Was okay, but site was extremely unlevel. Also, entrance to campground was hard getting in and out-that entrance needed to be graded down before paving in order to allow better visibility.

WE ARRIVED LATE (9PM), THE STAFF HAD CALLED EARLIER TO CONFIRM OUR ARRIVAL AND WHEN WE ARRIVED WE HAD A 'WELCOME PACKAGE' TO GUIDE US IN WHICH MADE OUR CHECK IN EASIER. MANY THANKS TO THEM FOR THIS; OUR SITE WAS CLEAN AS WAS THE ENTIRE CAMPGROUND. VERY SATISFYING OVERALL.

We stayed on 2 occasions recently: Once when we were traveling South and then again when we were returning North. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back!

We were heading back home. Were told we needed to see the Bristol TN raceway by a Probass representative while we were headed south since it was about 10 minutes away. The 2026 race was on at that time. We circled back a few days later and went. We stayed at this KOA 2 nights. Place was beautiful! The owner was great! People worked there wonderful! On a hill in a valley. Mule,roaster deers.

Park is located in a beautiful valley. Somewhat challenging to get an RV with tow in and out. Staff was wonderful. We ordered from cafe and food was piping hot and perfect. They delivered directly to our site. All amenities very clean.

It is a rather tired “Journey” KOA. Bathrooms are just ok. Was not impressed.

Perfect campground for an experience in the Tennessee mountains. Rolling hills with dogwood trees and greenery all around. It feels very private but still has a community park feel with a large playground, deluxe patio sites, great indoor game room, and outdoor pavilion for gathering. Bath house has family-style individual rooms with a full private bathroom. Staff is so attentive & hospitable.

The owners were very friendly and professional. Their suggestion of which site to stay save me a few dollars. I will probably stay at this KOA in the future.

We found the staff extremely helpful. This was our first time taking our Class C out for a test try at camping The site was great and we received help and advice from everyone we encountered. Could not have been a better experience.

Site 19 hard to level our rv. Site 19 has no extra space, other than for the rv. Driveways into and out of the koa, as well as internal roads are narrow and steep transitions… hard on the rv and tow vehicle bathrooms were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly

We had a great time at the KOA the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and the grounds were well kept. The kids had a lot of fun on the playground and jump pad.

I’ve been traveling for about seven weeks cross country, and while on my way back to my home in New York, Alice warning was issued. It’s hard to find places to camp once you get into Virginia or Pennsylvania, but I needed a place to stay for the night, and was very pleased that this KOA was open and welcoming.

The parking area for a motorhome is NOT level. We had a hard time getting power to our unit. Once we got full 50 amp power we still had leveling problems one of our slide outs bent. We are limping home with this problem to get to the dealer.

Dog turds all around cabin dogs running loose cabin real small with no cook top We usually take camper but was only for a couple of days so we tried cabin won’t do again

After a long drive day I was greeted by a friendly KOA manager who welcomed me and gave me all the pertinent information I’d need to enjoy my stay. I was guided to my site by another welcoming person who offered additional help. The campground was immaculate, my site level and both the water and electric hookups worked perfectly. My dog loved the dog park and we both had a quiet night of sleep.

Amazing service, staff went above and beyond to make our stay (and birthday) absolutely fantastic! Place is very nice, clean and maintained. We will be back for sure!

We arrived after dark (7pm) and 2 hours after the office closed (5 pm). Area is poorly lit and we were unable to see the row we were assigned to and had trouble navigating to the correct lane. The rows were extra steep as well and we were worried we would bottom out when we were leaving due to the sharp drop offs from the main road to the rows. The staff was extra friendly.

Dogs running around without leash, barking at us when we got there. Water hook up was on the opposite side which had 4 faucets for 4 lots at one location. My water hose would not reach to the other side. Called and left a voicemail on Christmas Day and manager Christine called me right back and gave us a lot better deluxe lot at no extra charge. This is why I gave 3 star instead of 1

Very nice campground, but a little tight for a 40’ motorhome towing a car on a trailer. Very clean, and we would probably stay there again if the need would arise.

Our stay was good. Our only complaint was the woman who made our pizza on Sunday. She was cursing loudly and we had our grandkids with us. I guess she was mad she had to cook for us. All we did was order pizza. The man in there was great. He said she was always grumpy but that didn’t excuse her.

Great little campground . Shirley was awesome making our stay special. Our big rig friendly site was narrow but long enough. There is alot of deer there and in the area .

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
