Very nice KOA with plenty of room between sites. Stayed twice and ordered a very good thin pizza both times. The dog parks could use more grass. Everyone at checkin and the store were very friendly. We will definitely go back again..

Clean campground but our site wasn’t nice. It was too uneven for us to unhitch. We had a very hard time. The site was small and narrow and couldn't sit outside. Our view was of garbage in a field. The laundry room was new but no outlets to charge your phone when you needed it to pay and run the machines. The dog park was situated where the rain streams in. Beautiful friendly donkeys tho!!

I arrived after the office closed, but the associate came out to help me check in, and was very helpful. I only stayed overnight and left before 7:00am. I didn’t use any of the amenities that were offered, other than than the camping site.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The camp ground is extremely quiet and clean. If we are ever back in the area we definitely will come back and stay here. The people and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff working the weekend we stayed were awesome. Very helpful,kind and knowledgeable. The bathhouse looked and smelled clean. Their little camp store was(very typically over price) well stocked and clean. The only negative thing I have to report is the lack of level sites.If you are like us with a smaller rig and tow vehicle, you probably will need 4x4 to get up some of the hills in the park

The staff were all so nice! Also they had food they make and they even delivered the food to our trailer while we set up to stay two nights. They pick up.trash to. Great place to stay and we will stay again. Very clean place.

Good sinage after leaving I 81. Scary entrance to park as you loose site of road from steep incline at entrance. Lots were spaced nicely. Dump tubes on both sides of site when full service was provided. Wood handrail leading to fffice on second floor had many slivers from wood warping and cracking. Cement stairs had no handrail (I'm 81) to steady yourself. New washer and dryer if needed.

Staff was great! Campground was clean , site was pretty level. Wifi is basically non existent. Should not advertise that you have it. Other than the neighbor 2 sites from us that looked like homeless slum, with tubs, boxes, that looked like they had been sitting outside for months, it was a pleasant stay.

This campground is a must-stay if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful accommodation in eastern Tennessee! The absolutely fantastic hosts make this a wonderful spot for your adventures as you explore the beauty of the region. We'll be back!

I’m hesitant to write a negative review and rarely do. I do this so travelers with large rigs are informed. My advice to them is to proceed to the next KOA. First the roads getting in and out are a challenge, not a game changer but somewhat challenging. The actual entrance to the park IS a game changer for us. What a great place to stay! The grounds are very well maintained and the amenities are excellent. The office/giftshop/restaurant/arcade is wonderful! Rhonda and her daughter Christina where so pleasant! Our only regret is that we didn't have enough time to enjoy all this campground had to offer. We can't wait to go back.

Thank you for fitting my wife and I at the last minute. Nice store, the area has some hills to get into. I have a c class motor home and had no issues, just take it slow. I saw some bigger motor homes there. It's seems to be an older campground , Bathroom was clean, I would stay there again. Thanks again

Very nice campground with great staff. We booked the night before due to having to run from tornadoes and flooding and fortunately we found an available spot and it was large enough for out 38 ft travel trailer. We had been totally worn out from running from these storms and felt safe at this park and actually got a good nights rest. WE will book again when in the area.

A great layout, very quiet. The cabin was well furnished, even had linen. The website did say you needed to bring your own so that was a pleasant surprise.

The staff was super friendly. The campground is in a very convenient location and is great for families. There is an awesome game room as well as outdoor recreation activities. The playground is perfect for kids. There is a very fun jump pad along with a basketball court.

The people are great and tried to accomodate my need for a level site. I have a temporary problem with my leveling system. This campground has almost no level sites. The roads leading to and within the campground are just too steep. I never got level using tire wedges.

The campground, amenities, and staff were wonderful, but maneuvering our very large truck and larger fifth wheel around the park (especially after we took a wrong turn) was stressful. :-)

The guy on the four wheeler zooms around at much more than 5 MPH ... I can understand if it's an emergency, but that seems to be his normal rate of speed. Other than my safety concerns with that matter, it's a great campground.

I had to repair my truck while staying there. The staff went overboard to help me, allowing me to use there vehicle to go and get parts. Excellent people, very nice campground.

Hookups worked well, good cable selections. Restrooms very clean and warm. Temps got below freezing so heat was very important. Needed propane and they had plenty.

Food at the cafe was horrible. Sewer connection was over 30 feet away. Water connection was inconvenient and leaking. WiFi was terrible.

Staff is very friendly. They escort you to the site. They offer food service which is awesome after a long day traveling. The BBQ platters were very good. The park was very clean and pull through sites were pretty level.

The amount of rain we experienced during our stay was crazy! The gravel on our site held steadfast. We ordered dinner from their restaurant one night and found it to be very good! The shower/bathrooms were very clean with heaters in them as the temperatures were in the 30's. We had a great time.

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
