Great journey style park. Two suggestions- add some permanent shade structure at the pool and mark the limits of the sites in respect to the access roads since everything is gravel.

Thank you for the great review! We are glad you enjoyed the park. We appreciate your suggestion regarding additional pool shade; great minds think alike, as its on its way! We sure hope to see you again soon!

We had a very nice stay - only one night, but it was a good park. It's off the beaten path and it wasn't crowded or we might feel differently. The spots could be tight if they were all occupied. Very friendly people and jack rabbits! We would stay here again. We stayed in a 40' Class A, towing.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for the nice review! So happy that you enjoyed your stay and the peaceful atmosphere and of course the jack rabbits too! We appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back on your next trip.

I liked the easy check in, friendly staff. The one thing that I would recommend is someone stay up on the weeds in the park. There were a lot of goat heads we were tracking into the RV. I know we are in the desert but these weeds can easily be taken care if with routine maintenance. That all said I would come back again. TY

You can tell the new management is working hard on improving the campground. The bathrooms and showers were always clean, the pool was heated, you could see staff wiping down picnic tables and ensuring the grounds were clean, the dog poop trash cans were emptied frequently. The playground is not much but they’ve added things to supplement it like a separate swing set and tetherball stand.

A nice small KOA, but very clean and quiet. I didn't use them but the laundry and restrooms were spotless! Site was level and clean with a nice new picnic table. The sign coming in says Under New Management, they are doing something right! We would return again if in the area.
