The sites were well kept and the working farm was wonderful! It was pleasantly breezy making our stay comfortable! The bath and laundry were top notch!

Great place to stay, nice and quiet, clean bathrooms and the farm stand has wonderful fruits and vegetables (the chocolate milk is terrific). We will stay here again.

Disappointed charged 10.00 for being 1in a half hours early in all the Koa and campgrounds we stayed at never was charged for being early. Bathroom water went cold in the middle of a shower was not happy there,and how far away from water you should have a pool for kids !

The sites were spacious but wide open without trees…I wasn’t expecting that. It wasn’t busy on the weekday I was there but I was told that weekends get very busy with flower picking and animal petting events. The office person was so nice and happy to see me. Easy check in. Clean bathrooms. Thank you!

Everything was closed except onSaturday. Petting zoo was WAY overpriced. Office closed at 5. Couldn't get firewood.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Everything is open everday of the week, so we aren't sure what you are referring to. We keep the petting zoo priced below other zoos to give everyone an oppurtunity to enjoy it.

Great KOA lots to do. Wonderful shower/ bathroom facilities. Unfortunately the water has very strong sulfur odour. But other than that we loved it.

This is a wonderful hidden gem of a campground. Convenient to Bradenton areas with plenty of activities for families. The farm market sells fresh in season produce at amazing prices and the staff at the campground are wonderful to work with.

Absolutely amazing family farm. Great stop when you are in Florida. Excellent farmers market with everything from jelly to peppers. Only recommendation is better signage on the way there and at the entrance.

Everyone is very nice and friendly. There was no hot water in showers at strawberry lane.Folks the water is bad real bad ,you need a softener chlorine tanks but that was bad.

You did not meet our expectations of KOA. Dust blowing around, water in bathrooms was disgusting the rotten egg smell was so bad we didn’t brush for 2 days. Showers were not clean, small garbage not emptied in 2 days. As a camper using KOA, I would expect better. Up front areas closed or 5 pm. Rec room mold smell, water running down the stairs, pool table unusable. EitherBeaKOAorfarmnotbot

Love the farm and the grounds are really nice. However, we are a family that uses a fence so our dog can walk around freely while we are outside enjoying the warmth. Due to a recent change in policy they no longer allow fences and I was told it's probably going to be like that in all KOA's. If that's what we find out KOA's will not be our first consideration for future travel.

We stayed for 3 nights in a motorhome. This KOA is on a farm in the rural country of Florida. They have numerous activities there, but mainly an excellent farmers market. The general store is well stocked. The RV sites are a not on top of each other, a nice buffer between the sites. The animal pens by the RV sites contain a zebra and several buffalo.

Because of your pet policy regarding no pens in your camp site area, we will not be returning to this KOA. We do like the shaded campsites and the produce at your farm. We do, however, like to enjoy the outdoors with our pets that would be in a pet pen right on our campsite. Because we cannot do that, we will not be returning.

campground was good, except the dump site. No water connection to be able to flush tanks. Most campers need to flush their tanks, paperwork showed electric and water only. I contacted the park and was told f/h all were sold out. However we noticed that there were several f/h sites available the entire time we were there. We felt we should have been offered one of those sites. Please fix dump sit

Brought 2 friends with their camper this trip next trip we have two more so they’ll be four of us campers coming at the same time. We love this campground!

All the employees I engaged with were very helpful and professional. The showers are nice but the hot water was non existent. The game room requires updating. The obstacle course should be repaired or torn down, The store and coffee wagon were nice, wish the hours were longer. Nice petting zoo, campers should only pay once for its use during their stay. Cabins are nice, grounds are clean.

Beautiful place to stay!! All personnel were friendly and helpful! Enjoyed the lovely produce market and convenience of grocery extras available there! Thanks for a great stay! We plan to be back! �

Stayed in the deluxe cabin, The water from showering and brushing teeth smelled like absolute sewage .. no curtains to blocks out any sunlight or street lights, bed is hard as a rock. Battery in smoke alarm bad so it kept beeping all night, until we finally took it down. Will not be back because of how terrible the water smelled.

Clean sites, bathrooms. Stag friendly and hopefully! The homemade jelly’s are delicious. My second time at this campground and always come home in a couple of jellies beautiful vegetable stand as well.

Bathroom facilities were nice. Campground was not kept up with. Farm area was disgusting , no one was working petting zoo/ice cream area 3 different times. We had a premium site, weeds everywhere, grill was nasty, concrete was dirty. Driving through the campground was not clearly marked, hard for 2 rigs to drive past each other

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The park was just mowed and weeded. The concrete is not dirty, it has a stain on it to keep it nice. The farm area is beautiful. There is a bell in the ice cream shop to ring for an employee. If our workers did happen to miss a cleaning a grill, we are always available to help if we are informed.

Was very nice came Easter Sunday, till April 6 . Met nice people and we loved the dog park. Suggestion put up a little fence so little dogs can come in and run free. While the big dogs are having fun. Will be back

Really looks nice. Spacious camp sites. Bathrooms are big but smells bad. Shower curtains are moldy. Area smells like a big septic tank. $ 12.00 to visit the petting zoo. For adults and kids, 12 dollars. Also roads are covered with crushed sea shells which brings up a dust storm that covers everything. All signs around the camp say NO. NO RUNING NO TOUCHIN NO STANDING AND ETC.

Great campground for a short or long stay. The campground is large and clean, lots off pull trought sites for large motorhomes. Great location just minutes away from shops and restaurants

Such a cute, and fun, campground. We were only able to stay one night, and regret we didn’t have more time to explore. The bathrooms were extremely nice and clean, and express check-in/out was ideal! We stayed in the covered wagon - what an amazing experience for my kids. We will cherish that memory forever!

I like this campground. Some of the spots are a lot better as far as nice trees, vs just sort of out in a field. The bathrooms are huge and you have your own toilet, shower and sink. I love that. The market is nice with lots of veggies etc to choose from. Easy check in and a nice little campground.

Zebra view out our cabin. Only issue is that it's just too far from a drug store or restaurant. Every other KOA we've stayed at was handy to a CVS or Walgreens. There's a little Cafe at hunsaders but the pizza is freezer pizza quality

We found the campground to be beautiful, surrounded by fields of vegetable plantings, interesting defined spaces, adorable 'coffee camper' and so much more. The only issue that will likely keep us from returning is that they disallow dog fencing on your campsite. With two dogs, this is extra inconvenient. Our dogs have been trained to not bolt out the door, but we could get dragged down the steps if they had a mind to. The campground has a valid reason of having had experienced dogs jump their fence and cause grief to others. The do have an awesome dog park space that is grass and not just dirt! That is a huge plus :-)
