We were just passing through and needed an overnight stop. The staff were very accommodating even willing to make us food even though they were getting ready to close. Our dog got to run some “crazy” out at the dog park. The site was gravel. We didn’t not get completely level but with the short stay it was fine. We would stop again. Thank you!

The staff were very friendly. We loved how they picked up our garbage daily as well as our propane tank when it needed filling.

This campground isn’t big rig friendly. It’s manageable, but not welcoming. The drive way in is tight and steep. . The roadways around the park are very steep, the blacktop and concrete are crumbling. Sites are not very level and are very close together. It’s overpriced and clearly none of the money is going into maintaining the property. Staff is great though. Very friendly and helpful .

This is our first stay at Bristol/Kingsport KOA. We are glad we're staying here. Clean campground and facilities. Friendly and thoughtful staff. Will stay at this facility should we be in the area again.

Do not book a stay here if bad weather is anticipated. We traveled from Florida to Bristol with no problems. Once we made the turn onto the road that was 1/4 mile from the campground everything changed. The road was snow covered and straight up hill. We barely made it to the campground and had grooves in our new tires and an overworked engine with a camper that barely made it.

We were arriving late, after dark, and they had our check in information in a handy bag to grab and go. The map easily marked our site. The showers were roomy and private. Thank you!

Been living here almost 15 years. My home since my wife died put a camper here for my grand daughter. Great place for kids and I have become part of the place. Hope to spend the rest of my life here. Owners have become family it a good Christian family place.

We had fabulous care at Bristol Koa. Linens provided in our camping cabin at no extra charge, towels and washcloths as well, and when we ordered pizza they threw a handful of Twix in our bag. Bathrooms were great and private. And to top everything off, my husband forgot his medicine there, so Mrs Michelle called and is shipping them to us. Top notch care!

88 bucks for pulling in for one night with no hock up ,I will bbe using KOA as a last resort .can get an hotel cheaper .

It was awesome! The bath house was clean, the laundry room was very nice. They have a small restaurant on site where you can call it in and they deliver it right to your door. Best of all are the people who work there. They are all so nice and very accomodating. They have all kinds of things going on in warm weather, game room, pool, playground and dog runs. Deer everywhere! Love this place!

This was a very convenient location and while we could hear interstate traffic it was fairly quiet. The service was good, the lady who checked me in was friendly and the man who showed us to our site was fantastic. The sites are very tight, each camper is on top of the next one. I hate to mark them down from 5 stars. This campground is under new management, and they are doing very good things. It is a quiet campground with a mix of long term campers, people staying here and working in local industry, and campers coming in for a visit. They have obviously had a large rain event, because my site, and the one on either side of me, suffered erosion that hasn't been repaired.

The staff is fabulous. The campsites were horrible. I realize the campgrounds was full because of Halloween activities. They had a parade for the kids. That was fine. The problem were the actual camp sites. We were crammed in together. There was no grass in our area, just crushed stones. The roads need work,. Our hook ups were in our neighbors area. Not good!! The worst KOA we've ever been to. We have been all over the United States. Never have we ever been to one this so bad. Will be telling KOA about it. How could you put a trailer on a hill. With the slant not able to even get into. For shame. So we left without staying. Went to a decent one we know of. By the way this is written by the wife. I at least am kinder than he would of been. Was so mad.

The probably the worst KOA we have stayed in. The sites were very small, the water hookup was a shared connection. The drive to my site was so steep my hitch drug going down the hill. The girl in the office was very courteous and helpful when I needed a service tech.

We had an absolutely amazing time, on Saturday our 9 year old was busy from 9am til 9pm with all the wonderful activities, the staff went above and beyond..this was our first time during "the spooky" season but definitely will not be our last and we already are planning our stays for next year. The campground was clean well maintained and lots for the kiddos. Thank you all !!

We weren’t happy with our spot but the seasonal guy behind us made it worth our time. Nice guy, even brought us donuts! Very small KOA and big hills getting in and out. But we enjoyed our stay and would come back if passing through.

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
