We are not sure the bathrooms were ever cleaned the entire stay. By Sunday, there was a ring of yellow in the toilets

Great way to get in some family time. The fall festival was way more then we could have expected. Very clean facilities and very friendly staff.

First time visiting. We attended the Fall Festival and enjoyed ourselves. The campsite was quite and easy walk or golf cart drive to the festival. Will be returning annually for the festival.

I wish they had more bathrooms as some sites are quite a walk to the bathrooms. Bathroom needed cleaning throughout the busy weekend.

The sites were clean. All of the employees were very friendly. It was very convenient to be able to go to the pumpkin festival on foot and return for a rest and then go back. I enjoyed looking at the animals and the pond.

It was uneventful really. I never interacted with any park staff, and did all my check in online. Therefore, it was very impersonal, though convenient. Most of the area was closed down since it was the middle of the week, but that meant the wifi strength was good. The showers were very roomy and much appreciated EXCEPT I despise the air fresheners. The bathrooms were unusable as a result.

Another fabulous stay at this awesome park! We always look forward to visiting and each time we see something new. Can't wait to get back here near the end of the year for more great times at this super awesome park. We've said it before and we'll say it again....if you haven't been here yet....GET HERE! You will be so happy you did!

Stayed in a covered wagon in the circle. The wagons were huge and comfortably slept all 7 of us!! The pumpkin festival was an absolute blast too!! The only thing I wish for is a dumpster and bathroom closer to the wagon circle. The closet ones can be quite a walk. All in all m, I love this park and will be back!

W really enjoyed ourvstay, especially during the pumpkin festival. Everyone was great and very accommodating. We'd consider going more often like most KOAs they should consider putting in a pool for the warm days.

The first issue was there was a mix up with our spot and I did the express check in and they had the wrong express check in in the slot outside, someone with the same last name, so we held up the incoming line for about 15 minutes. I feel like this was a bit overpriced with no full hook up. Too many text messages from office during the early morning hours as well . We won't stay here again

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

There was not a mix up on our end for the express maps, you and the other guest both did express and they grabbed the wrong map. This was expensive as it included admission to our pumpkin festival which is usually $15 per person plus parking.

The Best KOA in Florida. Having been here multiple times we see the big and small things that this KOA keeps doing to add value for anyone that comes camping here. This year we noticed all the new grass growth between the tent camping area. The expanded pond looks great! As usual the individual showers were immaculate and the water is always hot. The dog park is HUGE! Highly Recommend to all.

The screen is in bad conditions we scratch our legs and arms the curtains are also broken, and for the first time they charged us $10 a day for each night for a cat and we have taken more than 50 koa across the U.S.A. In the others it has only been $10 for the first night, the showers are currently very hot and very cold at the moment but the rest is excellent, quiet and a good team .

We spent a week here and have no complaints, staff were all very pleasant and flexible with some of our requests. We will be back for sure. We had family in campers and in the cabins and we all had a great stay

The facility was beautiful and well maintained. It was peaceful and there was a lot to do on the property. It's close to bigger areas without being in the busy areas. Very peaceful.

Lots of amenities. You do not need to leave the campgrounds. The pizza is awesome as well. You for sure feel the Southern hospitality of this family. Thank you for sharing great energy..

The park is super clean with everything you need to make your stay truly memorable...a petting zoo, train ride where you can see a zebra, bison and more, ice cream shop, pizza stand, farmer's market & more. It's fully outfitted for fun! There's a couple of really great playgrounds for the kids and even a soccer field. The staff is top notch too! Don't miss this park!!! We'll be back many times.

When I arrived after hours, there was no lights turned on for the glamping tent. It was hard to find things in the dark. Overall glamping tent stay was amazing, I would suggest adding a mini fridge wirh fridge and freezer. The small fridge was too tiny to keep up with the sun. Lastly, there was only one trash bag in the tent. I would come back and stay again! I loved it! Just a few minor comment

Hunsader Farms is beautiful and immaculate. We loved the landscaping, grill and concrete patio of our spacious pull thru site. We checked in late, but weree told the gate code and where to find our paperwork. The only downfall we experienced was none of the amenities are included as far as the petting zoo, train ride, gem mining (all extra $). The place was empty but it was a weekday stay.

Enjoyed the green and open surrounding space of the park, along with the farm amenities. Looking forward to staying when all the amenities are open to use (i.e. Saloon and entertainment space).

Great campground with friendly staff! RV site was level with plenty of space. Nice paver patio with fire pit and picnic table. Bathhouse looked almost new and each stall was a private room with its own entry. The petting zoo was cute and a great idea if you have kids.

This was our second visit because we were really impressed our first stay. We were right next to the cabins and restrooms, which was great. My only concern is that the shared trash bin was full when we arrive and remained that way for three days. The campground was almost empty, so clearing the bins could have been done daily. Conveniences matter when considering a return visit.

We had a lovely weekend and look forward to returning for the pumpkin festival in October. Definitely one of our favorite campgrounds. We did feel like it could use some sprucing up. Maybe some shells added to the camp sites. We realize it was opening weekend and there was a storm that week. I am sure by October things will be much better. Bathrooms are always clean! Love that!

Many campsites were flooded and we had to ask for a different site, which we received. We had another couple arriving in the evening. When they got to the gate, the codes did not work. After a few messages to the host, we did not get any more answers and we ended up going to the gate to open it instead of the host. Additionally, most of the attractions were closed at the farm for the long weekend.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Unfortunately the bands from the hurricane gave us 8 inches of rain just days before your arrival. Everything in our farm area was open all weekend. Not sure what you thought was closed. Please let us know.

What a fantastic and unique KOA! We have never stayed at on quite like it. Very rural location but a beautiful campground located on a working farm. And convenient to lots of shopping, restaurants and Sarasota area.

The place was fine we have no problem whit the place tell the last day they park a big tractor farm in front of my camper because they mess the stay in the system and tink I’m going to still some nights I gess any way they have my card and was no reason for this so me and my family never go back there,owner never said Sory for the problem and mess they cause

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You did not pay for the additonal nights, after we could not get ahold of you after numerous attempts, we parked a tractor in front so you could not leave before paying for the previous 4 nights. The sheriff department adviced us to have your camper towed at your expense. we did not do this.

Stay was fine; however, there needs to be some monitoring of the people on ebikes. We were near the restrooms and had people cutting through our camp site to get to the restrooms on bikes at a fairly high rate of speed for cutting between camp sites. To me it is a serious safety hazard.

Staff is friendly. Very well kept property and the most amazing Wi-fi I've experienced in any campground. They have boosters everywhere and it's great!!! We went when it was pretty hot, so a pool would have been nice, but I would definitely recommend this place.
