The folk here are awesome! So friendly and accommodating! As a repeat camper, here at Bradenton/ Hunsader Farms, it’s great to come to a camp and feel welcomed each and every time!

The cabin was nice, clean and roomy. We came in late and left early the next morning, so we didn't get to enjoy all the history and attractions. The Bathrooms were nicer than most people's house! We did see a zebra, some bison, some nostalgic barns and small buildings and some tractors that take you back in time. I would 100% recommend this campground to anyone wanting to visit this area!!

Never been so rudely treated at the front counter. The women employee accused me of assaulting her when she supposedly handed a pen so I could take some notes! The bathroom facilities from Sunday evening to Monday noon were atrocious. Fecal matter overflowing on every toilet. I have pictures of ever single toilet in the building! WiFi was spotty to nonexistent at site 58! No the same as last year!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Actually, you were extremely rude to our staff from the office to our maintenance men. Being aggressive and grabbing the map and a pen out of our employees hand is uncalled for. Then leaving trash in the firepit....unbelievable

Disappointing KOA visit: Obstacle course, bike track, disc golf missing; walking trail poor; pond low; game room unsafe with mold; tents in disrepair; petting zoo/play area run-down yet costly; train ride never ran; staff unfriendly except snack shack. Bathrooms clean but overall, not returning.

Lacking in customer service. Bath house was out of toilet paper for 2 days. Mud on floor. First contact I had with check in was to emphasize service that wasn’t included. Trash pick up, quiet hours. Would have been better to know service you do provide.

We only stayed one night, but I would love to come back. The bathrooms/showers were AMAZING! They were huge, had a built in bench (I call it the shave your legs bench), and they were single person so you had complete privacy!! The store had such wonderful fresh produce and tons of jams and such. I will definitely be back for a longer stay!!

Overall great experience. Large individual bathrooms that are generally clean. We stayed in the safari tent and enjoyed it. Pros: good amount of space, cooking area with dishes and sink, front porch with seating. Cons: a/c unit didn't have condensate drain line, so it sometimes leaked, the queen bed was two single mattresses shoved together (?), decking was uneven causing us to trip frequently

We really did love it there! Pretty kill with the animals & buildings!! And we know the hurricane hit so we know about damages us to in Cape Coral, we were looking for the things that were pictured on your website(must have been before hurricanes!) & maybe some more activities not just 1 big thing on Saturday

Overall, we had a great time at the campground! The atmosphere was fun, and we really enjoyed our stay. It would be amazing if the campground had a pool—that would make it even better. However, I did have a negative experience with one of the staff members at the front desk. The older, heavy-set woman was rude and unwilling to accommodate my reservation, which left me very frustrated.

This was a fantastic property. Well maintained, all employees were friendly and helpful. Being able to interact with the animals and the little town was adorable. We don't even travel with kids anymore (they are grown) and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property!

We stayed in the silo cabin. It was very unique and fun. The farm is such a friendly environment, especially with the variety of animals. The buffalos were awesome. Staff is very friendly and helpful when needed. The produce market is a wonderful plus.

This park has everything you’ll need. The farmers market is great, as is the huge dog park area. Bath houses are clean and convenient.

This is a 4.5 rating. We really enjoyed this koa. The sites were very nice and not too closely packed. We will definitely stay here again. However, we had a site close to the entrance and campers did not honor the 5 mph at all until they entered the individual drives. There were cats, dogs, humans on the road and speeders made it dangerous. Also suggest small separate part of k9 for smaller dog

Big level sites with decent wifi and lots of space. Great huge dog park. Restrooms clean and nice. Very friendly office! Would have loved concrete pads to help keep the dirt out of the RV, but no big deal.

As a full time RVer, this was a great stay for us. Staff was very helpful & went over and above expectations. Great WIFI. Quiet evenings. Weekends full of activities. Farmers market, you pick strawberries and flowers, a petting zoo that was way more than your typical petting zoo, dancing ostrich, train rides, and, a coffee shop. We highly recommend a stay here and will be back again very soon!

Outstanding place, Sites are nice and clean, personal are curteous. We had a few small problems, change machine was out of coins when needed. They seem to have a small sweage problem, think it's the design of their toilets. Seem to clog up alot. Bathrooms are very nice other then that small problem. We would go back there again if we were planning a trip in the area.

The stay was very nice. Shower and bathrooms were clean. We did arrive a little early before check in time, we were told it would be $10.00 an hour for early check in. So we found somewhere to go and went back after check in time. Kind of an inconvenience.

Check in is a 2:00 , which is explained in your pre arrival text. we need time for our workers to get all sites cleaned.

We enjoyed our stay! Spacious sites, good Wi-Fi connectivity and attentive staff enhanced our experience. Only suggestion would be to create better access to bath house from non- full hookup sites. When other sites are full, it required long walks to reach restrooms as we did not want to walk thru campsites and disturb others. All in all, great property.

Pretty cool place to stay. Working farm and animals abound! Unfortunately we were at a special car race at Bradenton Motorsports and didn't get back to our site until late evening. We will go back just for a relaxing weekend or during the week to enjoy their amenities.

Everything was super easy. Bathroom was beyond clean A+. The farm is very cool, lots of things to see and do. I was amazed at how quiet it was at night. I’ll be back, hopefully for an extended stay.

This is an awesome campground with lots of animals, both in a petting zoo and wildlife. On a huge farm and the employees are all awesome. They have a market with fresh vegetables, and a comfortable setting, including palm trees. We will definitely be back here again in the future.

As far as campground, staff and cabin 5 star. My only complaint is I think staff needs to be seen in the campground regularly. Bathrooms were not kept up on this visit only 1 of the bathrooms had tissue at 7:00 pm on a Friday night. People staying in cabins around us had no etiquette at all, loud running through other sites. That is why I think staff should be more present to stop that

Great location near the Bradenton motorsports park, just wish the “owner” didn't pull the owner card and speak disrespectfully when asked by his guests to slow down around the campsite in his red Jeep or white work truck.

Awesome place to take the whole family. They have train rides, strawberry picking, flower picking, and a petting zoo. And soo so much more. Add that koa has a campground here too. We have two years in a row stayed here. Truly a fun time had for all. We will be back next year for sure. And may come back later this year too.
