Love the campground but mosquitoes were really bad this past weekend :( My only complaint!

Very clean and quiet campground. Loved the music evenings with local musicians. Great to be able to get right on the Confederation Trail to walk and bike. Dog loved the fenced in dog park to run and play off leash.

As a Germaphobic person; I was extremely reluctant to stay on someone else's mattress but seeing as my husband refused to stay in a tent on the ground -- we rented the cabin. After close inspection , I managed to spend 5 nights there. Place was clean , staff were extremely helpful and the atmosphere was very inviting. We look forward to our return.

Excellent location, great staff. Garbage area could have been a bit more clean. It was overflowing a bit. Would have liked to recycle cardboard too but nothing was labeled for it.

Only bad comment is about mosquitos. You can’t have diner outside or stay at the fire. Too many mosquitos.out of that this a great camping.they should think at fulmugation.

Loved the location of this KOA. Convenient to so many things to see without being in the busy Cavendish area. Sites were nice and big and fairly level. Nice store and laundry facilities.

We stayed for over 2 weeks this summer. Excellent campground. Well taken care of Spacious site. Upon arrival, we had issues with Wifi, but the owner Spencer went above and beyond to ensure it was up and working. Best wifi we have had, no glitches at all. Well stocked store, courteous staff. We rate it as one of the very best campgrounds we have stayed in, from Newfoundland to the Yukon.

My husband and I have camped at this campground many times over the years. It is beautifully maintained, and the staff is friendly. I am handicapped, and the person I spoke with on the phone took extra time to help me find a campsite that would be easier for me, even taking the time to call me back on a day when they were really busy. My husband and I hope to camp here again next year.

Perfect place to relax and hide from the outside world. We stayed 10 days! Music in the hall was incredible, staff friendly and helpful. Not a sound after 10pm. Pool is clean, bathrooms spotless and grounds as a whole so tidy and well maintained.

We stayed 3 nights with our camping group and as usual, we had a great time! The park is clean, well maintained and the staff are friendly. I am not sure if the pool is supposed to be heated or not, but it wasn't too cold. We plan to stay a couple of more times this summer, and we are considering getting a seasonal for next summer, if there are any available.

Not what we expected, the campground was clean but very outdated for a KOA, the pool heater was not working so our kids could not use the pool as it was too cold, and all the kids' facilities are very old and like i said outdated.

The cabin was great, really liked having the 1/2 bath. Staff were amazing and helpful. Only stayed the one night but will be back with the kids for sure. Thanks

For our purposes of visiting PEI, and wanting to setup the trailer as soon as possible once entering after crossing the confed bridge, this campground was perfect. Must drive everywhere, but being centrally located it works well for all drives to be reasonable in time in all directions. New owners are very kind people.

Campsite and buildings were very clean. Enjoyed the activities they had provided, especially the entertainment at the music hall. We stayed In Lot 15 and everything was conveniently close to us. Good location, just off Confederation bridge, with Summerside and Charlottetown close by as well as Cavendish beach. Would go back to this KOA.

It was a nice stay everyone was quiet and that was pleasant. Our site was ok, it could use to be leveled tires were off the ground. Weeding would also be good throughout the back pull through area.

Needs serious updating. Pull-thru areas are basically an open field. Sites are above average in size. Electrical seemed ample. Roads are not wide enough. Seasonals are ignorant, nosy, and not welcoming. Children did enjoy the jumping pillow. We had an excellent experience at East Sussex KOA, NB but not here, and will be skipping Borden KOA next time we come to the Island.

We're sorry to hear you felt this way. The site you stayed in is one of are newest sites away from the seasonals, the electrical systems are brand new, and while we haven’t had the opportunity to plant trees yet, it’s something we’re planning for the near future. As for the roads, they are

We stayed one week and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly. Washrooms and grounds were very well kept. It was our central and northern hub. We would definitely return.

We had a very uneven site next to the playground and bouncing pillow (very noisy for seniors). The bathrooms were probably the worst I have seen in more than thirty years with KOA all over the continent! Their status should be seriously reviewed! The only redeeming features were central location on PEI (we explored the island from tip to tip) and the lively country shows performed by local gems…

The Borden/Summerside KOA deserves 10 out of 5 stars!!! Spencer, the owner, was one of THE most accommodating individuals we’ve encountered at any campground. Great location on PEI and very good amenities. Stayed in 35' 5th-Wheel. Would stay here again. We ebiked the Confederation Trail directly from the campground which was a big plus for us.

We stayed in a cabin here while traveling around PEI. It was a great location and the cabins were perfect. The staff were super accommodating as well. Clean and nice. Also a bonus that it had laundry facilities.

I stayed in an RV at the KOA Campground in Prince Edward Island and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The RV was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The public washrooms were also clean and well kept, which made the experience even better. One area that could be improved is the shower facility, as some of the showers were not working properly. It was also great to see that they rent bikes for kids, which is a nice added feature for families. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting PEI.
