DONT BK HERE..We had 1 month stay at Bristol/Kingsport & after 1 wk and a small altercation for being too loud, decided to make us leave, keeping all our $- park has financial problems/justify their actions.contract isnt worth anything,not notorized.Their quiet hour starts at 10pm & even-fri & Sat nite is simply just wrong. Camping is supposed to be a good time, not running a assisted living hm

We paid $84 for a site we had to descend a steep grade and bounce over a side hill to get in. And the site was not even level after getting into it! We came in later in the day, just for the night, and left early the next morning, using none of the park’s facilities. There were clearly nicer pull-thru sites that we could have been put on. Not that it made a difference, but why a 3:00 check i

Our family just needed a weekend getaway, so we decided book a reservation here, and we're so glad we did. The campground is top notch and the staff is absolutely incredible. Our camping cabin was perfect for our needs and it was extremely clean, as were the bathhouses. There's activities for every age, and of course there's the pool, where my kids spent most of their time. Going back next month.

Well my truck broke down on 81 and had to stay a night at this campground. The staff was very friendly and the stay was over the top fun and enjoyable. If I am coming that way in the future I will make sure to stay here again.

We were assigned a premium spot. It might have been worth the money ($92 if someone had swept the tree droppings and bird poop off the nice wooden deck. Or maybe cleaned the tree droppings and bird poop of all the nice chairs and table. As it was, we never spent a minute out there because it was so dirty. On the other hand, the office people were great. Very nice and helpful with local spots.

Friendly and helpful staff! Only criticism is our site had zero natural shade and the pool is quite small; the camp store as well is small. In general, enjoyed our week's stay!

Just overnight, but VERY welcoming all the same. Good internet (a priority for us even over sewer hook-up), trash pick-up service, clean and level sight, very well stocked camp store. We didn't get around much so we really can't comment more. The pool looked lovely but was not open when my husband was ready for a swim around 8pm (his normal time, but clearly not everyone else's!).

We planned a 1 nite stay and ended up 3 nites due to a mechanical issue with our class A. The staff were wonderful.and very understanding. Its a good location off 81. very hilly to get there and some sites were very unlevel... However many were pretty level. Lots of great amenities, store &small Cafe on premises with great homemade pizza and many shaded spots. Nice place�

It was a great experience, started for the night traveling to Georgia. Rest time were clean and the camp sight was easy to get in and out of. If the interstate far enough to keep the traffic noise down but not hard to get too.

The staff was adaptable about letting me change my reservation, and even cleaned a cabin for me so I could stay the night with short notice. They went and beyond.

Very, very clean and well organized campground. Not a large KOA like Natural Bridge, but nice sites for small to very large RVs, with several pull through, standard and patio sites. Bath houses are some of the nicest setups I've been to and were well maintained. Nice play area for the kids. We got use of a very nice pavilion for the day for our Family Reunion, w a nice large Blackstone Grill.

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
