Nice RV park. The staff is friendly and helpful. The site was perfect. I ordered from their food menu. They have a in house kitchen/ take out restaurant. The food was good and delivered to my site. Quiet location. No Hwy noise.

good pull through site accommodated our travel trailer and truck great and we were able to remain hitched for a quicker exit the next day.

Clean and quiet campground. The young lady that greeted us on Wednesday 9/25/24 was exceptionally nice answering my questions and informing us about the campground amenities. I would stay here again.

We arrived after closing at dusk, but folks in neighboring sites were helpful as we backed our 45’ motorhome into a tight but level site #53. The power and water were on the passenger side rear, but the sewer was on the drivers side. Private toilet/bathroom was comfortable and clean. It’s obvious that work has recently been done to improve sites, but topography is still a challenge.

It’s very quiet! But it can use a little TLC. The site we were on wasn’t level( not extremely bad) but like I said give the rv pads a little TLC and that can be corrected. And our site we couldn’t even put our rug outside because it went into a incline and would have caused someone to slip. But over all I just can’t give it a 5 star!

The Bristol team made me feel welcome, And were understanding of all our difficulties trying to reach the camp during hurricane helene. And they are sincerely pet friendly.

The grounds and facilities were very nice. The location was quiet. The staff was super friendly. The hours of the advertised restaurant were not travel friendly. The sites were very close together. The sinage was very helpful.

Staff was excellent late arrival they took us to our site no problems parked the truck and enclosed trailer near us site was fine and leaving in the early morning was no problem. Thanks to all park manager was great helping wife with everything. Thanks Again

Thanks for having me on short notice, especially after the problems of the day with no power in the campground all day, due to Hurricane Helena. Found my late arrival package and found site with no problems. Bath house/ showers were great. Thanks!

Stayed in site 5. Wish it was more level but not a deal breaker. Campground was clean and well maintained. It would be nice to not see rates increase so much because of race weekend. WiFi worked well and staff was friendly and helpful.

Overnight stop on way home. Site was difficult to get into, on a slope and at a turn in the campground road. Restrooms were nice.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff are super friendly and really go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy. The rv space are perfectly spaced. I loved the laundry facility. Very clean. Also enjoyed the use of the dog bathing sink. Perfect! Oh we enjoyed those free range roaming chickens too. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back for sure.

I didn't like being asked to sign a waiver if corporate wants that put it into the app contract but don't throw that at me at the time of check-in that is not fair. That pissed me off.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I apologize that were upset about our wavier policy. We require all our guest to sign it upon check in. It is so we can provide a safe and happy camping experience to all of our guests by having everyone agree to safe camping policies. Thank you so much for being a guest with us.

Very nice. I had a little trouble locating my campsite (numbers were not highly visible), but once I found it, I had a lovely stay. The bathhouse was wonderful!

The 50 amp pedestal only able to provide 30 amp; failed several times when trying to use even only one AC unit and other electronics simultaneously. Could seriously damage RV electronics. Our site was also unlevel; we had to put spacers under the left tires to even it out. At the patio price, this is very disappointing. Not big rig friendly. Staff here, however, are wonderful folks.

We were assigned site 38 - it was the worst KOA site we have ever had. The slope from the access road to the site was very steep front to back as well as side to side and it was also very shallow. It's also not exactly a full hookup as booked because the waste pipe was uphill from the back of the site. It made our one-night stopover during a long 2-day trip very difficult.

Beautiful campground! Our sites were nice, but a bit on the hilly side when trying to sit outdoors. Very clean throughout the place, nice area for kids and dogs. Customer service was exceptional! The only tiny glitch was the tv reception. Not a big deal, but our picture was not always clear and froze at times. But, overall, those are little things and would not prevent us from returning. �

Owners are working to upgrade and keep the sites nice and welcoming. Only challenge are the steep turns into the main lanes to get to the sites from the entrance. The third one , farthest away from the office has the most gentle slope and is the one we will use to get in and out from now on. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and we felt so welcomed there. We had great fun and if you need anything there, the staff is right there helping you. They take nice care of the campground. I have no complaints.

The staff at the Bristol/Kingsport KOA is truly amazing. We arrived after hours and on the county road near the KOA we slid off the road with our travel trailer due to the snow. We called the office after hours, and the owner called a staff member to get out of bed and come help us. He disconnected the trailer and pulled it to our site with a large 4WD truck. Probably spend an hour helping us. They helped us as well when we were leaving and had trouble with our snow-chains. The nicest people ! The area is gorgeous and this is also a beautiful campground with great facilities. We will be coming back for sure, in the summer :)
