We are so very thankful for the camp host who had our cabin set up with extra blankets and the heat on in preparation of our (very) late arrival with two children. Bathrooms and facilities were clean. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and playground before continuing our trek north. *Linens provided for the rustic cabin stay even included bathroom bags with bath towels and washcloths.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Cute cabin with provided linens and towels. Nice country atmosphere away from the freeway. clean bathrooms kept warm during the cold months. I’ll stay here again!

Owners/managers were very accommodating. We we there for 2 weeks while in the process of buying a new home. It was over all a very pleasant stay, despite 5 of us in the one lodge. I would come again and or reccoment this camp to family and friends.

I had the absolute best stay at the Bristol Kingsport KOA in their lodge. The lodge had everything we needed plus more Kristina the office manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay while visiting family in the area. Most definitely will be coming back soon. Also, the delivery service of anything in the store was an added bonus. Can’t wait to come back.

For the price of a deluxe cabin per night, the mattress should be at least comfortable- it was AWFUL.

Very clean cabin. The patio in front of the cabin had a huge spiders nest and as I walked up the stairs I was face to face with Mrs Spider. If I hadn’t seen her she would have hitched a ride on my head. My suggestion is to get rid of spiders at the front entrance. Easy check in.

Cabin was VERY clean and the staff extremely friendly plus really helpful. We enjoyed our stay, having an Autistic daughter having a safe space for her is utmost priority to me. The cabin was her safe space THANK YOU!!!

The campground is great for families with kids/dogs. The playground area has a lot of activities. The staff is friendly, facilities are clean, but we found the office hours to be inconvenient to our needs and expectations. If ever in the area again, we would stay here!

Loved all of the activities for the grandkids. They had a blast. The facilities were in great repair and very clean. Thanks for making a short weekend a memorable one. We were in town opening The Good Feet Store in Bristol at the Pinnacle. Come see us!

Typical KOA cabin. Small KOA. Take Hwy 81 to get there if you are pulling a trailer. Camper sites seem a little smaller than most KOAs, not much shade thru campsites. Gravel drives. Not the fanciest of KOAs, but they do have the camp play area & pool. I would not want to tent camp here. The staff is AMAZING, cooperative, & accomodati. Laundry, pool table, Gen store, pizza & food- all good.

It was great and so comfortable! They are very kind and good to me and even delivered my food to my cabin. I thoroughly enjoy the peace and quiet at the campground. I sat on the porch in the evening swinging and listening to an owl hooting softly and the bray of a donkey as well as beautiful music from the birds.

Amazing place amazing people, quiet and clean friendly can’t say enough good things we stayed in a cabin and it was beautiful. I have already recommended to others I would stay anytime. Best campground in the Tri-cities. They treated us like family and our 5 year old son loved it. The staff was the best and made us feel like we were at home.

I stayed in a cabin. The bathhouse was next door to the cabin which was convenient. I like the bathhouse because it is a one stall and shower combo. You have alot of privacy.

This was my second stay at this camp ground. I travel from Fl. to Pa. and back at least once a year and was very happy to find a place where I felt safe. The stay was very peaceful, I stayed in one of your cabins. The first cabin was fantastic, clean, and everything top notch. I stayed in another cabin on my way back to Fl.. This one was clean but had some items that need attention. Jody

Beautiful campground and very clean. Linens were provided in our cabin-a first at KOA for us. . Tv & fridge were also nice since we stayed in a smaller cabin. $25 pet fee seemed high-I understand though. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again! Thank you to the owners and staff.

The stay was great. The travel camping workers greeted us with a Happy Anniversary. Sorry I'm terrible with names. Linens were nice. Such a cool campground. I would have given a 5 star rating, but, as I was talking with the travel camping guy, some woman ( presumably the owners wife) came in the back door and rudely interrupted our conversation . Your business is built on relationships.

Really liked the individual bathrooms at the cabin bathhouse. I found it difficult to heat up the cabins well enough but appreciated the extra blanket you were able to provide me with.

The host was so kind and welcoming, she felt like family. I stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was everything I needed, very relaxing.

Stayed in cabin 1. Clean. Bedding was very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Had TV and plenty of outlets for phones, etc. Staff was super nice and very accommodating. Campground is very pretty and quiet.

It was awful there were wasps in our lodge some of the outlets didn't work. It was supposed to be ok for disabled people it was not. I would have left the same day but was so exhausted from driving I couldn't. We left the next morning. Knowing we wouldn't get our money back. That was $800 down the drain.We were supposed to sing that weekend had to go home instead. Never again! Needs repair rundo

I was greeted by a very friendly person at the office. I got to my cabin and was blown away by how clean and nice it was. The grounds are were very nice and campers very quiet. Kids playing on the playground area. I felt welcome and safe at this campground and these are very important to me these days.

The staff was friendly, the bathhouse was clean and I like the fact there was food delivery from their Cafe. I like the fact you had a dog walk but it needs work. No grass , muddy and weeds. My dog didn't like it. I wasn't sure If you had a box to drop off the key for cabins. The ramp was chained off and I couldn't deal with the stairs. Might have a box downstairs. It was very quiet and enjoyable. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the quiet mornings drinking coffee on the porch. This is our 2nd year staying and everything looked new and well kept.

Our stay was good with a few exceptions. We have a few recommendations to make the stay great for others. We stayed in cabin K7. The front door needs WD40, the full size bed mattress needs replaced. It was extremely hard to sleep on because you could hear and feel the springs. Strongly recommend new mattresses. We also had infestation of ants. Ants were all over, including in our beds.

4+ Staff very nice and friendly. Clean campground. Rented a deluxe cabin was nice, just the shower control did not function properly. Could not get hot water and then the cold . The sink and in bathroom had it, and kitchen also had it. We did tell the person when we checked out. Otherwise nice place!

When I called for a reservation the lady that answered the phone was the nicest person to talk to. She was so helpful and sent me a picture of the park map on my phone. Our site was beautiful and so clean! Stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice park with lots of amenities. We were given a very level pull thru site with a patio, table and chairs, and a grill. The staff was just fantastic. They even delivered the pizza we ordered from the park cafe. The park is far enough from the highway to be quiet. The office has a balcony with chairs for your enjoyment.

Best campground in the Tri-Cities area wouldn't stay anywhere else. You can definitely tell it's a family owned and operated business because there is a lot of love put into this campground. Kristina, the office manager goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure every guest feels like family. You rarely get that nowadays, and we enjoy the personal touches they give this campground.
