Great cabin and campground. The showers and bathrooms were clean and well kept. We arrived late but the manager still came out to see if we needed any help.

We stayed in a cabin it had all the essential amenities we needed for the weekend we can’t wait for the pool and spa to open next year.

Cabin comfortable and relatively private. No instructions on how to operate the heater, but managed. Did wake up cold in the am. Like Benson .

The weather turned and the hosts offered me a cabin to get out of the rain, which was nice. They were incredibly kind and fun to chat with. The site itself was great and central to the plans I had while out there. Can’t recommend it enough!!

The campground and views are AMAZING..! The staff are very inviting and ready to help in any way. Facilities are clean and updated to perfection. It is great to see the pool construction stand can't wait to take a dip when ready. The night sky was lit up with millions of stars as far as the eye can see. What a magical campground..! Thank you staff for a great experience! :)

I stayed in a Kabin at Benson KOA. It was wonderful! The staff was proactive, incredibly kind, and so helpful. The grounds, Kabin, barhroom, and laundry room were very clean. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The Kabin is exactly as described and has a great electric fireplace heater that adds so much to the ambiance. I hope to find my way back to this KOA again.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the campground and how friendly the staff was. I will go back when the weather is a little warmer. Thank you for a lovely stay, bathrooms were kept warm and very tightly and clean

Second time staying in K2 cab in I enjoyed staying there with my canine buddy. There are lots of places to walk her pulse a dog park. The bath room is very clean. The grounds are being improved all the time. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. Nice place to stay to visit surrounding attractions.

I think we would've given more stars if the pool were available. There were some games offered. We chose to stay here because we really weren't going to spend the day there. I still think some sort of discount should have been offered for the unavailable pool but, they did disclose it B4 booked. I don't think this would be a place we'd choose to hang out at versus exploring the surrounding areas.

Best camping experience ever! However we left important medication behind and didn't realize until after we left so we called to see if it was there and they threw it out without even calling us to ask about it.

Staff very nice, facilities clean and well kept campground. Nice improvements made but website needs updated as it showed mini golf which is no longer available. Also, we didn't get the cabin we had reserved, which was pretty much shaded for most of the day where as the one we were assigned received unobstructed sun in the front from noon until sundown. Would happily return again.

Arrived after hours.Upon our entry into the cabin I found dog hair on the floor and all under the bed. I had to immediately sweep the floor.Full size mattress had stains on it. I cleaned the mattress with disinfectant wipes.The mattress was so low I had a difficult time getting out of the bed because the bed rails were too high.Reported the next day and the staff person insisted the room was clean

Nice place. Visited Tombstone and Saguaro. Too windy on our 3rd day to go exploring. Did laundry in a great laundry room. Accommodated our friends in a cabin at the last minute. Great staff.

I was there in September of 22 and there was a lot of renovation work going on. Just 5 months later, it looked like a new campground! They still have a few things left to finish, but we were so happy to see how much time, energy, and money they have invested to make this a great place to stay. Larry and Katie are great people, too!

They are working on upgrades but we enjoyed our stay in a Kamping Kabin. Everything was clean and it is a beautiful quiet spot. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Omgosh it was the recharge we needed. Quiet safe and pleasant. 2 nights was not long enough. Staff and campers were very friendly. Definitely will be back for longer next time.

The cabin was beautiful. The cabin was more thna I thought it would be by a long shot. The bathrooms were not very far and th eshowers had perfect hot water. This was my first time ever in a KOA campground and it did nothing but leave postivity for me. it was quiet and the staff were very helpful.

We only stayed one night in one of the cabins, but I want to come back and stay longer. The front area is pretty bare, set up to accommodate RVs efficiently, but the back area has many trees and is peaceful and lovely. The spaces are generous and shaded and include picnic tables and bbq grills. The tent spaces have nice level tent platforms, and an electric outlet so you can charge your devices (!). There is a large area at the back that can accommodate groups, and the owner told me that they can bring in a port-a-potty for groups in that area, since the walk to the bathrooms would be a bit long. The bathrooms were great! Super clean, spacious and attractive. I did wish there was a handheld shower. There's a rec room with a pool table near the office, and that's where the coffee bar is. There's a microwave in there too. Ok, on to the birds! I'm a birder and this is a great spot to see Vermillion flycatchers, a variety of warblers, doves, phainopepla, roadrunners....we were there in May and it will vary seasonally. The highlight for me was the many lesser nighthawks that are attracted to the bugs which are attracted to the lights at the front of the office. We sat out at a picnic table at the front for about an hour watching the moonrise and about 6 nighthawks that were catching bugs above us. Then I came out late to use the restroom, and there were at least 20! So cool. The owner says they get owls, too, but we didn't see one. Maybe next time! Note on the pool: the owners have been working on it for a long time but they told me it's about done. It looks like it will be very nice, with a hot tub and a poolside shower. Also, some of the older pics show a water feature (brook?) that's currently dry. Just fyi. Super great place to stay. We're thinking about returning with a group of friends and using it as a base to explore the area...it looks like there's lots to see and do, if you like nature, especially birding.

I always get my propane refilled here, they're extremely friendly and helpful. It's always quiet, clean and especially easy to get to. The staff is amazing, always helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend the campground.

Found this KOA on our way west to Joshua Tree from Texas. The campground is just before Tucson and away from the crowds. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. The restrooms and showers are brand new and very well maintained. The park is surrounded by really nice vistas and is far enough from the highway to keep it quiet but it's still a short drive away. The pool and hot tub are currently under construction but they look amazing so far. Hope to be by again soon. Thanks for having us. 🙏
