CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES

Off-Season (October – March) We encourage early check-ins and late check-outs so you can make the most of your stay! Standard check-in is from 1 PM until dusk, but early arrivals may be accommodated upon request. Check-out is at 4:00 PM.For late arrivals with advanced registration, an envelope with your site map and gate key will be left for you.Exceptions:
  • Holiday weekends & Site 12 – Standard check-out is 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Please inquire about early check-in or late check-out options for a discounted extension fee.

Peak Season (April – September)Standard check-in is from 1 PM until dusk, with early check-in available upon request. Check-out is at 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.If you'd like to extend your stay with an early check-in or late check-out, please ask about our discounted extension fee. For late arrivals with advanced registration, an envelope with your site map and gate key will be left for you. Night Registration. Boulevard KOA offers night registration for guests arriving after hours without prior reservations. If you arrive after the office is closed, simply fill out a night registration form and place it in the mailbox slot. A gate card and site map will be provided in the envelope. We will complete your check-in the following morning after you have chosen your site. See the Night Registration section for details.

KOA Boulevard Night Registration PolicyWelcome to KOA Boulevard! We understand that travel plans can lead to late arrivals, so we offer a convenient night registration process for our guests.How to Register After Hours:
  1. Locate the night registration station, which is situated on a wooden ledge in the clear holder next to the front office door.
  2. Fill out the registration form on the envelope.
  3. Once completed, retrieve your site map and gate key in that night registration envelope.
  4. Select an available site as indicated on the site map and proceed to set up for the night. Drop the credit card information with your site details in the mail slot in the front door.

Next-Day Check-In:
  • Our team will process your registration the following day.
  • If there are any issues or additional information needed, we will contact you directly.

SMOKING POLICY

Our campground is centered on health and wellness. There is no smoking of any kind allowed on our property.

PET POLICY

We love our furry travel companions, and we love responsible pet owners! Please note, pets must remain on leash whenever outside of your unit. (One end on pet, other end on stable object.) 

There is a “Dog Bark” area for off leash exercise. Please play with your pup here, as dogs are not to be left alone in this area.

Do not leave pet unattended outside of your unit for the safety and comfort of everyone.

Please pick up after your pet and put waste in trash bins..

No aggressive dogs. Thank you for being a responsible pet owner, happy camping!

TRASH COLLECTION POLICY

KOA Boulevard/Cleveland National Forest Trash Collection PolicyTo maintain the cleanliness and beauty of our campground, we have implemented a new trash collection policy. We ask all guests to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure an efficient and environmentally friendly waste management process:

Trash Pickup Policy: To request a trash pickup at your site on Saturdays or Sundays, please follow these instructions:

  1. Text the Message: Send a text with the message:

    to the number 619-319-9911.
  3. Pickup Days: This service is available on Saturdays and Sundays only.
  4. Instructions: Please place your trash bags outside at your site for easy pickup on the designated day.

Trash and Recycling Disposal:

  • Recycling (Blue Bins): Please place all recyclable materials in the designated blue bins. Acceptable items include:

  • Paper (newspapers, magazines, cardboard)
  • Plastics (labeled #1 through #7)
  • Glass bottles and jars
  • Metal cans (aluminum, tin, steel)
    Do not place food or non-recyclable items in these bins.

  • General Trash (Other Bins): Non-recyclable waste should be placed in the regular trash bins located around the campground. Please ensure trash is properly bagged before disposal.

    Trash Cart by the Playground:
    A trash cart will be available by the playground for the convenience of families and guests. This cart is for general waste only. No recyclables should be placed in the cart.

    Additional Notes:

    • You are responsible for taking out your trash on non-collection days (Monday through Friday). Please use the designated bins around the campground.
    • Please avoid leaving trash outside your RV, tent, or cabin to prevent wildlife disturbances.
    • If you miss the designated collection time, kindly use the appropriate bins or cart for disposal.

    VISITOR POLICY

    1. Guest Fee: A guest pass is required for anyone visiting the campground who is not staying overnight. The standard guest fee is $35 for day access to KOA Boulevard's amenities.
    2. 3-Hour Free Stay: Guests who are visiting for 3 hours or less may enter the campground free of charge. After 3 hours, the full $35 day rate applies.
    3. Overnight Guests: Visitors who arrive after 5:00 PM and stay only overnight are not charged the guest fee.
    4. Day Use: The day-use fee grants access to a variety of campground amenities, including trails, the koi pond, zip line, and various planned events.

    Please note: All guests must check in at the front desk upon arrival and abide by campground rules during their visit. We look forward to helping you enjoy your stay at KOA Boulevard!

    WIFI

    We invite you to disconnect to reconnect! While Wifi is available throughout the park despite our remote location, we encourage guests to unplug and enjoy the natural elements of our campground.

    FIREWOOD POLICY

    NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD PERMITTED: We are firm supporters of the California motto "burn it where you buy it". Please do not bring any firewood into our campground.

    Our oak trees are one of our most desirable features, providing the shade and natural character that makes our campground so unique, and we appreciate your cooperation in protecting them. Locally harvested wood is available for sale at our store. Thank you for your cooperation!

    STORE & CLUBHOUSE

    The Clubhouse is open daily from 8am to 8pm, available in person, via the phone, or via text.

    The Kampstore is open from Dawn to Dusk daily. Firewood is available for delivery after close.

    LAUNDRY

    Coin operated laundry is available on site 24 hours a day

    TENT SITES

    We keep our park spacious-each tent site reservation is allowed a maximum of 1 tent and 1 vehicle. Vehicles may not be parked on the tent site. We do not allow car camping at our park.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Need to Cancel? Starting October 1st, 2024, if you need to cancel your reservation, please call (619) 766-4480 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.
    • RV & Tent Sites: 7 days cancellation notice is required.Please call (619) 766-4480 by 4 p.m, fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.
    • Camping Cabins: 14 days cancellation notice required. Please call (619) 766-448 by 4 p.m, fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.
    • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
