We had two major disappointments with this campground. 1). Where we were put was a VERY long way from the dog walk. The VERY stringent rule that the dogs cannot use any part of the site also seemed unreasonable. 2). The rule that pets cannot be left unattended in the RV. We have traveled all over the US and have never come across this rule before. It was quite inconvenient for us.

Pro: Staff pleasant. Escorted to site. Cons: Roads too narrow. RV next to us could not exit his site until we had pulled out of our site. Pet rules rather excessive. Pet walk area all gravel. Glad we hadn't planned any outings that were not dog friendly such as a meal in town since dogs can't be left unattended in RV. Signage to campground was difficult to see from a distanc

Our stay was wonderful, so much so that we decided to stay longer. This feedback request was generated because we checked out of one site to move to another site on the campground. There are wonderful views of the countryside, and amenities here that have us staying longer.

Michael and Sandra are wonderful managers of the park. They were so helpful and flexible with us when we discovered a problem with our travel trailer. They assisted us with finding a mobile repair company. They also held our site for us so we didn't have move until our trailer was repaired. We recommend this KOA to everyone and will definitely return! Thank you again!! Michael and Char

Older park but very nicely kept. Things are being upgraded and replaced. New picnic tables. Very nice and clean laundry room reasonably priced. Will stay again.

Easy reservation and late checkin process. Convenient location off I10 to a variety of towns and activities. Pretty tight sites relative to other parks so your neighbors are on top of you (in my case my neighbor felt inclined to extend their campsite furniture halfway into my site). Otherwise great experience.

We were passing nearby when our RV rig had a mechanical problem. We were able to get a site on a spare of moment. The sites are narrow and our slides just fit. The camp ground is rather old looking compared to other KOA Journey's but it was clean and improvements appear to be in progress.

Amazing campground with so many upgrades. Well kept and tidy. Far away from the highway. Mens bathroom had hot water but never got any in the women’s.

Staff was extremely friendly. We were more than pleased with the facility. The upgrades they are making are nice. The showers were clean and well maintained. Hot water always. Wi-Fi worked great at our site 21. Kids were happy with the rec room and pool table. Can’t say enough about the staff and how grateful they were for our stay. 100% recommend this place.

A convenient and quiet oasis. This adorable campground has incredibly friendly staff! The facilities are clean. There is a beautiful new playground. The rustic feel made for a wonderful camping experience. We loved our time at the Benson KOA!

Staff was very friendly and nice. Working hard to improve grounds. Pull through sites not particularly long. We’re 65” towing and stuck out on both ends. Worst part is road getting to it. Very rough pavement from freeway leading to gravel the last half mile. Had I known I probably would’ve picked the other campground closer to the freeway. Overall not a great overnight stay for the price.

Overall it was OK place to stay as we were breaking in New RV, disappointed with the cost as it was twice what they charge over at Karchner. I would recommend raising the water spickets higher or flipping them upside down so people using water filters can have enough room, I had to dig a trench with a hammer to get my water supply hooked up. The people working there were super nice though.

Never got the WiFi to work. Cable TV wasn't very good. Otherwise, Great Place to get of the road and relax. Site are Big enough for any size units. Areas are clean. We will stay there again

The one problem I had was the internet quality. We had 2 cellphones, 2 iPads and 2 laptops, none of which could reliably use the wifi without losing contact for long periods of time. The other facilities are fine and much better than a Walmart parking lot.

This KOA was quiet and they appear to be doing several upgrades. We wanted to do some side trips to Tombstone, Tucson, etc., so this was a convenient location.

Needs maintenance, bathrooms looked like they had been remodeled recently, but the drain in the mens didn't work well, water ran all the way across to the drain under the sink. Women's shower heads need replacing. Both needed cleaning. Laundry was clean and the machines worked good.

host's; family are great people. they have been utterly good and nice to me. Park was quiet, and I was able to relax without interference. One thing that was observed was the dirt road leading to the campground. The care was always covered with dust/dirt. Had to drive slow to keep from getting dirty. Other people that live off the road drive very fast. raising much; too much dirt and dust.

This is the sorriest RV park we've ever stayed at. Except for the 3 motorhomes in the 49-space park, it looked like an abandoned plot of land. Evidently it's been under improvement for at least two years, with seemingly nothing being accomplished. Management should be embarrassed charging full price for this place. No pool, no pond, unusable horseshoe pit, no hot water in women's shower.

Nice little KOA under new management. They were hardly any other campers there, I'm not sure why. This KOA was clean and comfortable. It was just what we needed on our road trip.

So ein schöner Campground mit tollen Hosts.Der Campground liegt inmitten der Natur und ist dementsprechend sehr ruhig. Am besten gefallen hat uns der blitzsaubere Pool, mit Abstand der sauberste KOA Pool, den wir je hatten. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Barvin und Anna sind tolle Hosts und wir kommen gerne wieder!
