. All amenities were stocked up. Heater was wonky. Kept shutting off. Need to post instructions on how to make it work or fix it maybe? Could have been me, so not holding it against them too much.

We found the owners to be extremely helpful and accommodating! We made a mistake when making our booking and it didn’t go through, the owners were so helpful in getting us in even though we arrived after sunset. We would recommend this stop to anyone considering staying at a KOA.

In spite of a very rainy arrival with some mechanical issues, our stay here was pleasant. It was a quick overnight stay. When we arrived it was pouring rain and the site we booked was too small and sloped too much for us to level. Called and the manager quickly moved is to a concrete pad where we had room and it was level for us. Right off the interstate and while it's a bit tight for big rigs (ours is 43') it was a good stop.

This is our normal stop when visiting family in WV. We stayed in a Kozy Kabin as usual. The only drawback of Buffalo KOA is its location. It's convenient but its proximity to I 40 makes for a lot of road noise.

I only spent 1 night there and the people are so helpful and friendly. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is the internet sucks.
