Beautiful spot, wonderful people and mouthwatering BBQ! Very clean and well maintained KOA. It truly was a beautiful day and stay at this KOA!

The campground was great, staff was amazing sites were adequate. The only reason not 5/5 was that the sites weren't especially level and the neighbors sewer hook up was in the middle of my living space instead of on the edge of their site.

We enjoyed a short stay with a good quiet nights sleep. We arrived late (10:30PM) and left early the next morning (before 9:00AM). Made use of the full hook ups and cable TV. Easy access to site, Fairly easy access to / from hwy 81. Some parts of camp ground are quite steep but no issues. Stie was very level and made for quick setup and pack up the next morning. A pleasant stay.

We just stayed the 1 night. However, it is not a park that I would want to stay multiple nights in. All the sites appeared to be built on a hillside and very close to each other. The Lots were fairly level. The staff was very friendly and nice.

We only spent one night there but it was perfect for what we needed. We were not able to use the sewer pipe that was there however for some reason we had to so we use the second one. We called the office after hours but no one came to assist us. It is very peaceful there no highway traffic at all. The actual sites are rather small at least the one we had was.

I’ve never been treated so poorly and/or shown such disrespect from adults. This may “appear” to be kid friendly, but I can assure you that it is not!!!! They clearly do NOT know how to run a business.

The campground is great for families with kids/dogs. The playground area has a lot of activities. The staff is friendly, facilities are clean, but we found the office hours to be inconvenient to our needs and expectations. If ever in the area again, we would stay here!

just a quick overnight stay and ended up staying another day. very nice friendly staff. clean resort. we didn't use any amenities however the kids playground is awesome!

Everything was clean and well cared for. The wifi is my only complaint. When I was streaming my tv, it kept losing signal. It could be stronger. TY

Everyone was very friendly, Eric who led us to our spot was very conscientious to make sure we were as level as possible in our site. This service isn’t always provided, was appreciated.

Loved all of the activities for the grandkids. They had a blast. The facilities were in great repair and very clean. Thanks for making a short weekend a memorable one. We were in town opening The Good Feet Store in Bristol at the Pinnacle. Come see us!

Typical KOA cabin. Small KOA. Take Hwy 81 to get there if you are pulling a trailer. Camper sites seem a little smaller than most KOAs, not much shade thru campsites. Gravel drives. Not the fanciest of KOAs, but they do have the camp play area & pool. I would not want to tent camp here. The staff is AMAZING, cooperative, & accomodati. Laundry, pool table, Gen store, pizza & food- all good.

Everything was good. Nice place. Our site was incredibly unlevel. It gets me with the laser levels now, that Rv parks have unlevel sites. This one was our worst in 15 years. Also half our the shower rooms were out of order. Other than that, the park is good.

It was great and so comfortable! They are very kind and good to me and even delivered my food to my cabin. I thoroughly enjoy the peace and quiet at the campground. I sat on the porch in the evening swinging and listening to an owl hooting softly and the bray of a donkey as well as beautiful music from the birds.

We stayed one night on the way to KY and one night on the way back. Each time was lovely. Very nice office and store. Very quiet. Nice areas to walk and relax.

The pull thru site that we had was not even close to being level. We used several leveling blocks under the front and right rear tires and were still way out of level. Most of the other sites in our area were bowed from front to back which makes it impossible to level a 40 foot motorhome. I had to drop the jacks to get the living room slide to close properly.

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
