The staff was very, very friendly. Our campsite was on a slight hill so that made it challenging so sit on the picnic table and around the firepit. The playground was fun for the kids. It's a bummer the game room closes at 7. I had to ask 2 different staff members to put soap in the bathroom (took 24 hours to refill.) We had a good time, felt safe but not sure we'd be back for the price.

Clean grounds. Beautiful environment. Friendly staff. Cabin was clean but uncomfortable to sit. High table and chair and bench. Bed was noisy. Several ants.

We stayed two days. The area is beautiful. The facilities are well-maintained. There are five rooms in the bathhouse each room has a toilet a shower a sink And a bench to sit on. Total privacy because each unit is for one person at a time. This is the best configuration of any bathhouse I have seen.

Campground was conveniently located but not right on the highway so very quiet. Follow directions on website, my Garmin was off by about a mile. People are very friendly and helpful. Campground was very clean. Bathrooms in the back were "all-in-one" shower, toilet, and sink. Also very clean. Would definitely return.

They were so helpful to us when our tow vehicle broke down and they allowed us to stay day to day. We are forever grateful for them. Beautiful location and they also have a little restaurant on site that has delicious food. Will be our go to KOA when traveling thru here again. 10/10

Great 5 day stay at the Bristol / Kingsport KOA. Nice property and enjoyed the food from the cafe...even have delivery to your campsite. Will stay again.

We stayed 2 nights at this campground. The owners and the staff are super nice. We needed a fire pit and picnic table on our site and they provided those for us. The campground is clean and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

The campground itself is beautiful but the terrain is challenging for a larger coach. Lots of steep inclines and sharp cornering needed. However what was disappointing was the pull through site we booked was so uneven we couldn't level. We also bottomed out pulling out of the site and had to disconnect our tow bar to get out. Despite this, both the staff and cafe onsite are wonderful.

to be 30 years old this camp ground looks new. It's well maintained and the people jump over backwards to help in any way they can. I would stay there any time I am in that location.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed your campground. It was clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our dog loved the dog park and walking the area. The Mules were an added attraction. The store had a lot to offer . The machines in the laundry need some attention but they worked. The hills could be an issue for some people but I enjoyed the exercise.

Lovely place. A little difficult to get in and out of if you are a motorhome towing but doable. Spaces are slightly in level. Enjoyed the staff, very friendly.

The grounds were nice and the people friendly. The mule was friendly. The only concern was that the game area closed very early. While washing clothes, I wanted to walk in to use the area to relax some and as I was entering it, they came and locked it up. I think it was around 6 pm.

People and staff were extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately the access is a little tough to get to, and our site was pretty uneven. However the staff did provide blocks to help us out, which was needed badly. Also it was hard to see where exactly to exit from. Luckily our neighbors guided us out.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The campground is well kept and peaceful. Our only concern was the path to the pull through sites. The right turn has a steep drop off and the king pin box on our 5th wheel made contact with our trucks tailgate. Fortunately, it didn't dent it. Also, we came within an inch of dragging our bike rack on the way out

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
