Stayed for 3 days. We were across from inflated jumping pad. The first night there we had high pitch screaming and yelling until after 10:30. No adult insight. The next 2 nights same thing, BUT not so late into the night. Why do young girls feel the need to do bloody high pitch screams when playing? KOA claimed quiet, put in the country. No road noise, but frankly, road noise would gave been good

The spot was way too small. There wasn’t even enough room to have a fire ��. The jumping pillow wouldn’t even stay up inflated enough to fit 8 and 10 year old to jump on it. It’s such an expensive nightly rate for what we got at this koa. But it had very clean bathrooms, it would be great for people dropping in for one night. But we were a family looking for more room and fun

Campground is very hilly, and had fresh gravel and wooden borders, but it would have been great if the lots had been leveled before the new gravel. I have a class A and did not have enough blocks to level the coach.side to side or front to rear. Pizza delivered to coach was very good.

Excellent staff. Only overnighted and didn't use many amenities. However, the campground had many activities and all facilities were well maintained.

Playbox sand for a tent site is ridiculous. We had sand in everything. Impossible to get in and out of a tent, even with out extra ground tarps, without tracking it in. Also, sandwiching a tent between a camper and cabin is a terrible idea. We listened to their ac units run all night.

We’ve stayed in a lot of KOA,s from Texas throughout the northeast and Canada, this is one of the best. Nestled in the hills with clean spots and GRASS, not dirt… lots of cabins and all the usual amenities KOA’s are known for. There is a casino for adult entertainment 18 minutes away too.

The entire staff was very accommodating to our Girl Scout troop. They had so many fun activities that our girls were never bored! The entire trip was amazing! We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful park! Very clean, and the staff were great! Our 3 kids loves the many play areas. We will absolutely be back!

Narrow rough roads within the park. Our parking slot was very unlevel. Steep grades within the park.

roads need resurfacing. Camp K9's were kind of small and not in the best shape. Otherwise, had a pleasant stay.

Nice campground. Clean and owners were very friendly. Was great being able to order food from their little restaurant and they deliver it to your site. Very convenient after a long trip on the road.

Just stopped for one night but enjoyed the campground snd the staff was helpful. Enjoyed having a pizza delivered after a long day on the road.

Easy stop for a one nighter, easy on an off to the interstate. We ended up with a back in site with full hookups. Very tight and close to the neighbors but mostly quiet. We've stayed here before in a pull through, that’s a little better, more room, nice friendly staff

Made a reservation over the phone to ensure I had a satellite friendly no tree site. The site assigned had a tree right on the front on my rig. Same with the next site they offered. I must say they did work with me and gave me an open site. One thought is that the tree directly acrros the street for one to turn out of the site should be trimmed back as I had to back up a few times to get out.

I can not say enough good things about KOA Bristol and the employees. Our truck broke down right before we got to campground and 2 amazing gentleman towed us to our site and were more than generous. The owner of the campground was also very welcoming and so helpful in our time of need. I give them 5 stars and pray God’s blessings over them! Thank you!!

Very nice campground even the neighboring donkey thought so!�� Good thing it wasn’t out overnight! The office is up a flight of stairs which might be impossible for someone to get to. I’d stay here again if passing this way.

The staff was some of the best I’ve ever camped with. Most of them the sites were good . They are a little close for me. I would not want to get 10 again which is the one I had. But I have never had such a acomadating staff anywhere I’ve been. They need raides

Camping spots were very uneven/unlevel and campers stacked on top of each other. Power to our site went out 30 miniutes after we arrived, staff had to replace the breaker to get us going again.

Always willing to work us in on short notice on getting an RV site, and also when wanting to stay an extra day. Staff is super friendly .Great camp store.

Entrance is a bit steep, but certainly navigable. Back-in site12 was nice and level. Lots of wildlife. One large K9 camp on the hill in front of the office with running water would be a good addition ��� Great location to camp and explore the area.

Very nice and quiet. Pool was wonderful and the kids playground was neat ! Oh and don’t forget the donkies! Loved hearing them braying. They loved being petted.

Our site was not level, and I was not able to get the rig level. I asked if there was another site we could move to and was told NO, because they said they were fully booked. Two different people in the office lied to me because the site beside me was vacant both nights. The site we were in would have worked fine for a trailer, but not a 40’ motirhome.

The staff was nice. The campground and bathrooms were clean and maintained. On previous stays I have used your pull thru sites. On this last occasion we stayed in a back in site and was disappointed to pay almost $82 for a full hookup site that had a sewer hookup that could not be used because it was placed all the way in the rear of the camp site. Not a good value for a KOA member.

Just stayed overnight. It was very clean and easy to get around. Only negative item is the pizza place/restaurant closes at 6pm which is odd.

Our cabin was very clean. The bathhouse was about 10 steps from us! Friendly people, nice facilities. We have a camper, but were in Kingsport for a short weekend trip so we booked a cabin! We’ll be back next year!

The camp ground was very nice, clean, and had an area designated for dogs (which was important to us). The front desk was responsive and courteous. We would come back again!

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
