Great sites, great pool and playground for the kiddos! Pet friendly with beautiful grassy areas!! Deer up on the hill, friendly staff as well! And clean!!!!! But the Wi-Fi was horrible! In and out all the time!!

The lady who checked us in was great! So helpful and lots of good recommendations. We ordered food from them and, while I've had better pizza, I would eat theirs again!

Super nice people. Only concern was the young lady in the silver car driving around fast kicking up stones and the gentleman on the golfcart who drove right up to our site and started spraying something while we and our dog were sitting outside.

We loved every minute! From the easy check in, to the convenient pull through spot, everything was wonderful. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean, there was ample space and activities available for all ages. The playground and activity area was in great shape and up to date. The pool was lovely! It was by far the quietest, cleanest campground we have stayed at. I was very impressed!

This is a lovely campground. Very well planned out!! I’d like to thank the staff for their kindness upon check in. A big thank you goes to Robyn who went out of her way to accommodate us as the campground sites were full! Robyn managed to find a way to get us in overnight. Many thanks!

The campgrounds host are very friendly and accommodating. They made our stay really nice. This campground was the perfect stop on our way to Pigeon Forge. It is conveniently located to the interstate and the grounds are exceptionally maintained. We will definitely stop in again.

I found Bristol KOA very inviting & supportive during check-in. All of our camp site ammenities worked, even the cable TV connection (rare thing at most KOAs my experience). Camp ground was quiet, clean, dog friendly and had standard ammenties. Camp ground needs a few more public toilets & showers (have a portable toilet back up). Great overnight spot.

Very easy check-in process and friendly team. Other than the pool hours ending so early, we didn't have any other issues while there. Had to level the site a bit, but very minimally.

Grounds and restrooms clean. Very disappointed in the pool hours. Our site was near the pool and heard many complaints. Several said they would never stay there again. 95 degrees and inly open from 12 - 7???

I didn't feel safe. At night the campground was extremely dark, especially in the RVs parking. Driving in felt dangerous. Steep hills in the campground. When you drove over the the edge you were praying that you stayed on the road. Leaving was equally scary. Going up a steep cliff, loose gravel spraying out under the tires. At the top of the a solid cliff face. Hard turn to miss running into

Couldn’t hook up to sewer at our site because Position was impossible to use because of position & dump station was not usable. Should have a way to exit campground with out going up a steep grade. Will not see us again.

Quiet KOA work friendly, helpful staff, but sewer location on the back in sites is at the far backend of the sites, so you'll need plenty of hose. $50 to use the dump station even if camped there, but they will work with you to use a dump at a pull through spit as long as one is available.

Nice people who were very helpful. Sites were not at all level and for the ‘long pull through’, it just made the 34 foot motorhome and Canyon. Roads in were horrible and the very steep area, not great for motor homes. Won’t stay there again. The truck stop would have had more level spots. Sorry.

This is a smaller KOA that is big on welcome. I particularly appreciated the individual shower/toilet rooms in the bath house. The setting is lovely and quiet. There are a couple of burros in a pen and a small herd of wild deer on the property which was a bonus. It has the usual pool, playground, and camp K9, along with a game room and a nice tiny store with essentials on site. Def recommend.

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
