The KOA staff was helpful and wonderful to work with from reservation to throughout the stay. We had a large group and the location was perfect. The facility was beyond our expectations! Thank you and we look forward to staying with our group next year!

Stayed in a Kamping Kabin and we loved the stay. Really liked that the beds had linens, there were towels/wash clothes provided, and there were little stuffed animals for my kids.

Our family just needed a weekend getaway, so we decided book a reservation here, and we're so glad we did. The campground is top notch and the staff is absolutely incredible. Our camping cabin was perfect for our needs and it was extremely clean, as were the bathhouses. There's activities for every age, and of course there's the pool, where my kids spent most of their time. Going back next month.

The staff was adaptable about letting me change my reservation, and even cleaned a cabin for me so I could stay the night with short notice. They went and beyond.

This was our second time staying here and again was great. Staff was fantastic. You guys wrote the book about hospitality. Couldn’t ask for better group of people working together to make our stay a great experience. I wish there were more of you out there.

Enjoyed my stay at the Bristol/ Kingsport Tennessee KOA. I rented a small cabin. It was clean, air worked great and I was close to the community bathroom/ showers. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this campground to my friends. I traveled with several dogs who stayed in the cabin with me. There was plenty of open space to walk them too.

WONDERFUL service, clean cabin, cozy and quiet campground tucked into a hollow. It was the perfect place for us to stop over for a night on a long road trip. We absolutely LOVED the deluxe cabin for our tiny fam & pup. I usually car camp at KOAs and felt so spoiled with the cabin's mini kitchen, TWO TVs, a full bath and a comfortable bed. 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 will stop there again!

I stay here maybe twice a year when traveling from FL to pa. People are always friendly and help me with whatever I need. This is a very clean, and safe place for me to stay. very welcoming.

We are so very thankful for the camp host who had our cabin set up with extra blankets and the heat on in preparation of our (very) late arrival with two children. Bathrooms and facilities were clean. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and playground before continuing our trek north. *Linens provided for the rustic cabin stay even included bathroom bags with bath towels and washcloths.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Cute cabin with provided linens and towels. Nice country atmosphere away from the freeway. clean bathrooms kept warm during the cold months. I’ll stay here again!

Owners/managers were very accommodating. We we there for 2 weeks while in the process of buying a new home. It was over all a very pleasant stay, despite 5 of us in the one lodge. I would come again and or reccoment this camp to family and friends.

I had the absolute best stay at the Bristol Kingsport KOA in their lodge. The lodge had everything we needed plus more Kristina the office manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay while visiting family in the area. Most definitely will be coming back soon. Also, the delivery service of anything in the store was an added bonus. Can’t wait to come back.

Very clean cabin. The patio in front of the cabin had a huge spiders nest and as I walked up the stairs I was face to face with Mrs Spider. If I hadn’t seen her she would have hitched a ride on my head. My suggestion is to get rid of spiders at the front entrance. Easy check in.

Cabin was VERY clean and the staff extremely friendly plus really helpful. We enjoyed our stay, having an Autistic daughter having a safe space for her is utmost priority to me. The cabin was her safe space THANK YOU!!!

The campground is great for families with kids/dogs. The playground area has a lot of activities. The staff is friendly, facilities are clean, but we found the office hours to be inconvenient to our needs and expectations. If ever in the area again, we would stay here!

Loved all of the activities for the grandkids. They had a blast. The facilities were in great repair and very clean. Thanks for making a short weekend a memorable one. We were in town opening The Good Feet Store in Bristol at the Pinnacle. Come see us!

Typical KOA cabin. Small KOA. Take Hwy 81 to get there if you are pulling a trailer. Camper sites seem a little smaller than most KOAs, not much shade thru campsites. Gravel drives. Not the fanciest of KOAs, but they do have the camp play area & pool. I would not want to tent camp here. The staff is AMAZING, cooperative, & accomodati. Laundry, pool table, Gen store, pizza & food- all good.

It was great and so comfortable! They are very kind and good to me and even delivered my food to my cabin. I thoroughly enjoy the peace and quiet at the campground. I sat on the porch in the evening swinging and listening to an owl hooting softly and the bray of a donkey as well as beautiful music from the birds.

Amazing place amazing people, quiet and clean friendly can’t say enough good things we stayed in a cabin and it was beautiful. I have already recommended to others I would stay anytime. Best campground in the Tri-cities. They treated us like family and our 5 year old son loved it. The staff was the best and made us feel like we were at home.

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
