Really liked staying here in motorhome. This koa is rustic and more rugged than most. We had a roomy site under the mature trees. Dennis was really nice. The ice cream for the social would highly suggest! Very good. Sorry I missed the wine and beer tasting! I bought two single beers from frig and were good. The park and restrooms were clean but the restrooms need a bit of updating. I’ll be back!

My response is based on a singular aspect of my stay, discussed with the manager, and concerns what I consider to be an immediate danger that has failed to gain management attention, that of a trail leading from the main camp through the woods to a steep point going down to the beach below, where the railing is broken and children could easily fall over the edge a great distance below.

Thank you for sharing this with us. We are aware that our stairs are steep. We are working with the county and other agencies to find a better solution that works for everyone.

We had a wonderful experience at the Bay Center/Willapa Bay KOA. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. It is nice that they send out daily texts with helpful information. The store is very well stocked with items both for camping and as souvenirs. They have a great playground for children and several different activities, jumping pad and panning for gems. We will return. Thank you

Very peaceful stay. The scenery is beyond compare at this location. Easy walk to the beach for clamming or relaxing and enjoying the views. Dennis was super helpful guiding us into our site. He even trimmed some of the trees so we could fit our 44' fifth wheel into the spot without any trees scraping the rig!

This was our 2 time staying at this location. We returned because of the beach and the cute gnomes all around, sadly we learned it was under in management and all the gnomes are gone. Also the beautiful forest surrounding the camp will be cut down to expand.

Great (but different) beach at end of campground trail. Nice clean restrooms, 24hr laundry (but no coin changer), nice little camp store and friendly staff. Am told an exterior facelift is in the works. A little pricey though, otherwise would’ve given 5 stars.

Campground was beautiful. Bathrooms clean and well stocked. Campsites were well maintained and level! Steve, the manager was a gracious host. We look forward to returning and seeing the new section.

Steve was very friendly and helpful. The trail to the water was a pleasant walk until the stairway to the water, which felt more like a ladder going down! Some were enjoying the bay and were raking for clams. There are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby, other than a seafood market. The big disappointment was paying extra for patio that was at the rear of the pull thru so grass tracked in.

We will go back!! It's a very nice KOA, with really great owners and employees!! If you're a clammer, they provide your fork and bucket to use in Willapa Bay! If you have kids they have lots of activities!!

Excellent KOA campground. We truly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful setting, quiet evenings, and we appreciated seeing families and people of all ages in tents, RV's, yurts, and cabins enjoying this campground. Our site was a full hook-up RV site with trees, a fire ring and a full-size picnic table. Once parked, we found our site was perfectly level! We heartily recommend this KOA campground.

Enjoyed our stay. Was really happy with site #62 and the space and privacy for our dog Ryker. Wife says get Starbucks iced coffee in the store.

Great campground with relatively easy access to the beach. Will probably go back. Didn't like that we were put into a site without dump. There were plenty of empty sites with dump.

We would love to have you back. You were placed in a water/electric site because that is what you selected online. We would have happily got you into a full hook up site but there were none available for your entire stay. You would have had to move sites each night and expressed that was not ideal

We were there for five nights. Clean and comfortable. It's very, very quiet and extremely family friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here. The campground is small, but lots of amenities.

We got locked out of our camper and upon arrival. Dennis was gracious and helpful by providing the right tools for us to get in! What could have been a disaster turned into the continuance of our family vacation. The staff here is very helpful and kind, we enjoyed the KOA activities including movie watching and the beer/wine tasting. There was something for everyone and the facility was great!

We enjoyed the relaxing time spend at Bay Center Willapa Bay KOA. The staff provided useful information and were very friendly. We also enjoyed meeting other campers and sharing ideas and information on setting up and maintaining travel trailers. I would stay at this KOA again, when in the area.

The only thing that needs addressing is your WIFI. Unfortunately I had to work that week and had poor WiFi connection. Hopefully you can upgrade your wifi and internet services. It's one of the reason we decide to stay at different locations. Thanks

We had a great time with our two grandchildren. It was super hot and they loved the beach. Super safe place for them a quarter of mile of knee deep water for them to explore. The sites were spacious and the park was quiet.

Once we were able to level out in our site we had a great stay. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. They had everything we needed. The sunsets were stunning, and the beach is inviting.

Beautiful setting and very nice, helpful staff. This KOA is very clean, well cared for and quiet. This KOA is a lovely place to relax, unwind and bring the kids or grandkids. When the tide is out in Willupa Bay you can walk for what seems like a mile on sand and shallow water. 1970 era Speed Queens in the laundromat are constantly malfunctioning and need replacing.

Wonderful smaller KOA with great hosts in a quiet, quaint location. Perfect for a family getaway where the kids were safe to roam but close enough to enjoy day trips to Oregon or Long Beach. Staff are so kind and friendly and we had a wonderful time. We'll definitely be returning.
