Great campground, convenient to the highway if you are traveling through. Very gracious and helpful staff, even helped me plug in and get set up, which was greatly appreciated after a long day on the road! Be aware, the back roads to the campground are a bit narrow and steep, at least for this gal living in Texas!

Hard to rate a KOA on a rainy Dec weekend. We had a parking spot with hook ups. Playground was great

One in a million KOA Campgroud! The bathhouses have an awesome unique design that everyone has to stay at this KOA to enjoy! The staff have the best customer service that I have encountered in a long time! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. You will have a lovely time!

Very easy check in and a very pleasant lady who waited on us . If we are back in this area again we would love to stay here again.

Pleasant, quiet, and clean! Friendly operators, who support KOA Care Camps for children battling cancer. Restrooms were phenomenally clean, the office has change for the laundry, they have a nice rec room with a ping pong table, and they offer pizza delivery to your site.Lots to recommend about this KOA!

A very nice place to stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The facilities, as well as the grounds are extremely clean. Easy access to I-81.

For the price of a deluxe cabin per night, the mattress should be at least comfortable- it was AWFUL.

I was in site 23, pull through, nice gravel site. Somewhat unlevel side to side but manageable. Site was clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. site numbers were very difficult to be seen at night without getting out of vehicle and walking with a flashlight site to site. Site Numbers are to small. Entrance is hidden; entrance sign needs an arrow pointing toward entrance

Staff were great and very accommodating. Site was a bit too uneven for my coach to level properly. I thought price was quite expensive especially for the off season.

The campground was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They stopped and talked with us every day. Facilities were very clean. Loved that there were individual bathrooms with showers in them for privacy. We will definitely be staying here again.

Over priced under performed. When we first arrived, the campground drunk met us and come to find out he lives right next-door to us in the next camping space over. The laundry room and bathroom facilities were very nice and the wild deer running around. The campground were nice but other than that the pet park is a swamp. The roads are terrible. We definitely will not be back.

Complained about a barking dog and was told that's how they speak. So, inconsiderate! Campground is extremely hilly and not well maintained.

Could not use the electric. Not accessible except by a real long extension cord. Space hard to find out of the way up against another building in the dark.

Can’t go in with 28 foot easy Streep hill watch camper can hit bed with 5th wheel. Ashley very helpful change spot to a flat one drove around to but if wasn’t available would have left.

This was the first time out camping, and it was a very good experience, and I would recommend KOA to anyone. A little more pricier than other campgrounds, but really enjoyed the experience and the grandchildren loved it.

Was a great stay . Was way more than my wife and I anticipated. Eric and his wife were so pleasant and helpful. We are gonna come back and stay again .

Very nice park with lots of amenities. We were given a very level pull thru site with a patio, table and chairs, and a grill. The staff was just fantastic. They even delivered the pizza we ordered from the park cafe. The park is far enough from the highway to be quiet. The office has a balcony with chairs for your enjoyment.

Best campground in the Tri-Cities area wouldn't stay anywhere else. You can definitely tell it's a family owned and operated business because there is a lot of love put into this campground. Kristina, the office manager goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure every guest feels like family. You rarely get that nowadays, and we enjoy the personal touches they give this campground.

Had a wonderful, three month stay here. Pretty, peaceful spot surrounded by trees and mountains. The KOA staff were over-the-top kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and a couple of them even hauled their air compressor over to fill up my low tires before I left. (Thank you Laurie, Frank & Dale. I guess your tires get low when you sit in one spot too long because you don't wanna leave and keep extending your stay)! 😂 Henry, Kristina, Ashley, Rhonda and Joe were all helpful and friendly, too. And, I fell in love with the donkeys! Will miss them, and Henry, my new friend. Would definitely recommend Bristol Kingsport KOA!
