The grounds were well maintained, bathrooms and showers were cleaned daily, all the staff and owners were very kind and respectful. They were accommodating to our needs coming in and we were able to stay and enjoy our time. Thank you so much and would love to come back and visit with grandkids. The playground area and pool is will draw the families in. The Pavilion has ample space for groups.

We had a great time at the KOA the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and the grounds were well kept. The kids had a lot of fun on the playground and jump pad.

Staff was amazing. Grounds were very well kept. Cabin was very clean but no stove. Spaces were very small & too close to other campers. Cabin next door had multiple families with multiple screaming kids that were very loud & disturbing. One of the smallest KOA’s we ever stayed at, but we still had a great time. Keep up the good work staff.

The TV did not work. I was told to go to settings and change it to antenna. I could not figure it out. I don't have time to watch TV except when I am on vacation. I did not stay at the cabin during the day, I was out having fun. So I was disappointed that the TV did not work for two nights.

Nice campground and cabins. Bed was extremely squeaky and uncomfortable in cabin however.

The entire staff was very accommodating to our Girl Scout troop. They had so many fun activities that our girls were never bored! The entire trip was amazing! We can't wait to go back!

Our cabin was very clean. The bathhouse was about 10 steps from us! Friendly people, nice facilities. We have a camper, but were in Kingsport for a short weekend trip so we booked a cabin! We’ll be back next year!

The cabin we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The pool looked nice but it was a bit cold for me to use. The store has all you need at reasonable prices. Very nice laundry facilities and great game room . The restaurant has some very good food but the best part was feeding the donkeys and I couldn't get over how quiet it was all day! I wish the KOA's that I've been to have gravel roads. Not Very Easy to Navigate on a Motorcycle, Especially Pulling a Trailer.

The stay was great!!! Only concern was I did text about the door lock issues and then when dropping off the key yesterday and no response. This was the number I texted 423 323 7790 Also when I went to use the drop off night slot the key wouldn’t fit. I left in the cabin and texted the number and no response.

What a wonderful stay! We were in a cabin for 3 nights while our family had an RV. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean. It was so peaceful with deer and birds always chirping. The cabin was clean and very comfortable with everything you would need. Restaurants and stores are a nearby drive.

A great layout, very quiet. The cabin was well furnished, even had linen. The website did say you needed to bring your own so that was a pleasant surprise.

We had fabulous care at Bristol Koa. Linens provided in our camping cabin at no extra charge, towels and washcloths as well, and when we ordered pizza they threw a handful of Twix in our bag. Bathrooms were great and private. And to top everything off, my husband forgot his medicine there, so Mrs Michelle called and is shipping them to us. Top notch care!

We loved it! The cabin was cozy and spotless. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they couldn't have been better. It was peaceful and quiet at night. They have a jumping pillow, pool, playground and activities for the kids. We can't wait to go back, my granddaughter wants to live there!

Bristol KOA is a smaller KOA but mighty in amenities, social activities, and food options from their Cafe. I rented a deluxe cabin and it was perfect. Very clean inside and out. This campground is very tidy and well maintained. I will be back!

All was excellent. The only suggestion I have is to turn the air conditioner on prior to guests arrival because was very hot in there and took a while to finally cool down so it was comfortable. Other than that all was perfect!

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
