The owners really care about both the property and the guests. Everything in/on the park was well kept. We really enjoyed their music night in their small theater. Would highly recommend this KOA to anyone who may be planning a visit to Prince Edward Island.

We really loved this KOA. The hours were friendly and attentive. The access to the Confederatation trail for biking was a treat as was the nightly music. We used the heated pool also- welcome in the unusually warm weather. The location was convenient for exploring the island. We don't stay at KOA's often, prefer more private, spacious sites than the typical KOA offers but this was great!

We had a wonderful time staying at this campground. It was just what we were hoping for (quiet, not crowded, well maintained salt water pool, clean washrooms and showers, activities for kids and a store with essentials). Staff was very polite and helpful, and the grounds are very well looked after. We would certainly recommend this campground to all of our friends.

We have stayed in several KOA Journey campgrounds before. This campground goes above and beyond a Journey. We had local music in the music hall. The owners were friendly. The campground was beautiful. It exceeded our expectations!!

Belle piscine. Je n’ai jamais vu autant de moustiques, c’était insupportable.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Oui, les moustiques peuvent être mauvais au crépuscule et après la pluie. Normalement, après la tombée de la nuit, ils ont tendance à disparaître.

Stayed July 1-14. The campground is well maintained and staff were friendly. Pool was a good temperature. Campground is more suited to the older crowd and families which makes it quiet and peaceful. One strange thing was we were told we had to spend at least $5 to use debit/credit in registration building. One staff member told us this, the other working the counter had not heard of such a thing

Barry and Donna went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We ended up having to stay for an additional night due to an emergency and Barry and Donna were so incredibly helpful it made everything else we were dealing with less stressful. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be returning!

Staff were very accommodating when we arrived without a reservation. We had to move to another site for our second night but, again, we were accommodated… both nights we got the last site available! Good facilities and very clean washrooms too.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Sights were nice and clean. We stayed 2 nights. Took showers . They were bad . My sister was in one and the knob came off . She got in the next one and it was only cold water. I was in the next on and had scalding water.! Didn’t use toilet but brother -In-law did. Said TP Was so thin that it took half the roll to use it. They need to upgrade showers.

Hi. We apologize for the shower faucets!. The showers knobs you had problems with were new shower faucets that we ended up replacing shorty after we installed them. We have plenty of hot and cold water so I am not sure what happened there. 1/2 a jumbo roll of toilet paper is a lot of toilet paper!

The campground was clean and well maintained - the sites were spacious - the entertainment and activities were great - the dog park was very good for my 2 dogs - and the pool was warm so we enjoyed that too - location is awesome - we would definitely stay there again and recommend this park to all of our camper friends!

The BEST KOA we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in KOA’s across Canada and USA. The entertainment made it special. Lots going on. Super friendly staff at the front desk and very informative about the area. Great people!

The facilities at the campground, including the full hookups at our site, were great. Everyone there was very friendly, especially the staff. We participated in open mike night at the music hall and the audience appreciated our presence, as we were the only Americans there.

Nice quiet, clean campground. Very friendly staff! The kids loved the store as the prices were very reasonable. Confederation Bike trail in back is an added perk. The pool was a great temperature. We will be back!

Our site had trash in the firepit and was out of level by 6" front to back. Lots of positives too, but these two things weren't impressive. At the very least, we expect a 50A full service site to be level. Check in was efficient and pleasant Campground appears to be well maintained. We didn't use the public washroom and showers.

Beau terrain camping avec parc pour enfants .un pour chien . Piscine creuser chauffer ! Bloc sanitaires tres propre. Chalet pour chansonnier.

We stayed in a cabin here while traveling around PEI. It was a great location and the cabins were perfect. The staff were super accommodating as well. Clean and nice. Also a bonus that it had laundry facilities.

I stayed in an RV at the KOA Campground in Prince Edward Island and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The RV was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The public washrooms were also clean and well kept, which made the experience even better. One area that could be improved is the shower facility, as some of the showers were not working properly. It was also great to see that they rent bikes for kids, which is a nice added feature for families. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting PEI.
