We weren’t happy with our spot but the seasonal guy behind us made it worth our time. Nice guy, even brought us donuts! Very small KOA and big hills getting in and out. But we enjoyed our stay and would come back if passing through.

We loved it greatly. It is well kept up. The staff is very friendly and helpful . The activities were a blast. We are excited to be coming back.

We had an electrical issue. We dealt with it all night and told the office in the morning. So not really their issue though one of the maintenance men said that electrical box had just been fixed b/c the guy before us in the spot had the same issue. So either it was never really fixed or the guy who fixed it didn’t do a good job. Bathrooms were clean.

The entire process of check in and setup went well. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Electric issues, we paid for 50-amp service but could use 30-amp service. our surge protector showed issues with 50-amp service and our furnace does not work properly now. our lights in the camper were very dim. something is wrong with the electric service on site 2 electric pole. Hopefully it gets fixed. We did notify the office of the issue and no response as of 2 days ago.

The people at the front desk were great- very welcoming - the roads to site were a little steep but the campground is on a mountain so not much you can change I guess. We were visiting friends and there were lots of restaurants in the area ! I wish the pool had still been open as it was warm while were were there but I guess you have to pick a date to close. Good stop off the highway as well

We stayed two nights in a small camper. In spite of the hills in the campground, the big rigs did not seem to have trouble maneuvering. The staff was wonderful, helpful, and guided everyone to their site and helped with back in.

Site was easy to get into and out of. Patio was nice. campground is quiet, LOL----except for the donkeys!!! (But that's ok!!!) our second visit and enjoyed both times!!!!

Sites are not level enough to comfortably park a 40 - 45 foot motorhome. Trees need to be trimmed back and limbed up throughout the park. Limbs were brushing, scratching our coach along the main roadway through the park. The lady in the office was reluctant to take information about a tree limb on the county road 100 yards from the park entrance making a hard hit to the front cap of our coach.

Check-in was easy & staff was very friendly. But the trees need trimmed. Our fifth wheel hit a low hanging limb on the top in the pull through spot we had. I don't think the one worker understood the newer rigs have solar panels on the top. He didn't see any problem. Also on our way out the evergreen trees hit the side of our camper. Its not just a scratch issue, it can get caught in the slides.

Nice RV park. The staff is friendly and helpful. The site was perfect. I ordered from their food menu. They have a in house kitchen/ take out restaurant. The food was good and delivered to my site. Quiet location. No Hwy noise.

Clean and quiet campground. The young lady that greeted us on Wednesday 9/25/24 was exceptionally nice answering my questions and informing us about the campground amenities. I would stay here again.

We arrived after closing at dusk, but folks in neighboring sites were helpful as we backed our 45’ motorhome into a tight but level site #53. The power and water were on the passenger side rear, but the sewer was on the drivers side. Private toilet/bathroom was comfortable and clean. It’s obvious that work has recently been done to improve sites, but topography is still a challenge.

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! The owner is so kinda and helpful the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, the campsites were so clean, as well as the bathrooms and the views were incredible. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this place!!! BEST KOA!

We loved our time at this campground. Had no idea it was Bristol racing week. The staff is super friendly! We were escorted to our site which was too small for our fifth wheel. The escort called the front desk asking for a change. It was given immediately. We were helped backing up, which was greatly appreciated. My family rented a cabin which was very clean and were surprised with 2 3d printed animals for the kids which was beautiful!!! We had food delivered to our campsite that was wonderful!!! Again, staff was amazing!!! The pool was refreshing. They had water toys for the kids! Great experience. I would come here again! Oh, they have donkeys on the property that loved our treats of apples and carrots and we saw a lot of deer on the property as well at sunset. Thank you for a great time!!
