The roads to get to your spot are far too steep and if you have a 45’ fifth wheel it could cause serious damage by pinching at your hitch. The roads are gravel and my rig is a toy hauler and very heavy and was sliding and peeling out in four wheel drive in the gravel. We did have damage to our truck because of the incline of the road to space. We ended up having to back out of our space.

staff is friendly. they have a cafe with lots of food options. we prefer more shaded sites. most sites have no trees.

Sites are very hilly & narrow. Steep stairs to check in at office makes it quite difficult for older folks to go there! Food is quite good & it's nice that they have site delivery after a long drive!

I had been staying there for close to a couple weeks. I came home one day and my cooler in my chairs were missing. So I went to the office to let them know. They said well if I see them on the ground, they would help me get them back. So I did find them. The staff was fantastic so the review has nothing to do with them. The roads are gravel and my rig is heavy and was sliding in the gravel. the water, sewer and electric are all on opposite sides of your rig and far away requiring extensions

The most unlevel sites we have ever dealt with. Not big rig friendly. All the roads in the campground need attention. Worst KOA we have ever stayed at.

Friendly and very polite at checkin. Fresh gravel on roads so no ruts. Barely hear Interest at night. Little hilly and steep getting to site, just really slowed down.

We were very happy with the clean camping, walking, service and activities sites. The delivery service was an amazing perk, and we utilized it for a great breakfast. The was staff is friendly and accommodating. We have dogs both under 20# and 2 parks available, for their fun. We were instructed, justifiably, on maintaining pets, but disappointed when camper site #7 left his dogs excrement on site.

Great location and wonderful staff, but our site was unlevel ( our front wheels on our View were in the air when leveled). We also had trouble exiting the campground as our motorhome could not pull our road up the hill to the exit. We had to unhook to get out.

This is one one the worst KOA experience. They pretend it's Big Rig friendly but it's not. The entrance is narrow. We needed to use 4x4 to drive the trailer to our site. We scraped the rear of our trailer on the ground twice and we are not the only ones who did. Finally, we woke up with a new neighbor with their trailer facing us and sharing the same area.

Very nice small campground. All facilities very clean. Staff,especially Chuck, very helpful with all of our questions! All the staff friendly. Big rigs are tight getting there and in & out. Patience is rewarded!

We are on a road trip and just happened to find it by mistake. They had a spot for us. They even had a place that cooked dinner for us very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Overnight rest stop. The entrance was misidentified by our Garmin. Garmin stated it was ahead on the left, when actually it was on the right. The entrance drive is steep and might be a problem in the rain(weather).The campground looks to have great amenities The major flaw was the unevenness of the site we were assign, front right tire needed 6 1" blocks.

Friendly & helpful staff. Very steep driveways in & out. We have 32’ 5th wheel - could not have imagined with our old 40’ 5th wheel. Had to put truck in 4wd to leave.

One of the owners checked us in and took great care of us. All the staff were great. Campground was well taken care of and easy to locate. Food in cafe was great and WiFi worked without any issues. If we ever return to this are we will stay here again.

Park was very nice this was the second time I stayed at this KOA got around 4:30 and hungry so we ordered a pizza wasn’t really think it would be good but it was a good one.

Everything in this KOA shut down at 7pm. We arrived with our children at 6:45pm and the whole reason I rented here was a pool, that closed in 15 min. Whole camp is on huge, difficult to navigate hills and valleys with gravel roads and sites that are very uneven. Everything was really run down in the playground/activity area. Would not recommend.

We showed up without a reservation, first campground was not going to work, the ladies in the office were FANTASTIC, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The gentleman that showed us to our site and delivered supplies as also FANTASTIC! The campground and facilities were very clean, had great lighting at night. Our site was perfect for us. Thank you all for a great weekend!!! XOXO

DONT BK HERE..We had 1 month stay at Bristol/Kingsport & after 1 wk and a small altercation for being too loud, decided to make us leave, keeping all our $- park has financial problems/justify their actions.contract isnt worth anything,not notorized.Their quiet hour starts at 10pm & even-fri & Sat nite is simply just wrong. Camping is supposed to be a good time, not running a assisted living hm

We paid $84 for a site we had to descend a steep grade and bounce over a side hill to get in. And the site was not even level after getting into it! We came in later in the day, just for the night, and left early the next morning, using none of the park’s facilities. There were clearly nicer pull-thru sites that we could have been put on. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
