We stayed from April-June for a work contract. Christina set us up in site 31 and helped with every question we had since this was our first experience with our travel trailer. The site was level. Hardee, Leslie, Kim, Wayne, Ronnie, and Henry made our stay perfect. A great crew at this KOA. The pool was nice. Laundry facilities, game room, cafe, and store made our stay comfortable and convenient.

Staff were friendly and informative. Quiet camp spot. Dog friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely will be back in the future when I return to Johnson City!! Bath and restroom very clean!!

Parking is not level. I had to jack up the front 18”. I know this is camping, but toilets and showers are old compared to other KOA’s.

Very friendly staff. Sites are gravel, but we'll maintained. The campground itself is well maintained. Enjoyed the pool. The laundry machines were clean as was all the facilities. Will stay there again if in the area.

Place was fine, very small pool so adults cant enjoy pool when kids are taking over. Too steep of roads to get in & out of your spot. Loved seeing the Donkeys.

I stayed there for 8 months and enjoyed my stay. I loved the propane refill service that was provided. The service was perfect for me because I was working during the day and was not able to get bottles refilled at other places. So this was huge plus for me. I will be staying at a KOA the next time one is available.

Best KOA ever! Owner is fantastic and very caring. She runs a very clean facility and has an excellent staff behind her. Great place for kids with lots of activities in the playground. We spent Memorial weekend at site and team did a fantastic job celebrating with pancake breakfast, arts and craft followed by a BBQ and pot luck. Ending the evening with band and dancing. Best Place Ever!!!

A nice, quiet campground. It was clean and well cared for. The woman up front was very friendly and helpful. We certainly would stay there again.

It was a nice campground, easy to find, staff was so nice and friendly! It was clean and lots of activities for the kids too. The pool was small, but clean and the kids had fun! The playground was big! Overall, it was a nice campground!

Extremely clean, sites are setup so that you don't have a sewer hose from your neighbor right in your outdoor space, camp staff were very friendly and the cookies are awesome!

The KOA app that we used to book is soooo difficult to use. We ended up with a site for 50 amp price. When we checked in I wanted to fix that and was told, no. Sorry. We don’t control the site. Can’t fix. But the site has a 30/50 power box But I want to pay for just a 30. Sorry. Can’t help. Write KOA

After hours arrival was very accommodating. Lady was very helpful and kind on the phone. Ground staff is very friendly. Still wish pull-through for RV’s was more level so didn’t have to lift wheels off the ground. (Not recommended).

We spent two nights at this KOA. Greeted by the owners who were sincerely friendly. Had our information ready for us and guided us to our site. Campgrounds were clean and kept up nicely. Restrooms were clean. Laundry room gave me a surprise with needing an app to use. But it was easy for me to add to my phone and use. No need for quarters. Machines were nice. Great job overall!

I had trouble leveling the trailer because the blocks kept sliding on the rock. I had a long day of driving and asked the escort if they could move me sites as I was pretty tired and a bit frustrated. Kristina upgraded me to a nice site with a cabana. I was very appreciative as I had a long day of driving. All of my stays have been great at the KOA’s, but this one was above and beyond.

Very pleasant people. Clean campsites with fire pit and table. Great park for kids to play. Not a bad drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Cades Cove, Cherokee etc. Highly recommend

Difficult to get into site. We camped by permanent residents that had extra tires under their trailer; trailers were nasty. Trailer behind us had allowed his dog to poop and not clean it up. Dog parks had not been maintained - lots of tall weeds. Suggest to take KOA sign down. Very disappointed.

The check in staff was awesome. But, the gentleman helping us park our RV was not as good. The site was not level where he stopped us. He then left. I had to disconnect my car to move back. The sites are on a hillside and very difficult to make the uphill turn when leaving with a large RV. We love KOA but will not stay here again

Great customer service. Site was level Keep in mind if your driving a longer rig the roads into the campground are narrow. Great overnight spot.

Little disappointed with the hour's of operation and the lights should be on a automatic on and off if you would like the light's off your guest should not have to try to find the light's the grounds them selves was pretty good and clean

Had a problem with our RV and the camp manager helped us do some troubleshooting. When we could not fix the problem ourselves, he provided us with a list of names for emergency RV service. A technician did come out and the problem was resolved. Campground is small and the sites are tight, but the staff was excellent!

This is an excellent campground, easy to get to from I-81, but just far enough away from the roar of the highway. We’ve stayed here several times, the staff is courteous and professional and the campground is neat and tidy. We would definitely come back.

We reserved a pull through lot and the site was extremely uneven. We felt everything would fall forward. Also the resort is not big rig friendly. It was very tight and the road into it was windy and full of trees. If you have a 40' or greater rig, I would proceed with caution.

Bad signage to get into KOA, site not level, no room to park vehicle due to position of adjoining site- Water psi on site varies- caused water source pipe to break in the trailer. Seems like quite a few of the sites were long term campers.

it wasn't anything like the website photos. it was loud with the groundskeeper always riding the utv and they don't give refunds when u pay monthly and only stay a week

Was okay, but site was extremely unlevel. Also, entrance to campground was hard getting in and out-that entrance needed to be graded down before paving in order to allow better visibility.

WE ARRIVED LATE (9PM), THE STAFF HAD CALLED EARLIER TO CONFIRM OUR ARRIVAL AND WHEN WE ARRIVED WE HAD A 'WELCOME PACKAGE' TO GUIDE US IN WHICH MADE OUR CHECK IN EASIER. MANY THANKS TO THEM FOR THIS; OUR SITE WAS CLEAN AS WAS THE ENTIRE CAMPGROUND. VERY SATISFYING OVERALL.

We stayed on 2 occasions recently: Once when we were traveling South and then again when we were returning North. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back!

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
