You need to boost the WIFI signal across the campground. We were not able to use it in site 73 (second year in a row). I like that you have removed the tent site that was directly in front of site 73. I may suggest raking the sites between visits, especially in the trees. There were a lot of branches and leaves that had fallen. Very clean facilities.

The campsite is in a great location - you can easily travel to nearby towns like Summerside or Charlottetown for restaurants and sightseeing. The campsite is close to a grocery store and gas station and has a store onsite for all your basic needs. The facilities are well kept including the pool, laundry, the dog park - the kids play area and bouncy- there are music nights with live entertainment!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well sized lots in a very clean campground. We loved the dog park, access to the Confederation Trail and the Shops of Borden. We really enjoyed the local entertainment provided in the evenings (music nights)! All in all a great stay for the week.

Great place to stay, friendly staff and fellow campers. We’re Quiet and respectful. Only complaint would be have another garbage disposal place besides the one at the main entrance ( may have missed it sorryif I did)

Grounds clean, quick registering, Parking level, lot slanted so very hard to find place to sit outside sewer pipe higher than coach outlet so you can guess the rest. We had back in site but drive thru look like they would be no problem

No internet when we arrived, was asked to pay cash for our stay, given a site with no shade/not a single tree (our AC never stopped while we were there & sewer/water/hydro hook ups were in middle of site so when our RV unit was close enough to hook up, the front hood was very close to road (rear of trailer 20+ feet from back of site)

We’re glad you got to enjoy one of our spacious 80 foot sites for the first 10 minutes of your stay. lots of room to stretch out! Also, you failed to mention we did move you to a premium site with a scenic treeline behind you, which comes at a higher rate. Sorry the internet was out of are control

We enjoyed our stay in the Vintage RV . Nicely positioned in the shade , close proximity to literally everything:) . We felt welcome . The property was immaculate, The accommodation was clean , bed comfy ! Awesome spot ! Have already told multiple family members “ YOU GOTTA GO !!” We will be back !

Nice campground. They communicate updates and activities very well . Lots going on here and the Confederation trail is at the back of the campground . Could use some dust control on the driveways and wait to cut the grass on our lot until we leave .

Upon arriving to the KOA, our 5th Wheel had a flat. Parking at our campsite, the owners immediately helped change the tire and provided us with a name and number of the tire company in the closest town. We were so thankful for their kindness. The Live music was fun too.

We had a great stay, really good neighbors. The park needs shade big time. Our air conditioners work really hard when it’s this hot and harder when in full sun all day.

The reservation information did not include all the amenities included in the chalet (toaster, fans). Also, the bed advertised was not 54 inches, but 60 inches. We hadn't brought the right sheets. The cottage had a screen door that was not insect-proof.

Pool was closed for the entire stay, screens on only windows were ripped and large wasps were inside so we couldn’t open our windows. Amenities shouldn't have been for cost when one of the biggest one for kids was closed, so we had to pay for them to make up for pool time.

We're sorry that some things were out of our control. Regarding the screens, if you had reached out to us, we would have been happy to replace them right away. As for the amenities, they are free to use—we just require a deposit, which is fully refundable once the items are returned.

The facility was fine but many of the sites are just wide open flat spaces. No trees no character.

These are our newest sites, and we’re currently working on adding more trees in the near future to enhance the overall experience.

Booked in Feb and paid in full. Showed up in June & we were advised that we had to pay more for the site. Check-in person couldn't explain why. She advised that the cost of the site was higher than we paid & that we had to pay the difference to stay. We were tired and did so. When we got home I wrote to KOA & expressed my dissatisfaction. KOA responded the cost at booking is only an estimate !!

The campground was at an excellent location for the actives we had planned. To improve it would be helpful to have the curfew enforced. Both nights neighbours partied loudly until after 1 am. We were annoyed to say the least.

A good location for us to drive from to see the central and west side of the Island including Charlottetown. We were in the new part? The sites could have been considerably more level.

Camping with friends. 4 nights. Everything was great. Music on Friday was awesome. Staff very friendly. Buddy sites 110 and 111. Next time would like to book sites more in middle section of the park

Went to visit PEI. Everyone around me seemed to be experienced campers and respected the standard rules. My area was silent by 10pm.

Beau terrain camping avec parc pour enfants .un pour chien . Piscine creuser chauffer ! Bloc sanitaires tres propre. Chalet pour chansonnier.

We stayed in a cabin here while traveling around PEI. It was a great location and the cabins were perfect. The staff were super accommodating as well. Clean and nice. Also a bonus that it had laundry facilities.

I stayed in an RV at the KOA Campground in Prince Edward Island and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The RV was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The public washrooms were also clean and well kept, which made the experience even better. One area that could be improved is the shower facility, as some of the showers were not working properly. It was also great to see that they rent bikes for kids, which is a nice added feature for families. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting PEI.
