Book a full season stay and pay upon arrival for the season and receive a 10 percent discount on your site charges for the stay. Average reduction is 85.00 per month for a 30 amp site and 90.00 per month for a 50amp site. Utilizing this discount the customer is in full agreement that they are booking for a full 4 or 5 month stay and that all funds are non refundable. First months amount is the amount of your deposit prior to arrival. This discount if available only on seasonal stays and cannot be utilized in conjunction with any other discount.

Introducing a great deal for the KOA guests that plan ahead for those longer stays. We have a limited number of monthly sites available here in Bemidji this year for the campers that need to stay in the area a little longer. We are located very close to the city of Bemidji and make a great location for an extended stay while visiting and or working in the area.
We are now offering a limited number of monthly sites for our guests that may require a longer stay in the area. We can accommodate guests on a monthly basis for our summer season.
