Loved this KOA location, wished we could have stayed longer. The staff was wonderful and welcoming after a long drive. Sites were clean and bathrooms were convenient to our site.

I was excited about getting a pull through spot that was 100 feet long. When we got there the site was so unlevel, my Anderson blocks couldn't get my camper level. Then there was burnt oil on the picnic table at our site. The wifi at this KOA was the worst I've ever seen from a KOA. The reason I pay the extra to stay at a KOA is because of the amenities they have. This one was disappointing.

It’s was nice. Great bathhouses and friendly staff! The guy who came around in the golf cart helped us with an issue and was super nice. The camper behind us was a late nighter and kept us awake a bit but overall a nice place,

This place needs alot of maintenance. I have stayed at many KOA throughout the US, most of them are pretty meticulously about their property. Needs alot of gravel and the spaces are very unlevel, you couldn't bring enough blocks. When I backed in my spot the sewer was under the camper, so I was dumping up hill the water hook up was right at the front door water and mud every where by the time 7th

An overnighter, we were given a big rig space for our tiny little camper, and royal treatment by everyone at this KOA. Thanks for making our stay refreshing!

We had a wonderful time at this campground! The staff were all extremely helpful! This is the only time we've ever been escorted to our site!! We bought wood for a fire and ordered pizza right on site....very fun! Bath house was pristine.

Very nice and quiet. there is a farmer nearby that has a Donkey, and the Donkey can be pretty loud but it was annoying at all. I kind of enjoyed hearing the Donkey from time to time. The staff at this KOA are fantastic. Great food, and they deliver. I will be back again.

We have stayed here twice whenever we go to Bristol we will make reservations to stay here again a nice little campground and the service is excellent

One night stay uneventful. The camp ground had very heterosexual/hard pull to get out of the camping area. Would be fine for smaller campers but we felt ours was just a bit big to comfortably navigate the hills again.

Nice campground although be prepared for steep hills (you are in the mountains) Also, be prepared for gas operated golf carts being drove by underage children continuously through the afternoon and evenings.

The Bristol/Kingston KOA is a nice campground. The people working there are very friendly and very helpful. We were escorted to our site by Hank who was a joy to talk to. We had a pull-thru site that was level and gravel. The campground is small but very clean. The bathrooms and showers are clean. The store has everything you need. It's a good location near Bristol.

Great stay, everything was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed Labor Day weekend, 3 nights. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool and great playground as well as the activities led by the staff. Would have given 5 stars but we stayed in site 4 and couldn't build a fire as the ring was extremely close to our neighbors pull out. We had planned a dinner of roasted hotdogs and smore's.

Gentleman who lead us to our site after hours was polite and friendly. Unfortunately site was very slanted and not level. Small site for only a 22’ rv van so with a little effort it should not be hard to level. Otherwise a nice KOA.

Very nice campground. We stayed there on Sunday before Labor Day. The park had a BBQ for all the guest. Very nice. Nice people. Some of the sites are not level . Otherwise it was a great park.

We were put in a site that was extremely unlevel. We had to stay the night on a slope significantly tilted towards the front. When I called in the morning to explain the manager stated "that's because you booked on online and sometimes we miss things". So because they didn't pay attention the profile that we are 40' and put us in wrong site that was our fault. Pool closed 9/2 it was 90 degrees.

Amazing campground! The hosts were very friendly, there were many activities for kids, and the campground is very family friendly. The bathhouses with super clean and the activities over the weekend were great. My boys had a great time this weekend! We will definitely be back.

The Staff at this site are amazing! they go above and beyond to help you and they work hard keeping everything in order and clean. This is a hyper family oriented stie with much to do for the kids. The only complaint is that its more setup for RV and cabins and not so much for tents. We did stay on one of the new tent sites and it was good. The campsites are not level for the most part, had to dig with our hands while backing in so it wouldn't rip off our septic outlet. Kids loved it because the playground and jump pad was close. Very small campground so a lot more close knot. Not great for bikes because gravel. Campsites are very close together.

When I called for a reservation the lady that answered the phone was the nicest person to talk to. She was so helpful and sent me a picture of the park map on my phone. Our site was beautiful and so clean! Stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice park with lots of amenities. We were given a very level pull thru site with a patio, table and chairs, and a grill. The staff was just fantastic. They even delivered the pizza we ordered from the park cafe. The park is far enough from the highway to be quiet. The office has a balcony with chairs for your enjoyment.

Best campground in the Tri-Cities area wouldn't stay anywhere else. You can definitely tell it's a family owned and operated business because there is a lot of love put into this campground. Kristina, the office manager goes above and beyond her job duties to make sure every guest feels like family. You rarely get that nowadays, and we enjoy the personal touches they give this campground.
