Very close to the interstate but secluded none the less. Tony accompanied us to our site and helped position our rig. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere.

I found this campground not to be very big rig friendly. I left there with a busted windshield because of the coach twisting to get into our assigned lot.Sorry to say I will not be returning unless we get a much smaller rv.

Excellent stay! The weather was bad when we arrived so Sheila and Del made sure we stayed inside, warm and dry, until it cleared enough to set up. Campground is extremely nice and well maintained

Though I was only there for 1 night, I had a premium site and enjoyed the patio and patio furniture along with a great fire pit. The staff was very friendly, too!

Interior roads are too steep. Site was not level. I had to use many blocks to get my RV somewhat level. Decent for a 1 night in/out stay.

The sites were short, very uneven and gravel. The most disappointing site and also the most expensive during our 3 week trip accross 9 states. The park seemed ok if you had kids but as an older couple with a dog, the park left much to be desired. The dog park was far from the campsite, impossible in the dark and the store was up a pretty good flight of stairs. Roads are challenging, Never again

Staff were very nice but this place needs a remodel as far as sites and roads go. Realizing we have a pretty large rig, but having to put it in 4-wheel drive to get in and out is a bit crazy! Even had to back out of our pull-through site to avoid a steep hill going out. Please pave your roads and sites and trim back the trees! Got a nice scratch on our paint!

Absolutely wonderful campground to stay at! Everything was clean, worked properly, employees were very kind and helpful. The playground and all the amenities were wonderful! Our 3 yr old LOVED staying here and has been asking to go back ever since! 10/10 will absolutely stay again! Very nice, quiet, family oriented campground.

We were towing a 46-ft fifth wheel and were told all sites were level—unfortunately, ours (#22) was not. The site was down a steep hill with loose gravel, a ditch on one side, and limited width, making it difficult to access. Thankfully, the staff member who assisted us was very patient and helpful. Big rig owners, use caution here. Now I know why we had to sign a waiver!!

We were staying there to go to the festival in Jonesborough. We really liked the improvements (decks etc.) that were made between this trip and the stay a number of years ago. Tony was a great help to us when we needed to hook up when we came in. Thanks.

Stayed two nights in class A motorhome. Site was excellent! KOA is in a small valley with steep sides. Roads are plenty wide enough. Laundry clean. Henry, the fella that escorted us to our site was very nice. Quiet at night. Would stay again.

People are great .sites are scamming and mostly on a side hill making it hard to sit outside etc. All loose gravel makes it hard for elderly to walk. I fell once.

Very tight little rv park. Hill side park with all gravel sites. We stayed one night while traveling. But it seemed like it was safe little park. Just wouldn’t choose again. Like the people beside us said “ it being a KOA we didn’t expect this “. Live and learn

Serenely quiet. Extremely personable and helpful staff. The bathroom, especially the shower, is cramped. The gravel roads, combined with relatively steep slopes made handling my motorcycle a challenge. Convenient propane tank refilling service.

The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. They made some nice upgrades since we visited last year. The campground is very clean. Our favorite stop along the way south. Love the ribs and pulled chicken. Food is the best.

stayed a few days for a local event in Johnson City, somewhat convenient to Virginia Creeper bike/walk trail, stores are within 10 miles, as said in other reviews, some spots are not as level as one would like. my 30 ft motorhome needed two 2x6 boards on each front levelers to not over extend when leveling. Its a great place for exercise and facilities were in good shape.

We were only there for the night, but were very comfortable. Bath house was clean and plenty of places to walk the dogs. Very quiet.

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
