We totally enjoyed our stay at Bay Center/Willapa Bay KOA. This is our third year for our "family clamming" weekend and it was great. The staff is outstanding, very courteous, helpful and kind. The grandchildren loved the jumping pad, Candy Bar Bingo and the playground....not to mention digging for clams. The adults enjoyed the wine tasting and we all loved the pizzas and ice cream. Thank You!

We will definitely be back. It was a very kid friendly, fun atmosphere. I loved the activities (crafts, foam party, movies) and that they offered breakfast, lunch and dinner options if we didn’t feel like cooking ourselves! I will say the campsite configuration is a bit odd but everything else made up for that.

Great staff willing to always go above and beyond to make your stay a great one. I also really appreciated the countless small amenities like pizza being available, ice cream, cooked breakfast in the morning. Overall, one of our best stays at a KOA.

This is a perfect weekend getaway place, very clean and quiet, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend it!

The KOA is very nice. The CREW running it has got to be the best ever we have seen. The sites are close. We had to ask others to move their trucks to get our trailer out. The activities were nice. Hard to get to the beach. Long steep stairs that feel like they need some work. We left a day early because of of traffic but also the neighbors smoked so much our trailer smelled

We enjoyed our stay here. Nearby beach is great for clamming. Location is approximately 60 minutes (+/- 10 mintues) from the towns of Astoria, Seaside and Long Beach which were great places for day trips. Facility is clean with things to do for kids. They even have a designated pet area. Deers can be seen near or on the property.

Nice sites with clean bathrooms. Stairs to the beach are steep but doable and we are old. Went clam digging and did well.

Stay was good staff are friendly . I just wish. More was done to promote site etiquette. People would walk thru our site like we weren't there , at one point there were teen boys playing in the grass area in fro t of our door. I asked them to leave. It is a nice park .

The accommodations were awesome and all the little extras they provide were really great. They even let us borrow a pot to make soup in since I forgot mine. Our only complaint was the space we were in (space #29) was very open and right on the road. It would be an improvement to have some bushes or a small fence divider between the grass and the road so the site wasn't quite such a fish-bowl.

The pot smokers kinda made being outside miserable. Not everyone wants to smell that crap but we realize there’s not much you can do about that. Other than that was a great time.

Very well kept campground with a short walk to the beach. The beach is not suitable for swimming but you can dig for clams.

Our favorite KOA campground so far. Great location with just a short walk to the bluff overlooking Willapa Bay. Staff was very attentive and kept the campground clean and well-maintained. The staff also offered food options like Sausage Dog Friday and Saturday pancakes. We will be back!

Really nice park. Well taken care of. Lots of stuff for kids and adults. Excellent space, pretty level. Lots of trees. Short walk to beach. Lower part of stairs were a bit of a challenge for our Golden Retrievers (they dont like seeing thru the steps) but this was a minor issue. Nice dog park, which our girls liked. If you are trying to get away this park fills that need.

My family did not spend much time in the campground. Really impressed with the garbage pickup, firewood delivery, and the text notifications of what was going on at the campground. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and smooth.

The park was clean and well maintained. Virtually all of the sites except the one we were assigned looked good. Site 48 was substandard with big roots covering much of the small area next to the trailer making it difficult to use. If you use this park avoid site 48 if possible.

Had a good time really enjoyed the staff very involved with the campers letting us know what events were going on and when by text message. Campgrounds very clean well-kept would recommend going there and checking them out just remember that they are on a bay not the actual ocean my wife was disappointed that she couldn't hear the waves we had to go to Long Beach to hear the waves!!

The site was an annual destination for us to begin with, the new management has delivered much needed touch ups and energy that complimented it greatly. Brian, Erica and their staff generate a very welcoming and homey environment. The kids activities and the kid friendly staff kept our kids (4 to 11) engaged and busy so the parents can get some down time as well.

very clean, staff were great and fun. Beach access is dangerious. We enjoyed the wine and beer tasting it was very relaxing and an adult thing to do, there was plenty for the kids as well. One issue is was notified 36 hours before arrival no outside firwood allowed and you had to buy from KOA. If this is the case it should be spelled out up front (website)to allow the customer to make the choice.

Bay Center KOA is a very nice and clean. The bathroom facilities were always clean, campsites and surrounding areas were clean. There’s tons of fun activities for kiddos to do and stay busy. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! Brain, Erica, and their staff and amazing.

We love this campground! The people that run it and work there are super friendly and helpful!! This really contributed making our stay even more enjoyable. The small store has a really good assortment of items. Of course, the wooded area around the campground is beautiful as is the beach and bay. Planning another trip next summer and possibly this fall. I highly recommend Willapa Bay KOA.

Very nice, clean, and quiet. Big spaces so doesn't feel like you're on top of next unit. Hosts had a couple working at store and campground, they were very nice and helpful. Long, step steps down to beach of mostly sea grass but a nice walk through a short forest area to get to beach access. Negative: nothing to do in surrounding area. We stayed three nights, two nights would have been better.

Wonderful smaller KOA with great hosts in a quiet, quaint location. Perfect for a family getaway where the kids were safe to roam but close enough to enjoy day trips to Oregon or Long Beach. Staff are so kind and friendly and we had a wonderful time. We'll definitely be returning.
