Our customer service (Laurie) rep was outstanding. The cabin door had gaps, which we had to plug with plastic bags to prevent critters from entering. Also, the HVAC unit was extremely loud and prevented us from having a good night sleep.

Absolute nicest people who could run a KOA, everyone was incredibly friendly and happy to help. We had wanted firewood but they were out so one of the gentlemen on site went and made us a bundle. We were incredibly thankful you that and the overall hospitality! Will absolutely recommend this KOA to our friends and family

The gentleman I spoke with to make my reservation was professional and friendly. When I arrived, I had been given instructions on how to find my site/included my key. My cabin was prepared with air conditioner on to cool off the cabin, front light on, toiletries in room. Bath house was close and clean. Location amenities nice. Great experience!

Benson is a very nice KOA camp. I stayed in a basic cabin and I was comfortable. They had a frig. I wish they had a microwave. I would love to see that for all KOA basic cabins with no bathrooms. I would stay there again.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a cabin and found it clean and actually quite spacious for 2 people. Despite campground lights, it's still a great sky for star gazing. Also, the campground is far enough from rte 10 that traffic noise is minimal. There are lots of things to do also, such as cornhole, billiards, a heat pool, and a hottub.

I had a very pleasant stay in a cabin at the Benson KOA. The campground is very clean and well managed. The only suggestion I have is that cabin #3 (the one I stayed in), which is located right behind a maintenance building, is not in a good spot. At a minimum I think it should be turned around so that the front door/porch faces the other direction. This is just my opinion. Thank you!

Nice deluxe cabin apartment. All supplies needed were provided. Clean. The KOA hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I just wish the unit was not on the second floor, and we didn't need to use the stairs. Other than that, the stay was nice, affordable, and relaxing.

The folks who work at the Benson KOA are consistently friendly and hospitable. They seem to care about the guests comfort. I have stayed here twice, once in an RV hook-up site and recently in a cabin in winter. The little heater made the cabin quite warm and cozy. Also, the grounds appear to be very clean and well-maintained. The setting is quiet, rural, with a nice view of the mountains.

This is a wonderful KOA with a brand new swimming pool. It is very well cared for, far enough off the freeway to avoid the noise but a quick off and on, and was not crowded during our stay in December. Will definitely stay there again.

Quiet, clean and safe--much more so than the similarly-priced motel we stayed at the night before. All amenities were as promised and very convenient. Friendly, helpful staff let us check in a bit early at no extra charge. We would gladly come back for a longer stay.

We arrived after hours however the office did call to confirm we would still be staying in Benson. Upon arrival everything the office advised regarding keys were right there. The cabin was nice and warm and we sure appreciated that. Love this location. Bathrooms clean as well as the grounds. This is also a great location from the freeway and easy to get to, no noise. We stayed in a cabin - it was very enjoyable! The new pool and hot tub was open so we had fun swimming and relaxing after touring the area. Great KOA! Everything is well maintained and there is lots to do in the area.

Nice campground. Hostess very cordial and helpful. I stayed in a Kabin which has AC, Mini-frig, & TV. Bathroom very clean but only one shower so if cabins & tent sites were full you might have to wait. I did not as park was not full. Back RV sites have more shade than the front. Nice playground and pet run.

We are already planning a fall trip so that we can return. A nice variety of activities available for the kids (they especially liked the swings, both on the cabin porches and the swing set - and tetherball). Network wouldn't allow cabin TV to connect to either cable or streaming, so it would be nice if that could be fixed, but hopefully you're spending most of your time outside anyway!

We stayed in the Loft. It was spacious and clean! The jet tub was a bonus after a long day. We’re looking forward to being able to use the pool on a future stay, the renovations looks like a very nice addition. Our teenagers liked playing pool in the game room.

The staff were extremely kind and friendly. After showing up late for check in, the staff member reassured me everything was ok. My key and welcome packet were waiting for me in the late check-in box. Our loft was great and ready for us. The grounds were well kept, clean and manicured. It was pleasantly peaceful as well. We came to the KOA a day early and stayed at the loft above the office. It was a quaint 2 bedroom suite that could sleep 2 in 1 bedroom and 3 in the second bedroom with a shared bathroom. Fresh paint with coordinating artwork and fully furnished kitchenette. The friendly staff completed the visit. The jacuzzi tub was a plus! Highly recommend!

Weather was difficult this stay, very windy and cool, but that wasn't KOA's fault. We had a great time and will definitely be back! I just have a couple suggestions for KOA in general. The beds should be moved from the wall, we need some room to put on linens; and if there is a T.V., please mount it on the wall, a lot of precious space is lost on that one little table. :)

Very nice campground. They had a large number of pull through campsites. I thought that was really nice. We did not bring our trailer this time. We stayed in one of their cabins which was nice. The bathroom was always clean and it had hot water. The last KOA I stayed was in New Mexico they didn’t have hot water and the grounds were not taken care of.It was nice to have a well kept campground.

Never stayed at a KOA. In fact, have generally avoided them. Now, after a 3-night stay in a “Kozy Kottage” in Benson, AZ, I’m a big fan! Owners Michael and Sandra and their entire staff are awesome, happy, helpful. They embrace a sense of community among all the snowbirds, road-trippers, and vagabonds! Even hosted a potluck Super Bowl party!! I’ll be back, for sure.

Incredible experience with 6 other families tent camping for a few nights with young kids. Facilities are immaculate, new pool & spa was by far the favorite for the kids-hours upon hours of fun (some shade for the supervising adults would be a nice addition in the future). Hospitality from the staff was unmatched. Camp Wash station was a nice amenity as well. Kids enjoyed the play ground and lawn games. Took a 45 minute drive to Sonoita for some family friendly vineyards, Karchners Caverns is closer but the tours were booked for the weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & highly recommend you check this KOA out!

WOW!!! My stay was so relaxing and quiet. Lori and the ALL the staff are amazing. All the facilities are clean and tip top shape. Bathrooms and the pool have been remodeled and are amazing . My stay was only to be 1 night but my wife and I stayed for 6 days. I can't say enough about this campground IT IS AMAZING and we will be back again. I would definitely add this KOA to your list!
