Very good campsite situated pretty much in the middle of PEI. Easy to get to the city and travel around to explore. Golf was terrific at Glasgow Hills, its a must. Fuel and a small market just a few blocks away. Only objection is the setup, the sewer is uphill and far toward the back of the site so you probably need 2 sewer lines and tressell.

The staff were very helpful and the grounds were well maintained. They had live music and fun activities for the campers to enjoy.

This KOA is awesome. They are way better than most journey KOAs. Wide spaces. Large dog park. Lots of kid friendly activities. Live music on Tues, Thursdays and Friday/Saturday in the summer. Just after you cross the bridge. Perfect location to see PEI but not in the middle of the crowds. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a broken leaf spring, 5 minutes to the Confederation Bridge. Thankfully this KOA had a large enough site available. Since we were day to day with getting a repair, the staff were SO accommodating. We loved the pool, laundry and music event. Our site was huge which is perfect when you're hauling a 44 ft , 5th wheel.

A good but pricey experience

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are happy you enjoyed it here! Our 30 amp back in sites are much cheaper than the 50 amp pull through sites. It pays to book well ahead to avoid having to take a premium site when we are full.

We like this KOA for its convenience. We were impressed by its family orientation. Men’s shower faucet was broken. Hearty trees should be planted in new area. Pretty barren.

Stay was great, enjoyed all amenities and campground is well maintained. Only thing I thought could be improved on was the huge amount of spiders on ceiling of outside laundry room area. They were outdoors where they should be, but somewhat intimidating going into laundry room because of them. Still giving a perfect score however as everything else was perfect.

This is our second year staying and it was as wonderful as the first time. The owners and staff are like family and it was almost like going home for a visit. The campground is very clean, spacious and a perfect location to explore PEI. The entertainment that they have during the week is an amazing feature of this campground. I highly recommend it. Amazing job once again Barry, Donna and staff :)

Our stay was great! Clean and very well kept campground. We stayed at site 103. Electrical was normal no problems. No shocks. Everything was better than expected. Hope to be back in September!

Barry was extremely kind . He allowed us to park our trailer beyond the time limit to tend to an appointment issue. I love the eastern ability to be kind, helpful, gentle and neighborly. Highly recommend this site. It is clean, well maintained, organized. Can’t say enough good things. Debbie

Lovely campground, close to the bridge and many points of interest. We stayed for a week and saw most of the Western and Central areas. We'll be back to explore the East Coast soon. Loved the musical evenings and terrific staff!

Nice campground. Good amount of community activity in the center. Very helpful in assisting my efforts via wireless connection (which could not be solved due to greater issues),

Stayed in the new area, very open and sites face south west which gave you sun all day on the front of the camp site. They should invest in some summer mature shade trees or turn sites 180 degrees. Also, the mosquitoes where many and quite aggressive, very hard to enjoy the camp fire. They had great live music at night though and the staff is supper friendly.

Nice campground, not too big and the sites are a very good size. Only issue that we had is that dogs were allowed to run loose and the owners were not worried about cleaning up after their dogs. It seems the campground people did not enforce having dogs on a leash.

Hi. We are glad you liked the campground. We require that all dogs be kep on a leash and we do take that rule very seriously. Any specific situations where they were not should have been brought to our attention immediately. We would definitely have responded.

The last two years we have stayed with you in early August and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have taken our grandchildren with us and have had a perfect campsite close to the pool, playground and rental go carts which they have had so much fun on. The campground is clean, quiet and very well run. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed for 7 nights. We wanted a park central to where we were going. The kiddos loved the pool and bouncy pillow. Very friendly staff. We had an awkward hill on our site but we made it work!

Beau terrain camping avec parc pour enfants .un pour chien . Piscine creuser chauffer ! Bloc sanitaires tres propre. Chalet pour chansonnier.

We stayed in a cabin here while traveling around PEI. It was a great location and the cabins were perfect. The staff were super accommodating as well. Clean and nice. Also a bonus that it had laundry facilities.

I stayed in an RV at the KOA Campground in Prince Edward Island and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The RV was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The public washrooms were also clean and well kept, which made the experience even better. One area that could be improved is the shower facility, as some of the showers were not working properly. It was also great to see that they rent bikes for kids, which is a nice added feature for families. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting PEI.
