The owners and staff are wonderful. The amenities offered were above most places we've stayed. Our site was small. For our site, the water hook-up was shared another camper. With an on demand hot water heater, hot water would be interrupted when the other camper used water. My car dolly did drag entering and exiting the campground. All in all, would definitely recommend visiting.

The camp site that we reserved and was promised well in advance of our stay was not provided and we were put in a site with a rotten small pick nick table over an embankment. We had also rented a cabin for family with limitations and told that the cabin had a queen bed but in reality it was a full size which would no accommodate both to sleep in. Then the door lock did not work.

We just had a short stay but everyone was very friendly and the area was clean and well kept.

The camp itself was great. The staff was also great and attentive. However, the one thing that prevented a higher rating was the laundry. We did not expect to have to sign up for an app just to do laundry.

The cabin we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The pool looked nice but it was a bit cold for me to use. The store has all you need at reasonable prices. Very nice laundry facilities and great game room . The restaurant has some very good food but the best part was feeding the donkeys and I couldn't get over how quiet it was all day! Site was level but tight. My neighbors sewage connection was against my picnic table. Also, my power and water connection was down at my lower neighbor's camper.

Stayed here several times in past couple of years. Rhonda is a top notch KOA owner. Always able to accommodate us. We will be back. Great rv park and excellent customer service oriented staff.

Excellent and clean park with quick service and friendly staff. Stayed for a baseball tournament in the area and arrived late for our reservation. Had a small issue with the power post. Called the answering service and they had someone come out and make the repair very quickly. Would recommend to others and we will stay again when we come back to Kingsport.

The dump station was locked when left early am. We were unable to dump. Not sure why you would need to lock a dump station. It was disappointing.

1. Lateral slope on site prevented us from lowering our jacks. We reversed our bedding to have our heads elevated. Sewer 18' uphill. 6 homesteaders with 3 vehicles on adjacent site entered the site backwards and took over the amenities included with our patio site. They were so close, we couldn't extend our awning or let our pets outside. They were outside partying until after 11 pm...scary.

Campground was nice. Of the six individual restroom/showers, only 2 were available for use to us - 1 was posted "out of service", one had a stopped up toliet, one was locked the whole time were were there (probably accidentally by a camper), and 1 was handicapped only. I'm sure that it was an unusual situation.

I wish the KOA's that I've been to have gravel roads. Not Very Easy to Navigate on a Motorcycle, Especially Pulling a Trailer.

The stay was great!!! Only concern was I did text about the door lock issues and then when dropping off the key yesterday and no response. This was the number I texted 423 323 7790 Also when I went to use the drop off night slot the key wouldn’t fit. I left in the cabin and texted the number and no response.

What a wonderful stay! We were in a cabin for 3 nights while our family had an RV. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean. It was so peaceful with deer and birds always chirping. The cabin was clean and very comfortable with everything you would need. Restaurants and stores are a nearby drive.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our third time staying at this campground (over a 6 years period) and it is nice to see that they have been working hard upgrading and maintaining the sites. We ate at their café one night and the pizza was great.

Enjoyed the stay very much. Only downfall for us was trying to get level on the site. It was harder than we hoped for. Having said that, everyone on staff was attentive and helpful.

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
